Like this place！The masseurs here are friendly and the price was very good. Clean environment.However please go once it will be a perfect experience.

I went a few months ago for a couples massage. The massage was too rough even after asking for them to ease up and my husbands masseuse arrived late. Afterwards they asked if we wanted to tip and I said yes and give each $10. They laughed and said we need more. Even though I had already paid with a Groupon. It was disgusting and disrespectful. No one is required to tip. Especially not for that service. Would not recommend at all.

That was easily one of the greatest massages I have ever had. It is a bit different that most American spa experiences, but it was very relaxing and comfortable. My MT was very strong and her energy was spot on.

My friend and I did a couples massage and she loved it. I found mine to hurt more than anything. Making an appointment was a bit rough as the front desk didnt speak English too well. The overall experience was great until it came down to the tip. I had forgotten cash so she lets me know that I can use my card and I said okay. I tell her the amount the I want and then she doubles it. I remind her of the amount I had given her, and then pulls my card out and looks at me with disapproval. I asked her what the issue was and then she kind of tries to tell me that it should be more. I then ask her if they have a policy of required tip. she said no that it all depends on what the person wants to tip so then I told her that I had given her the amount I wanted so I wasnt sure why she was trying to change it and let me know I was giving too little. I do not like when places like these behave this way. If thats all I have than thats all I have and they should accept whatever the customer is giving.

Our experience here was great!! My husband and I came for a couples massage yesterday. Spring, who answered the phone for our reservation, was so sweet and personable. Our massages were Swedish (a firm Swedish, let them know ahead of time if you prefer something softer!) with hot stones and a heating pack that rests on your back while they move on to your legs. We were offered water bottles on our way out - a nice and refreshing finish.Both the massage room and restroom were very clean and comfortable. Our only disappointments (4/5 stars) were that the massages were supposed to include essential oils/aromatherapy (we figured they may take essential oil to mean the standard oil used for massage) and that the music during the massage could have been louder for a more pleasant experience. One massage therapist did answer the business cell phone while working on my husband; she quickly explained she was with a client and asked the person to call back. Not a big deal for us, but maybe next time wait until you’re finished with your client :)We will still be back again for our next date, and will just be sure to be more clear about what we want when we reserve. By far one of the best experiences Ive had. Never had a body scrub done and to be honest had I known what it entailed I would have chickened out, luckily for me I was able to let all cares go away and had such an incredible experience. Ladies were extremely professional and have the strongest little hands that worked out every knot I had.

I came in for a simple foot massage for $40. The woman than said a back massage was included in the price. They than tried to get more out of me than what I came in for originally. The experience was decent at most. I could tell right away you need to watch your wallet and your dignity as both are fair game here. I left with both intact, but I guess if your looking for that kind of thing, than this is your place.

This was one of THE WORST massage experiences I’ve ever had. So bad that I’m still sitting in the place as I write this review.We came for our anniversary and were a little early. It seemed as thought only one lady was working so I asked if she was by herself and she said, no, two. However, when we get in the room (which smelled strongly of urine, and had no place to put our belongings) she explains that the person doing my husband’s massage is on the way and that she would start on mine. I’m thinking it would be 10/15 min at the most. FORTY MINUTES LATER, he’s still waiting. I questioned twice. She’s calling the girl on the phone, loudly talking to her while she’s giving me a massage. So finally the lady gets there and immediately started on my husband. Didn’t wash her hands or anything. By now I’m irate. So I finished my massage, and went to talk to the woman outside while my husband gets his full time (obviously this is not a couples massage at this point). I inform her that since she wasn’t honest about her coworker and also wasted my husband’s time, we need a partial refund or discount. She tells me that since my husband bought it on Groupon, we already got a discount. She finally offers me $10, which I refuse and tell her she needs to do better than that. She then goes and interrupts my husband’s massage pleading with him to explain to me how much he paid and threatening to stop his massage. Now I am livid. I tell her to leave him alone and come talk to me outside where we were. She comes back out and gets loud and defensive, again offers me $10. Then, after the other lady finished on my husband, she had the AUDACITY to ask for a tip!!! What?! Both my husband and I laughed at her as we walked out. Don’t go there. Couldn’t even relax because of all the nonsense.

