Best customer service I’ve had at a vape shop. Alexis helped me find the exact coil that I needed and the prices were so good. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. She went above and beyond to help me with my mod and replaced the coil for me. 10 out of 10. I will be going here from here on out. Outstanding. Thank you

The first time I went to this location, my ID was snatched out of my hand by a disgruntled employee. About seven months ago.This January I went back in and was refused service. On the basis that I wouldnt let them use their personal cell phones to scan my I.d.I was told that there is no other way to shop at this location. I asked for the manger or for accommodations. He told me not to threaten him.Today I just talked to the store manager. She wouldnt listen to my story after I refused to allow her to scan my ID with a personal cell phone.Not listening to someone when they request for reasonable accommodations is unprofessional. Stating someone is threatening because there is a disagreement is slander.I ask for the audio recording that shows me using inappropriate language, and was refused.Horrible customer service at this location. Tried contacting corporate or the higher manger or owner. No luck so far.

I came to this store after an extremely poor experience in a different location and was very happy to be greeted immediately. Kelsey and Alicia Answered all my question and I was happy to buy an extra juice that they recommended on top of what I originally came for. I will happily drive across town for this kind of service. I will be back indefinitely. 10/10 would recommended.Also, Wonderful recommendation, the Hi-Drip Island Orange is my new favorite juice. Thank you Alicia and Kelsey

OKAY SO LET ME START BY SAYING I TOTALLY DIDNT CATCH THE YOUNG LADIES NAME THAT HELPED ME LAST NIGHT; She was SO personable and friendly and had so much information to offer and helped me find the best Delta bar for my specific needs and wants. She really helped me find the best bang for my buck and I’m really happy with what she recommended me! I don’t often find vape stores fun to visit because it’s a lot of snot nosed college kids behind the counters but I’ve never had a bad or uncomfortable experience at this Vapor Maven. Plus they got rewards and I got $10 off a vape one time like who doesn’t love that? My go to shop 👍🏻

People that work there are not very friendly. Refused to sale me liquid for my husband. Said Im a third party and he cant do that he could lose his job. I would suggest any where else but purchasing from this place.

So I just left this store and had the most awkward vibe ever. As soon as I enter before even a hello or welcome I was harassed for my Id. Ok no problem. Bro already had an attitude about something. I was on the phone with my wife he literally interrupted our conversation telling me I can’t be on the phone in here which is weird in itself and mind you i wasn’t even really talking as I was browsing their products. He wouldn’t even help me as I was asking about the products so I just told him I’ll spend my money elsewhere there are many vape spots right next to you smh what happened to decency and customer service in this country man. This was a terrible experience. Felt like he didn’t want me in there for some reason if I can give zero stars I would. Terrible place

Got recommended this place by a friend about a year ago and love the products! but it’s getting old as soon as you hit the door no how are you or nothing it’s I need your id please. Kinda weird all the other shops don’t ask for us u til you actually go to purchase something they ask for is. Kinda to the point to where you don’t want to go back. People are kinda unfriendly also

The staff was very rude when you first entered the store demanding to see IDs, could have come across less aggressive. and were not helpful whatsoever when shopping making me feel like an inconvenience for trying to shop there.

Update 12/19/2023: I was actually going to ramp up to 5 stars now that things had settled in under new management until tonight. While the gentleman was nothing but professional, the new policy to scan a QR code and sign a waiver for EVERY transaction from a consistent client well over 21 and produces ID without question is nothing short of hyper paranoia and atrocious at the very least. I had already put one of those egregious things on file since the management change, but I refuse to waste my time on someones meth-level of paranoia every single time I want to make a purchase. Best regards VM, Im out!Ive been using this company for a couple of years now starting with the Sikeston, MO store in 2021. In the recent few months Ive been asking for a specific product and Ive been given the stone wall treatment. Yesterday I stopped in and noticed there was a staff change. They seemed to be unattentive to my requests and inquiries as I had to reiterate a number of times what I was specifically looking for. They also seemed to not know much about the stores inventory or its product lines. I plan on venturing to the S. 14th location as a final effort before writing this company off and finding a more suitable supplier. I truly hope corporate pays attention to the reviews and learns how to keep their MVPs and return customers - cant supply a demand that isnt there.

