*3/8/24*Tonight I got my first 90 min massage + it was with Stephany. My first time w her as my masseuse and she was great! She made sure I was comfortable and communicated well. She was also able to workout a ton of knots and I truly left feeling very relaxed. 90 minute massages are the way to go! Thank you Stephany!*2/4/24*Today I went back for a full day of papmering and I must shout out Kyiara & Janay, amazing young ladies. Very professional and kind. Kyiara as always is an amazing masseuse. So glad she’s back from maternity leave. Janay was amazing at my facial and really took the time to listen to my skincare routine and provide me great information and help guide me on my current products I’m using. She was very informative and patient in answering all my questions.*6/28/22*Today I had my very first massage (3rd visit overall to this location) at this location w Kyiara and she is amazing. Not only is she sweet, kind, polite and respectful but she is an incredible masseuse. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences and executed them flawlessly. I am so excited to come back in a month for another massage w her! Kyiara is a gem!Yesterday was my first time at ME and this location. I received a ME membership for my birthday from my husband. Yesterday I had a facial with Isabela(?) The gentleman at the front desk were wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. Since it was my first facial I did undergo like a skin scan where Isabela viewed my skin under a sort of UV light. We talked about my skin concerns and kind of came up with a game plan for what the facial would target. The facial was great. Incredibly relaxing. Let me just saw that the extractions were a tad painful but afterwards I think so worth it. Blackheads where?! I was amazed. The facial does include some light massaging of the shoulders, neck and chest. I loved it. Isabela was friendly and speaks Spanish as well. My only critic which I think is just a personal preference is after speaking about my skincare my choice of products (predominantly good molecules) was called drug store. It isn’t the highest end of products but it works for me and my skin. Aside from that comment everything was good. I’m due to go back next month for another facial w microdermabrasion to target my hyperpigmentation. I will follow up w another review next month..*Update* 5/10/22Yesterday was my second time at this location and with Isabel. She did my very first microdermabrasion treatment and I loved it. She was very conscious of my comfort level as this was my first time having that vaccum on my face. Her hands are so gentle on my face that they always puts me to sleep. The front desk staff was so friendly and courteous. Can’t wait to go back next month for my 2nd microdermabrasion treatment.

Melissa is the most awful, unprofessional massage envy manager. I have tried to cancel 3 months in a row now. She doesnt return phone calls and when she finally cancelled my account I kept getting charged. She obviously doesnt know how to do her job and forces customers to stay on a membership. The rest of the staff is wonderful though. One staff member even put my account on hold so I wouldnt get charged till she resolved the issue. Which then she reprimanded this employee. I found out because this staff member told me. I feel bad that I call weekly to try to get her to do her job and cancel my membership!!! Please please please Massage Envy get in touch with me! This is the worst business practice Ive EVER experienced. STOP CHARGING ME!!!!

Avery did an amazing job of providing me with an hour of total relaxation. If you’re like me and like a “gentle” massage, Avery is your man! I highly recommend him!!!

Ive been going to the Ft Belvoir location for 10 months now. I need deep tissue massages to work out the knots and aches in my back. Im not going here to be pampered, this is therapeutic. Patrick has been great finding all tension knots and working them out. He also holds a great conversation and is funny as heck. If youre looking for deep tissue massage I cant recommend him enough. The staff here is friendly and the waiting room is tranquil.

Had a lovely massage from Adriana! Perfect pressure to work out knots without being painful. The space was clean, staff members were all friendly and professional, my appointment started right on time, and this location has plenty of parking. I like that you can select areas to focus on or avoid at the start of your appointment.

They have good massage therapists. They get you to commit to a monthly massage which they bill you for every month, whether you use it or not. After a while you end up with a lot of massages that are unused. The monthly price increased a few times over the 2 years I have had it. When you add in the tip each time it gets expensive.

Patrick is an amazing massage therapist if you want a deep tissue massage. He consistently works with me to release tension in the body. The massage is intense, so be prepared to do the work to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Great facial massage from Isabel! Shes always upbeat, smiling and happy at all times. Isabel is very respectful and has great manners. And a wonderful conversationalist. To top it off, she is passionate about what she does. I will highly recommend.

Had a great massage with Avery today. He did a great job tailoring the massage and applying different levels of pressure according to my needs

Good bye Mr Chong. You are my favorite massage therapist but I have to say good bye. Your management is terrible. Canceling appointments we wait 5 weeks for but cant re-confirm because we are traveling internationally.

