I have been to 3 different continents and 7 different countries and this place is defending the best one i’ve ever been to. Always nice and helpful staff, i’ll admit a **LITTLE** pricey (as in $5 over on some products) but definitely worth every penny. Everyone that works here is helpful, and I mean the entire staff. Will definitely be going here as long as I can.(Also shoutout Kathryn(?) for putting me onto the new brand of dispo)

This is legitimately one of if not the best smoke shops I’ve ever experienced. ALL of the workers are amazing and are very happy to help you. Jonathon is my favorite employee he is always up to date on what is the best right now. The point system on purchases really helps too. They have a full sail student discount also. Overall extremely affordable store I never leave there upset. Always happier than when I walked in!

Despite how small the story may seem on the inside, this place has a HUGE selection of products and awesome employees that are extremely knowledgeable and polite. Special shout out to cashier Michael and manager Jessica for their help today! :)

This is one of my favorite vape shops to come and get my geek bar. 15000 puffs on regular mode. That’s a lot of puffs people. For only 26 dollars. Come in and Jonathan will hook you up.

So I was at the smoke shop, looking at the vapes, Jonathan gave great suggestions. The ambient and music choices were great. Another customer walked in and started talking about how a lot if not all the reviews were talking about Jonathan and said that he must be a great vibe. After talking with him, I can definitely tell he is a great vibe, 20/10 Customer service, 20/10 Suggestions, definetly coming back

I love the vibe of this store, it feels more like a community than your average shop. The atmosphere I think is owed to Johnathans excellent customer service. The variety also makes Climax a one-stop shop for smoking-related needs and more. Easily the best smoke shop around I think. If youre thinking about stopping in, I highly recommend the THCA Liquid Diamonds products from twenty one cannabis.

This is my go-to smoke shop. The staff is great and very helpful. 99% of the time you leave this place satisfied, and if you’re that unlucky 1%, they go above and beyond to amend the situation. Thanks for the excellent service guys, keep it up.

Well I bought somethc-a indoor flower, brand (smakd). Indica Mochi Berry. The flower wont even burn, and it turns to tar. Also has a bitter taste. I went back and showed the manager Johnathan videos and pictures, showing him that I wasnt making it up. He wouldnt exchange nor offer me any option. His reason because I opened it. Well Kathleen won me back and they just lost me again. I spent almost $30 on garbage. So as much business as I have done here, I lose and walk away with nothing. I will go back where I was going and never do business here again. Manager Johnathan emailed the higher ups and Im waiting more than 30min and never got a response. I actually had to remind Johnathan that i was still waiting for him to check the email, as he said there was nothing he could do. Dont buy anything from climax and smoke your flower in front of them, let them open it. Because obviously they could have worked with me had I not opened it.

Climax has been mygo-to smoke shop since I’ve moved out to winter park and I can say first hand that the people working there are amazing with customers. They ensure there’s a smile on your face after every transaction. Great people, great environment and amazing aesthetic!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I had to return some of my coils because I screwed up on the right size, the return was not an issue.The manager is very nice. Matt was a real help in sharing some suggestions on good juice. It is a Very clean and organized looking store with a lot of product to choose from. The store prices are actually competitive with online stores once you factor in shipping, age verification, and secure delivery charges all online stores have.

Fantastic atmosphere on the inside with it’s appearance and staff. Had a wonderful first visit, browsing products, chatting with the front end staff members. (I have horrid memory so I don’t pick up on names very well, I apologize!) The only issue I had which can’t even be blamed on Climax themselves was that the cartridge I received around a week ago started leaking which lost around 40% of the oil but that most likely is just a manufacturer issue. While that gelato cartridge lasted though it gave an amazing sweet taste, followed by some great highs, it will surely be missed haha.

Morgans service was 10/10; she was really genuine and kind, and because of the way she handled my indecisiveness as a customer, I will definitely be returning. She was selling products that she had considerable expertise in.

There is no access to your website, what so ever! I am looking for a new dispensary & your website doesn’t work at all!!! I’ve been w the safe dispensary since I got my card but the pricing & cost is becoming absolutely ridiculous & outrageous !! I came to check urs out and got absolutely no where!!!

The best smoke shop around hands down. Prices are the most reasonable I have encountered in the Orlando area. Jeremiah and E are super chill, helpful, and informative about any products you need. Went into a location today and the vibe was awesome. Kinda didn’t know what new vape I wanted. Jeremiah was super helpful and made some recommendations that I was pleasantly pleased with. Best part about it was that I didn’t feel rushed with my indecisiveness. That really made me feel at ease. I’ll definitely be visiting this location again!