I had an amazing experience here. I haven’t really been to a vape shop before but I went to day and Alicia was very helpful with showing me the different kinds of vapes and helping me understand how to use them. 10/10 would recommend my friends and others to go to her for anything they need. Will definitely come back

Friendly service and somewhat knowledgeable. Stock on your favorite juice? Unless its popular, almost never.

Proud to do my business here. They have never failed to id, shows me these employees follow the law and keep children safe from adult shopping. I will keep coming back and they always have what I’m needing to stop smoking and vape instead.

Good luck going , the staff is in way over there head ..I repeatedly ask for the ice brand ..kid says in out of the watermelon ..so I say what else do you have in menthol.well there is strawberry watermelon ..I say okay ..my bad .I didnt check him ..once bought .I looked and realized it wasnt menthol ...Dude I asked for menthol ..well no returns cause you dont like the flavor ..its still in the package.havent tried the flavor ..its not what I asked for. No returns cause you dont like it ..Be very careful with the staff of low IQ

The staff is amazingly courteous and give great concierge service. They have always gone to great lengths to explain the how tos for a device and give you ample info regarding the different juices they offer. Whether youre a novice or consider yourself an expert, they will give you info that is simple enough to understand but can get in depth of pros and cons regarding any issue. I thank the staff as much as I can. Remember to TIP THEM. They go well above and beyond the regular customer service. Promise, youll enjoy your visit.

I drive a truck. often getting home after midnight on the weekends. My wife knowing I wont be able to in on time to get fluid, so she goes to stores for me. She went here going to give in an attempt to give this store a chance. I was talking to her on the phone when she went into the store. The elder lady at the store told her phone were not allowed in the store. So my wife hung up, they then refused to sell her fluid because she was talking to me. I dont believe in giving stores second chances. I will be sticking to my other stores and leave this one to anyone who wishes to deal with the rude lady behind the counter. I recommend taking your business anywhere else.[What law exactly pertains to a 3rd party buyer?.] From everything I read, the only sells restriction laws are to person(s) under yhe age of 21 (18 if they have a valid military ID) at no point does is say Jim Joes wife may not go to store and purchase vexing devices. Accessories, or fluid for him. You tell me exactly what law your referring to, and Ill change my review to 5 starts.

Don’t believe all the 5 star reviews they offered a deal to get them by giving people free vapes! The absolute worst vape shop in town! The manager is always so rude to you. Avoid vapor maven at all costs!

Young lady hollered from across the store as soon as I walked in the door I need to see your ID . I understand the need for an ID but Im 53 years old and do not look underage. She could have waited until I actually got in the store to ask me instead of yelling across the store. Turned me off immediately.

Rude employees. Worst vape shop ever they don’t even let you look at anything, with an ID!! 27 and get told she can’t sell to me after I gave my ID BECAUSE my 28 year old husbands ID is broken in half even though he handed it to her. Girl you’re younger then me!!! Sweetwater store is better

I came in a few weeks ago and dropped $100 on a few 100m vape juices and coils. My vape takes a V-18 double coil and I had just put a new one in that day so I went to change my coil today and the coil I bought here is too small for my vape. I called the shop and the young lady was very rude and unprofessional. The sad thing is Ive found a few new flavors that yall carry that I like.

From the cleanliness to the organization of this store is superb. I love the fact that everything’s labeled which makes navigation a lot easier. If you haven’t been check it out their juice selection is exquisite.

Good prices on devices and juices

As a veteran with PTSD, delta 8 has been a blessing to get off harsh meds made by big pharmaceutical companies. My veterans political lobby group in Austin,Texas is fighting to keep this years Texas state congress from restricting the sale of delta 8 in Texas. MEANWHILE, this shop does NOT recognize veterans and does NOT provide a discount. Shop elsewhere where our service and political lobby efforts in Austin are appreciated. This shop says there are too many military/ veterans. Shame on the owner/s. Shame, shame, shame. There is a vape store by drug emporium near HEB that appreciates our service and political clout.

There kratom and Delta 8 CBD are some of the best potent I have had,I just moved to Abilene a month ago from Arlington Texas and have lived in Houston, and this stores prices and guality are honest some of the cheapest, but there product is potent, very good and not out of date,try this store you will be thankful you did