I have had two sessions with Patrick at this location.I have had massages at different Envy location and other locations, and Patrick has been the best massage therapist I have encounter. Professional and caring. He does more than just a massage, he does try to heal you with his hands. Great energy you get from him.If you want a deep tissue massage, Patrick is the person to go to.Patrick continue being your best. Thank you for helping me.

Fafa was amazing! She explained the process along the way and regularly made sure to check if I was comfortable. Definitely recommend booking with her!

This was my first time with Steff and she was fantastic! She was very nice and pleasant and used the exact amount of pressure that I like. Already booked another session with her (and one for my wife)!

I contacted the Massage Envy in Ft Belvoir to inquire about the cancellation of our appointments. The front desk employee informed me that they had sent a text message to confirm my appointment. I explained that I find it difficult to check text messages while Im at work and suggested that they should have called and leave a message so I have a chance to confirm instead of canceling through text. The employee then offered a 90-minute time slot instead of the original 60 minutes. I asked my spouse if the new time slot was suitable for her as well, but before I could respond further, the front desk employee ended the call. I was not as upset on the cancelation, but abruptly ending the call is very unprofessional.

This was the best massage experience I ever had and I’ve had plenty. Patrick is phenomenal. He was able to find knots in my body that I didn’t even know existed! When my massage was done I felt so much better although I know it will take a few more sessions for me to feel normal again, he was so great in finding the pain areas. I would highly recommend him. I would also like to say that Jenae, my facial technician was phenomenal as well. I love this location I will forever be a customer.

Bre did my stretch and was great. She was super kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. I got hurt earlier today and didn’t want to cancel my stretch session, Bre just worked around my injured hand while pushing me to my limit and making sure I was comfortable, I’m so relaxed! Thank you so much, definitely coming back!

I signed up for the membership after I spoke with a representative at the Old Beulah location. I was informed by her during my first visit that I can try it out and if I don’t like it, I can cancel at anytime. I trusted her so the process was like here is your monthly, it matched as advertised. Then when it came to the contract, sign here, hit the next button, sign here, and you’re all set. So I trusted her instead of fully reading everything.After three visits, I was unable to find a massage therapist that suited my needs. So I decided I have to allocate my resource elsewhere to find something that works. I was just informed by another representative that the new policy changed over in June so I cannot cancel. I tried to reason that the first representative was not versed with the contract terms and I trusted her. Then the manager came out and spoke with me. She said the policy never changed and it has always been the same. In order for me to cancel the contract, I have to prove either I am moving 25 miles or more away or get a Dr. note I cannot have massages. Neither would be true and that would be dishonesty.Before I left because there was no more reasoning. I asked the manager for the corporate number. She said she is not allowed to give it to me. I would have to Google it. I was taken back with that response. She claims there are many regions and areas. So then I asked her, what region do you report to so I know I’m searching for the right number. “Sorry I am not allowed to give it out.”It was a pleasant experience up to this point. I will be searching for the corporate number. Lesson learned is don’t trust, must verify.

I had my first appointment with Patrick yesterday and he was fantastic! He used deep pressure like I requested and really focused on my problem areas to work out my muscle knots that were giving me issues. I couldnt ask for a better massage and I felt the benefits immediately!

My experience with Hilltop massage envy was superlative and the presentation of this location was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I was scheduled with Melissa for a 60 min session. She was probably the best therapist Ive had to date. Very attentive and catered the session to my concerns. Very friendly yet professional.

Jujuan did an amazing job with my facial!! Her attention to detail and dedication to making sure that she got every little blackhead before letting me leave really made the whole experience the best I’ve had yet. 10/10 highly recommend!! Definitely going back to her next time! Moses is also amazing at the front desk! He is very personable and always remembers me and makes me feel super welcome the moment I walk in. They both deserve a raise! Love them!

I had heard great things about Mr. Chong and needed a deep tissue massage. I booked a 90-minute massage. Arrived on time. He brought me in 20 minutes late but didn’t extend the massage. So I got robbed of 20 minutes. He also didn’t touch my lower back which was my main reason for getting a massage. I told this all to the front desk and no discount was offered or even an apology. After posting this review I received a response (see below) asking me to provide my contact information and fill out a form. I had already filled out the form right after the bad service and provided my contact info when I made the appointment. They asked if they could call but never did.

