Climax Smoke Shop

Not usually one to leave a review but this place is awesome. Their products are cheaper compared to other places, which is usually a red flag for me, but the consistency of everything they have there makes this a spot that if I have the time, I’ll go out of my way to shop there. Dakota is also a super cool and knowledgeable guy who will take the time to explain products if you’re looking to switch things up

So nice and knowledgeable! Price was reasonable as well.I have a hard time with smoke shops and dispensaries because I didnt start using cannabis until it was legal and its really discouraging to walk into these places and be snickered at and treated like an idiot but the guy at this place was so nice and genuinely helpful!

Love this Spot!I was taken care of by Dakota who is very knowledgeable and has helped me many times in choosing the best vape for me. Every vape he’s recommended has been a hit! Thank you Dakota! This place rocks.

Im wanna give 5 stars because I love the customer service here. The store manager and the tall guy with the beard are especially so friendly and very helpful every time. My only complaint is that theres never anywhere to park. Even when theres nobody in the store it seems like all the parking spots are full and today I had to walk through a giant puddle with my brand new white kicks just to find that the store was empty so it looks like the parking spaces are filled from people that are elsewhere. The parking lot is already small and not easy to maneuver so I wish you would atleast free up some decent parking for your customers. When its easier to park here Ill give 5 stars!

Been going here for years and these guys are AMAZING! Glen has bent over backwards to make sure I got all my items shipped to Tampa within days even though that’s not his job. I highly recommend shopping here for all your smoke shop needs, they have an awesome selection and great pricing. But if you want the best customer service in the world, ask for Glen, he’s awesome!

Literally the best place to get all the goods. Has a little bit of everything and Abraham is the bomb.com and is always so helpful every time I come in. I always feel safe and never scared to ask questions! Friendliest staff ever.

Was looking for a few specific things. Austin the manager was great!! Friendly, knowledgeable , and did a great job up selling us on better products as he fully understood our wants!! Pricing was way better than Climaxs competition which is just up the road. Warning, parking is difficult, but worth the little extra effort for a quality shop!! We will be back.

Best smoke shop ever! Great staffing! One staff member, Fabian, is my favorite staff member. He is always super friendly, and is willing to put in the time and effort. He always answers my questions the best he can and takes the time to show me all the products I wish to see. Absolutely love coming here!

I loved this place about two to three months ago but it seems they’ve changed management and I probably won’t be going back my friends and I mostly went to this inconvenient location solely for the old manager and employees because they were helpful and kind and we had become friendly in some way but honestly there is no point of going anymore the new manager is nothing to get excited about what was keeping this place cool for me was the very nice and genuine people that made the place feel warm and welcoming with their cool music and lively spirits but it’s not the case anymore there are plenty other smokeshops with better stuff and in a location not at a hole in the wall that has parking that is safe and won’t have to worry about my car getting hit it’s a shame the manager with the cool hair left she made it a nice placeHopefully, the new manager can learn a thing or two from the previous one.

Went their with my friends last night after we went out to eat, we had a good time they had lots of options, lady was lovely and showed me some awesome edibles, was funny though my third friend was memeing and kept using her number for all the purchases! Had a fantastic time. Treated us as if we were regulars!

Came in today to buy some backwoods and the employee Matt and Mike treated me with excellent service and made my visit one to remember! Because of this I’ll be coming back anytime I need a blunt wrap or anything else. Hope to see him again soon!

I went over there on Wednesday, August 8, and I was greeted by Fabian. He was really nice and took the time to greet me and help me with all the questions I had. He was very patient with me when I asked to see the different water pipes. Fabian was really friendly and kind. I really enjoyed my time at this location. Climax is now my favorite smoke shop.

Have been in several times and it has always been a great experience! Was in a few days ago and met JP. What a great guy! Answered all of my questions, made suggestions, listened to my needs; just absolutely great! And he was genuinely interested in helping me! JP has made Climax Smoke Shop the only place I go for supplies!

Ive never been to a headshot that had such a helpful staff or one that had exactly the obscure items I was looking for. Fabian was a pillar of information and eager to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I could not recommend this location and staff more, pleasant experience and great prices.

Conley and Taty were awesome handled lots of customers all at once in a timely and swiftly manner they definitely need a raise!!! And the manager handled all the problems in a awesome way and you can definitely see it in the employees as well!!!

I came in to buy some juul pods today and the service was excellent! I’ll definitely be coming back. They let you Slap a sticker on their wall and sign your name, coolest smoke shop I’ve ever been to. I believe their names were Matt and Fabian.

One of the coolest shops Ive been in since Ive hit town, great service from both Jackie and Taylor. Outstanding personalities for a great shop like this, definitely would return.

This place knows what customer service is. I came in looking for a replacement piece for my pipe after looking in 4 other stores. They didnt have exactly what I needed, but had a bigger piece that was broken. They took it upon themselves to take the broken piece and cut it to fit my needs, for FREE! I could not have asked for better assistance from anyone. Big fan of how they helped me and will definitely bring back my service.

Kacy, Matt, and John were all incredible today! I was having problems with my vape and with their knowledge they were able to fix it! Great atmosphere and employees definitely my new favorite smoke shop!

This is the best place around to go for all things smokeable! They have a great selection and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Sarah showed me a few new pieces I had never heard of and you can tell she knows what shes talking about and definitely steered me in the right direction. Definitely recommend!!

I went in to look for a bottle of 3% vape juice and had no problem finding the best flavor for me with help from the sales staff. A young man named Matt helped me find what I was looking for and rung me up with a smile, I really appreciate the customer service this store has to offer and that’s why Climax has become my go to place for all my vaping needs.

This is by far the best smoke shop in central Florida and I have been to a lot but strictly because of a employee that goes by Matt he knows exactly what you want/need before even asking he is what you like to call a smoke shop professional. You could ask for cool and he would already have a pack of juul pods with the price after tax before you can say cucumber, that’s called talent in the smoke/tobacco industry I gave y’all a 5 star rating but I think that’s kinda underrated so I’m gonna make it a quick ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a holographic glass water pipe not too long ago and its cool. Just wish the store was more updated. Looks like a skating rink from the 80s with the carpet and colors, not really a winter park or college student vibe.

They sale fake SMOK products get out of here I bought a smok vape less then a week ago (7 days) and like in the 4th day the vape just stop working randomly! Show up today at the store try get some help I spend 60 bks on the vape and it’s liquid, I wasn’t trying to take advantage just trying to get some help even told the manager that take the first one (factory damage) and I will pay half a price for another one in order to get a solution! And they refuse saying to refund it to the original smok vape store like really 😅😅

These guys are super helpful, I think his name was Matt, he helped me fix my vape (I was mostly being stupid but regardless he fixed it fast and was super kind and thoughtful about it) I recommend trying out this shop. They also have sweet deals on vape juice. ^_^

I work at the Winter Park location. This is the best store we have in my opinion and we have 5vlocations in the orlando metro area. Were adding two in Tallahassee and another in Gainesville... Stop in at any of our locations and enjoy your experience and if youre looking for a chill hookah spot definitely check out the Winter Park location. Its the only store so far that has a hookah lounge. I look forward to seeing you guys 😁