If you’re looking for a massage I will go ahead and recommend going somewhere else. They are unaccommodating overbooked and unwilling to find resolutions to the issues. I scheduled a massage a month ahead of time and she told me to call back to remind them the week before. So when I did the lady told me that I had no reservation they had no record of me calling. Any business that can’t properly manage a schedule and booking time shouldn’t be open

The place could use a decorative face lift. The women that gave my massage was too rough at first and I had to tell her to ease up. The next day I was in pain and felt like I needed a massage from my massage. Also they flat out told me I needed to leave a time which I thought was inappropriate. If I think a service is good I have no problem tipping. I did not appreciate that they assumed I was not going to.

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage, however when I called to book they said they were all booked up for the current month and the next month no weekend spots were available either. They would only accept the Groupon during weekdays which rules out us being able to use the Groupon. I read the fine print and there was nothing regarding black out dates i.e. no weekend spa treatments. Very displeased with my Groupon experience with this company,

Never again. 3 out of 4 appointments were cut from 1 hrs to 30 mins. Twice becuase they were behind and the last time someone came in to see if they could get a 1 hr. Massage while I was having a massage and was told that she could only do 30 mins now. Very unprofessional.

This Merchant is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I call the first time and immediately informed them of my group on and the lady on the phone (She did not give her name) told me to call back friday(day before I wanted my appointment) I waited 2 days (Because I saw a review from someone who went through the same ordeal) and called again this time I was able to make her agree to schedule me for Saturday at 12PM.. I did not mention the group on until the end of the booking. Her whole mood and attitude changed. She became extremely quiet, then proceeded to tell me that nothing was available. When I called her on her BS, she then said I would have to come at 10AM and not 12PM. She couldnt even provide me with any form of confirmation. I refused to even deal with with so I traded in the Group On to go somewhere else.

Been going here once a month for the past 7 months or so and it is a great massage. I have called in advance to schedule appointments as well as done walk-ins. Very professional, courteous, and kind.

I had a wonderful 30 minute massage!!! I was super tense and tight! She asked if the pressure was alright and even used hot stones to further relieve my tension!I will be coming back for a longer session!

I purchased the Groupon and called to make an appointment for Nov. The lady that answered the phone (she did not give a name) told me to call in 2 weeks because they do not book past 2 weeks in advance. I call just now and she was very dismissive. She asked me when I wanted to come in then claimed she had no appointments available in the morning for that day. I asked her what days she has morning appointments and she immediately replied she has no morning appointments. Then I ask her what days and times she does have available and she not only says she cannot look at the calendar, she then claims that now they are fully booked with no appointments available at all. Really? I dont believe there is not 1 appointment available. That goes against what she told me in the previous (1st) phone call claiming they only book 2 weeks out, nothing further. 1. How does she know theyre booked for the month if you just told me you cannot look at the calendar and 2. If you are booked for the month, why did you tell me I couldnt book my appointment far out because you dont do that (my 1st phone call) and then today (my 2nd phone call) you ask me what day I want to come in? If youre that booked, you wouldnt have asked me what day I want to come in. She clearly does not want business and she may not want Groupon business because as soon as I mentioned Groupon, thats when her story started changing. She went from asking me when I want to come in to now being completely booked yet she cant see the calendar. Dont waste your time on these unprofessional people. Take your business where you will be appreciated. These people are a joke.

Amazing experience. The ladies got us right in - very sweet. Went in for the massage and body scrub not thinking it was going to be a whole experience. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! They are brand new(everything even smells new!!), super clean, and the massage therapists do a great deep tissue! We went in for a couples massage and alice and spring did an amazing job! Thank you and I will definitely be back!

They offer services that they can not honor. Appointments are not kept. Your time and money is better spent elsewhere. The massage is not worth the frustration that you have to deal with.

When you ask for deep tissue, you definitely get it. First time Ive had someone walk on my back in a very long time and it felt so good

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I CALLED GOT AN APPOINTMENT GOT THE WHOLE RUNDOWN AND WAS TOLD MY PRICING. I THEN TOLD THE WOMAN THAT I WOULD BE USIND A GROUPON SHE SAID I COULDNT BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAY. NO WHERE DOES THE GROUPON STIPULATE THAT IT CANT BE USED ON HOLIDAYS AND I STATED THAT SHE CUT ME OFF TOLD ME I COULDNT USE IT UNTIL MID JULY AND THEN HUNG UP AND NOW WONT ANSWER THE PHONE DO. NOT. GO. HERE. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Superb massage. Alice was a professional with deep tissue massage and hit all my tense areas perfectly.

Rude and pushy. Doesn’t accept their own Groupon. Will not be back.