She was great! I have been a Massage Envy customer for several years across many states but Jailynn took her time with my facial and providing recommendations.I usually go to a location closer to me but I think this will be my regular because of Jailynn.

I have Kiyaras client since she first got licensed. She started off as an excellent masseuse and has only improved.

I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now and cycled through a few massage therapists but Patrick has been the best! I deal with loads of muscle aches and tension and go in 1-2 times per month. Patrick does great deep tissue massage work and i always can’t wait to get my knots out! Highly recommend if you deal with any muscular pain. The deep tissue might be painful but it’s definitely worth it! It’s much better than walking around with knots in your back.

Massage Envy has 100% gone down hill, I used to have a membership and I thought I would try it out again. I walk in the room and there is no music playing at all, I think my therapists room was right next to the break room so I heard everyone talking very loud and very clear. Impossible to feel relaxed.After my massage I wasn’t even asked how my service went or asked to purchase a membership. I probably would have purchased so I could go to a different location and get member pricing today. Do not recommend this location.

Steff was amazing. She understood the assignment. I told her that I had some upper back pain and she targeted it. Not only did she focus on the back but she managed to relax my body and mind. She did a wonderful job overall. By far the best massage therapist I have encountered at any Massage Envy. I am looking forward to booking with her again. I am recommending her to all of my friends.In addition to my massage, there was complimentary mouthwash in the restroom and it was not cheap mouthwash it was Listerine Mint. I had never seen that before at any other location. Not even in the dentist office.

My massage with Angela was awesome! She made sure I was comfortable at all times and sought my feedback frequently to make sure I had the best experience. Angela is a go-to massage therapist!Avery is an amazing massage therapist! He is excellent at customizing the massage based on my feedback and what I needed worked on. He also ensures Im securely covered at all times. I very much appreciate his respectfulness and diligence.

Patrick was awesome. He was very relatable and talked me through what he was doing when applying a certain level of pressure on those very tense muscles. He ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed. I was reluctant to go with someone other than the person that I was used to. However, I was pleasantly surprised by Patrick. He was very professional and most importantly, he knows what he’s doing.

Stefany was absolutely amazing! Very professional, attentive to what I wanted, and did an excellent job overall. This was my first massage in a long time, and the experience was good enough that Im going to go back next month! Cant rate this place highly enough - special shout out to the reception, too, which was seamless even though it was a busy day!

Ive issues with this place in the past trying to get appointments and having appointments cancelled on me after waiting a month, but it appears theyve hired a few more people and its not as bad. Adriana is also great!

Wow!! I am loving the Assisted Stretch program at Massage Envy. I love massage and continue get when I can, but I have realized a longer lasting effect when I get an Assisted Stretch with the RTR machine thing. My mind is more clear when my body feels good. Ive been to Brian in Vienna, Andrew, James and Dayana in Burke, Adam in Falls Church and Jasmine at Beulah Street... all are amazing and I cant wait to go back next week.. been going at least 1x per week and sometimes 2x a week...best investment Ive made in my wellness. Thank you Massage Envy Team!

I have been coming to ME on and off for 8 years. This is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Patrick was fantastic if you need firm or deep pressure. I was using a gift and ended up joining as a member again to come back in two weeks. I now return every 2 weeks and he’s a pleasure to work with every time!

Steff was beyond extraordinary! Its hard to find a someone with the right strength and awareness of what you need during a massage, everyone is different.Steff was so great! This was my first visit to this location. I had a facial. My therapist Jenaé is very professional. She listened to my concerns and issues, and used products to specifically help me. I couldnt be more satisfied. My skin looks beautiful! I made a second appointment and I plan to get regular facials from her. The location is very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. Every one I encountered asked how they could help me. They were very helpful at the front desk, too. The waiting area inside was great because it was dark with diffused lavender and soft music playing. It was quite relaxing. I highly recommend this location and Jenaé.

From the moment I stepped into the room for my stretch service I experienced nothing but full professionalism and genuine concern as it pertains to my wellness. From checking in on past injuries and understanding my day to day functionalities to explaining which areas I should focus on more at home; as well as which we would target for more time in the next session. Her intellect showed as we flowed through several conversations, this experience is truly one that opened me to becoming a member and receiving the necessary services for the betterment of my body.

