Asian Touch Massage Spa

I would feel guilty if I fail to share with the public my personal experience at Asian Touch Massage Spa.Yes... IF I was reviewing just the massage, it was good and the masseuse was nice, BUT... Theres SO much more customers should know before assuming this business is what they represent themselves as online. Unfortunately, they are nothing like what they portray themselves as, nor are they like any of the many massage experiences Ive had in all my life.Lets start with all of the photos on this site that we (consumers) view normally as a representation of the business. I wish I would have looked further as I would have been more suspicious. Why are there no photos of their own office or smiling employees or customers? Instead, its full of generic photos copied from an online catalog. Thats because their office is a small entry hall with a variety of details that resemble business is being conducted there, but thats all. From there, youre led down narrow halls, through what appears to be living quarters mingled with life stacked in halls on the way to massage rooms. And then... How about the online photos they have posted themselves, of big busted young Asian girls posing at the edge of (or on) a bed as if they are call-girls? Massages must have really helped them! Maybe their advertising is intended to be mingled with more than massages. We will see how soon they notice this review and figure out they should update their photos (grin).Again... The massage was good... and worthy of a tip (as I always provide)... But Ive never been asked for a tip before leaving the room. Normally youre charged at the end, where you can add in your contribution with your charge. Here is MUCH different. They actually charge you up front, THEN ask you to run the card again for the tip if what you have in cash is not sufficient. Better yet, they name THEIR price for the tip! In my case, she was bartering for me to increase the amount to $20. I agreed on $20 and what do they do, she rang it up for $21 plus the card fee. Just a little more... Just enough you will let it go without argument. So smart, everything they did (as I reviewed each action later in the day).All this is taking place with three middle-aged oriental ladies, standing around the the same narrow entry hall ringing up charges on their card machine, having about the same success communicating with technology as they were with me and my English. So frustrating, as I had just shared with my wife before heading there, how much I really enjoy (prefer) massage parlors that have the oriental flavor and personnel. With all their history with natural health remedies, heck... massages by an oriental masseuse is a win-win!Ready for well THATS different?As she finishes up, I feel her delicately putting my socks on. Hmmm... (AWKWARD). Then, she hands me my pants and shirt, standing there as I get dressed (glad this body never leaves its undies for a massage!). To top it off, she stands next to the closed door and begins bartering for a tip, (noted previously).To be honest, Im not quite sure what previous customers were reviewing about this business to earn them the perfect 5-star ranking I trusted. Granted, personal references are always best when youre looking for a new doctor, mechanic... or even masseuse. But sometimes, we find ourselves in need to rely upon other customers shared ratings (love it for trying new restaurants!). Unfortunately, in the case of this business, this is a major case of complete misrepresentation. My sore body with aching tight back muscles, following a surgery 2 weeks ago needed help bad. Hence... The 2 of 5 stars are specifically for the massage, which was only ...good. The rest? ...Sorry ladies.LAST... I think every massage Ive ever received has been followed with a complimentary bottle of water and encouragement to drink plenty to flush the contaminants out the massage releases. Nope... that warm stack piled in the hall didnt look appealing to me at all. Pass... and I recommend PASS.

This is an old store for more than ten years. It has just changed its owner. The environment is very clean and refreshing. The masseur is very professional. When I go out, I feel very relaxed. I would recommend this massage parlor. Ill be back
