Chris is the guy. He knows his stuff, he is polite and jovial, and he is so accommodating. Always goes above and beyond. I am always pleased with the price and quality; however, I do wish the mod selections were greater. I always feel limited with their availability on hardware but juice selection is on point.

Wise Guys Vapes in Woodstock is by far, my favorite place to buy quality juice to date. Extremely helpful and courteous staff, I have had several great experiences here. Chris has been great recommending new juices for me to try, based on my preference. He knows me and knows what I vape. Several times, hes recommended me to try a new juice, and hes never wrong. I love them! Jackie is the most fun, engaging, and helpful people Ive met behind the counter of a vape shop. Today, actually, I went to fill my tank and BOOM the lid popped off. She quickly came around to the front of the counter, helped me clean up the mess, and saved the entire bottle of juice. She was like an emergency room doctor. Shed never cleaned up a spill like that before. Shes awesome. I just love this store, but moreso, I love the people working there. They have great prices, too. Did I mention that? Well, I dont like to create supply chain competition for the things I like, but I know this will help their business thrive. I also want Chris and Jackie to get the acknowledgement they so deserve. Great experience with the owner, Jackie? She helped me so much. I WASNT GONNA GO IN THERE AGAIN because the first time I was treated so very badly I RAN OUT, and went the Resistance Vape. I happened to walk by there, looked in and saw a smiling girl so I went back in. TOTALLY, DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. Will go back for sure if shes the owner still.

I’d like to leave a review for Jacque at the Woodstock location. I had a product that was sold to me that did not work properly and I was extremely unhappy to spend $33.43. Not only did she refund in full (after some pushback, I know how these things work), but she made sure I was aware and equipped with what I need to make sure it does not happen again. She listened the problem, understood the problem, explained a solution, and resolved my issue. The product is a retained customer. I am absolutely satisfied with that kind of service and will keep me coming back. Acknowledge this employee for a job well done. Her response reflects upon the company and I am for certain the owner would appreciate and advocate that kind of service. Thank you again Jacque. And thank you wise guys for a talented employee.

Went in on Sunday night and bought a posh disposable! Usually they work pretty good.. well this one didn’t. The employee “Chris” was very rude and didn’t take into consideration anything. He wasn’t pleasant at ALL. Horrible customer service. All I’m saying is I’ve been a regular customer for you guys and I didn’t deserve how I was talked to. It was very rude and not handled AT ALL professional. Needless to say.. I asked for Jackie’s schedule, I will only be going if she’s there.. she always takes good care of me! 🤪

The owners and employees of Wise Guys Vapes in Woodstock, truly live up to the company name. These folks really know what they are talking about. They are detailed, and they know the ups and downs of every piece of equipment and juice that they carry, as well as other products that they sell there. They are extremely friendly, and have no problem answering the multiple questions that I constantly have for them. I would recommend been to anyone you cant get a vaporizer, vaporizer juice, CBD oil, and other such products.

Definitely my favorite vape shop. Resistance had issues with customer service but not here! These are some of the nicest people youll ever come in contact with!

The new manager is amazing, and super helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and is very knowledgeable of the products sold here. Highly recommend it!!!

Went in yesterday spent 150$ then when I was walking out I seen a box of juice says 10 dollars with any purchase, and the fat guy with glasses say should of seen that before its with a purchase are you serious I just spent 150 bucks..I Will Not Be Back!!! Hope your 10 dollar juice was worth it!!