I came in to Massage Envy for pain in my lower back and sciatica. Thomas was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained what the stretching involved and guided me through each phase. He was kind and very considerate of my comfort level which I really appreciated. I definitely plan to go back. Except for a little soreness, I feel great and my back and body feel wonderful.

The check-in was wonderful. The young man was helpful and kind without being pushy at all. I also loved the prices were everywhere so nobody was confused at the end.The facial by Jailynn was exceptional. She worked with my skin and found a couple of problem areas that I did not realize. There was no upsell but when I asked questions she knew all the products and had no problem picking the right combo for me.I recommend and will be back in a couple months for round two.

I had the best experience! Toshiko booked my appointment and was so pleasant to talk to via phone. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles from King and Moses. I received my service from Isabella for a facial and it was absolutely amazing - my skin looked so good. I swear I look 5 years younger. After my facial I was asked how my service was by the Manager name Kjay and given so many compliments about my glowing skin. From start to finish this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a Massage Envy. I am definitely making this my home location.

I got a facial from Lauren and it was INCREDIBLE! She was very knowledgeable and provided easy to follow advice for my skin care routine. She was able to recommend products and explain how to use them as well. The facial was very soothing and my skin felt so refreshed! My second massage with Kiyara and she was absolutely fabulous and once again, I totally enjoyed my massage. She was professional, skilled, courteous and friendly. The front desk receptionist, Moses, is always such a pleasure. He is super proficient, friendly and helpful.

Need to work out the kinks or address a particular knot or strain? Jasmin is my go to to compliment my workout routine. She helps you systematically stretch muscle groups that hard workouts have pressed. You will walk out feeling taller and with renewed flexibility. If you haven’t tried stretch I would highly recommend getting on Jasmin’s schedule! It’s the plus up to your routine!

I am visiting family in the DC area. My back, hips and sciatica were bothering me so I booked an appointment for a massage with Angela. She listened to me explain my issues and gave me a fabulous massage. I left feeling relaxed and feeling much better. Next time I come for a visit I will definitely book another appointment with Angela!

I have to usually try several massage therapists before I find the right one… Alexander was perfect from the start… he was able to do deep tissue without it being painful and got all the spots that were really tight… I was able to relax during the massage! I am definitely going back and have already schedule Alexander for my next massage.

Steph was amazing. She was very attentive to my problem areas and ensured I was comfortable. I highly recommend Steph if you like medium/firm pressure. Massage Envy Hilltop for the win!

Frances was great. I had a 30 minute rapid tension relief session and it was my first experience with her. She is very skilled with the massage gun and I felt like she paid a lot of attention to how she worked on each muscle. I was comfortable the whole time while also feeling like I got a lot out of the session for my chronically tight and aching muscles. We focused on the mid and low back, glutes, hips, thighs and calves. Terrific and highly recommended!

Amazing visit yesterday. This was my first session with Kiyara and she was stellar! She gave all of my problem areas much needed attention while still providing a comprehensive, full session that hit all the usuals youd expect for a FB. And I left feeling amazing and having better mobility in my neck and shoulders than I have in quite a while. Which is an ongoing issue for me. Very pleased!

Jasmin definitely has expertise in the field of therapeutic rejuvenation. I havent been stretched like that in a while. That hurt that feels good. Awaiting my next session.

I really enjoyed my 90 min session with Margaret ! She listened to my body and I felt very relaxed afterward! She is very knowledgeable about her craft!Very sad that I have to turn down my aromatherapy because they are only offering oils with the aromatherapy :( I have been getting massages for a long time at this location and have always loved the aromatherapy. First time I had to turn it down.

I had always avoided this place like the plague…for YEARS ….but this year I received a gift card for Mother’s Day and I hadn’t heard anything negative in forever so, i decided to give them a try.The lobby spelled amazing (which immediately began to qualm my previous reservation about the franchise) and had a very inviting spa like atmosphere …but that’s absolutely where it STOPPED! It’s very cold in the tiny cramped treatment room where there is literally zero spa-like ambience. The lighting in the treatment room is abrasive and there was no aroma therapy beyond the reception area… the massage oils are not warmed nor do they instruct the massage therapist to warm it or their hands prior to treatment clearly as none of these things were done.Overall it was an unrelaxing experience, while the actual massage was fine my treatment specialist had some sort of sever respiratory issue as she was breathing VERY audibly (so much so it was louder than the background music) which literally prevented me from ever relaxing.I can’t say that I would feel comfortable recommending the franchise to anyone based on this experience. Especially given that I essentially paid $130 + tip and left utterly disappointed. I literally still have funds on the gift card but I can’t see myself paying for that kind of experience EVER AGAIN.

