I had gone here a few times and had decent experiences so I recommended it to my mother who is always in a lot of pain due to fibromyalgia. I had bought two gift certificates as gifts to her. Thankfully she was able to utilize one. The next time she had went to use the other, the place was closed with no warning. I’d like to also point out the gift certificate did not have an expectation date and was for $70. One day I happened to be in the mall and they were all of a sudden open again. So I stopped in and asked if they were still going to honor the gift certificate, which they replied yes to. Well the next time my mother went with her certificate and went to pay they said they would not accept is as payment. I called cross gates customer service who told me because the were under “new management “ (with all same old employees) they were supposed to honor at least 25%. Which the honored 0%. I didn’t think this was right as I paid for a service and not 25% of one. So I asked her to reach out to the leasing manager, who I never heard back from. I went into cross gates to file a formal complaint the following week and once again I didn’t hear back. So I went in person a few days later and the leasing manager said he was “unable” to do anything for me. I think this was wrong and I feel robbed ! If I paid for a service I should receive it. I asked him if he had paid for newer iPhone through Apple and the manufacturer no longer made that iPhone would he want his money back or would he be SOL as I am? I am an RN and as anyone can imagine I work hard for my money, especially through the pandemic. And most importantly it is the principal of just doing bad business all around! Won’t be spending any more money here again!

It was a horrible experience. I went crossgate mall for massage, And the massager who did for me was so terrible. He hurt my body, And press my bone. My back hurts for several days. I couldnt stand the pian And I wanna a new person. But they didnt understand what I said! That was so terrible. The massager definitely can not do this job. I seriously suspect that they have no license. Dont go this store! I hope that relevant departments can come out and solve this problem.

I went in there for a half hour chair massage. The gentleman was insistent that I do the table massage for the same price of around $30.00. The massage was terrible and it cost me an additional $20.00 more plus tip which I regretfully gave them. Avoid this place like the plague.

This place does not exist. Not even under new management as the last review said. It used to be right next to Lulu Lemon. I feel bad for the RN that got gypped for her money, I’m an RN as well and we work hard for our money.

Very good place to relax during shopping! Very clean! Would go back again!The massage was absolutely amazing and very friendly. It was a wonderful 30 minutes