I have nothing but gold things to say about this place. Cody and Jonathan were incredibly helpful and kind (Im horrible with names, so I hope I got that right.) As a full sail student, they have student discounts and little freebies for certain amounts you spend. The atmosphere is also top notch. I would highly recommend this place .

Love this smoke shop, you don’t wanna miss it. I come from out of town, but I quickly became a regular because every employee is friendly and happy to help. Sometimes tomfoolery happens here. No goodery. Why? I don’t know. It’s probably the name. It’s what got me for sure.

Been going to this place for years and love it here, but things have been different since they switched up management/ownership (whichever it was). Locked doors at 9:49 when they close at 10, and dude in a bucket hat that I’ve not seen before gave me the “no go” hand signal through the window when I initially tried to open the door. If you close at 10 don’t lock the doors at 9:50, it’s just causing a loss of sales unfortunately. Otherwise it’s a great smoke shop and I definitely recommend it!

Cody was very helpful when looking around for bangers, gave me good Advice. Stopped by again and Jonathan was there had great energy and knew what he was explaining product wise another great staff choice.

Out of all the stores this one is the best. I unfortunately have bad memory and forgot the kind gentlemens name at the desk, but very young guy with a beanie was EXTREMELY helpful. I never mind making the 20ish minute drive to this store cause I know Im getting usable stuff.

Came in looking for a new vape before the hurricane hits . They carry the brand I use with tons of flavors and are cheaper than all of the other smoke shops around . I had some questions about the delta 8 products and Kevin helped me out tremendously. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient . Had the vape (smok tech tank and geek vape battery) for almost 48 hrs. Was reassured that the combination was extremely durable. That was a lie. First drop from a foot and half tall night stand, and the tank shatters.Was way over charged for the battery as well. Went to the geek vape website and the same battery sells for $30 less than what I was charged.Also wasnt offered or given a receipt with my purchase, leaving me unable to get my money back for this rip off.Cody certainly has the skills to pull one over on certain customers. Well done.

I’ve had good customer service from here usually, but I have also had repeatedly terrible experiences with the same female worker here numerous different occasions, which in the end caused me to stop visiting here altogether. They are one of the few spots that carried my specific vape coil for me, but I can’t see continuing to give them my business when they have such a low bar set for how to treat and speak to customers.

I had a question about a certain vape I was looking for, and while that particular vape wasn’t one they carried, the manager, Max, pointed me in the direction of a vape he thought I might like.. Employees are very uneducated about products in their store. theyre unable to give you proper and accurate information about product specifications and also have no knowledge of when theyll receive new products, leaving certain types of products out of stock for weeks at a time.

I’ve been going here for over 2 years and have only had good times and experiences. Can’t recommend a better place

I used to work here, the upper management is awful. Dont consider working here ever.Unfortunately they actually do have good prices compared to other smoke shops but the quality of the products is not always guaranteed.If you buy a vape, please please make sure you test it before walking out, that way you can get refunded or switch out the vape if it doesnt work

Ive been into many different head shops, but by far Climax has been my best experience. Zach was not only helpful but extremely knowledgeable on the different manufactures and what pieces were catered to different preferences. I can honestly say that if you are looking for intelligent, friendly, and accurate service Climax is easily the store for you! Ask for Zach, he wont sell you something you are not completely happy with.

Horrible, bought a down stem a few days ago and got home to realize it was cracked, went back in today, she gave me TWO cracked down stems back to back for me to check and the second one was a BAD crack in it, when i told the girl to check them before she gives them to me atleast, she said and i quote If youre going to have a attitude we can do something else if you walk in and a fat weird lookin girl is working, just walk back out ...... I went to thr smoke shop down the street and idk what was keeping me at climax ..... small selection as well now that ive seen others.

This branch of Climax is the most organized and welcoming out of all of them. Ive visited quite a few times and the girl who works there, Jordan, has always been well informed and friendly. One of the best head shops in central Florida!

The 2 stars are practically 5 stars for the place and experience. I have to say though. Purchasing the Nord 50W was the worst choice Ive ever made. We cannot blame this shop for the AWFUL SMOK products that make it into this place. It was the worst, only 24 hours to return it too and it didnt start leaking until the second day (which makes sense that I needed to refill by that time) . SMOK IS JUST AS BAD AS JUUL OR THE CHEAP BLU BRAND. DO NOT PURCHASE. ! love this shop and the people in it! beautiful experiences always. But Im so sorry for the bad rating due to products out of your control.