It was my first visit to Massage Envy after receiving a gift card for a 60 minute massage. My appointment time was for 5 pm but arrived 10 mins early as instructed to check in and fill out forms. Front desk personnel was very friendly and I felt welcomed, over very calming while I waited. Minutes went by and I remember looking at my watch while waiting in the lobby, it was 5:05. At last I was greeted by Maria and she led me to the room. She was friendly and we consulted about the massage, asking me about focus areas, basically what I wrote in my form, etc… as we began, I remember lying on the table and looking at my watch waiting for her to enter back into the room, time was 5:18pm. The massage was good and before we knew it, it was over. I was surprised at how quickly she said “okay, we’re done” and again looked at my watch it was 5:55pm. Clearly it was NOT a 60 minute massage. Before I can say anything, she quickly turn on the lights, asked me to get dressed and whisked out of the room. I wanted to say something while checking out but since there were other customers in the lobby, I didn’t want to bring attention to myself or the situation so I paid $75 plus $25 gratuity and left. I don’t know if this happens all the time with others or it was just my experience but it’s bad business practice so I will not be returning.

I have gone to Angelica for several years now and she is one of the best massage therapists I have ever gone to. I always have so many different weird aches and pains. She is so knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology and always has great tips for me on how to prevent those weird aches and pains. I have been a member of Massage Envy, Hilltop for the past five years, and have always had a great experience with the staff and professional therapists. I have to single out my great Skin Care Expert, Jujuwan. Besides being outstanding at what she does, she is a wonderful person. I will wait to get an appointment with her even if it takes a month! This says a lot about her, and how her other clients hold her in high esteem - she is normally booked out at least a month. 🥰I also have to laud my Massage Therapist, Margaret. Maya is amazing. She works on knots that you have without even asking. She’s not chatty either, which I enjoy, so I can zone out and relax. I had my first stretching session at Massage Envy the other day with Stefany and boy was it nice! I may even like the stretches better than the massages now! So hard to choose because they’re both great, but Stefany was wonderful and attentive. She made sure to always ask if I was okay or felt comfortable, and the stretches felt so good! My body is thanking me after all those long hours sitting in front of a computer screen! Will definitely be back!

Alex was very friendly but I did not enjoy his massage techniques at all. He didn’t really massage any of the areas you would typically receive a massage at all and he only used his finger tips mainly along my spine and near one shoulder blade. I also found it uncomfortable at times because he only used a tiny amount of massage oil which caused me to feel the friction of his fingers whenever he touched my skin. His draping techniques could also use improvement because I couldn’t even tell he was holding the sheet up for me to flip over and he awkwardly tucked the sheets around my legs leaving only my lower calf and foot exposed. I get regular massages and this was probably the worst one I’ve ever gotten. I am sure he meant well and was very polite but I would absolutely not book another treatment with him. The front desk staff was very friendly though and the location is convenient.

I’ve been to at least 6 different locations of massage envy and Kiyara is definitely the best massage I had so far! She knows how to focus on target spots while also taking care of the rest. I’m definitely coming back again when I’m in the area.

I am a member and have been going to Massage Envy for years. I have experienced two amazing therapist during my membership, Amber and now Maya. I thought of letting my membership go but after every session with Maya I am thankful that I did not and eagerly look forward to my next session. Happy to say I am scheduled out until November. If you enjoy deep tissue or sport massages, choose Maya, but do it fast because her appointments go fast.

Honestly, its this location. I can not express how amazing the people here are, just wonderful! When I called in for an appointment, it was the day before. They were able to get me in. Then we had a freak ice storm and I wanted to move my appointment up the day of. They were so amazing and accommodating. When I came in, again, amazing. My facial was perfect. It wasnt one of those generic facials. One size fits all. No, it was made just for me. Laurie took me into the room, sat and talked with me for about 5 minutes, just to find out my concerns. When she was working with me, she described EVERYTHING she was doing. I love that. Then we talked again after. I cant wait for my peel next time. O and its a few days after and my skin feels great, she really did a wonderful job picking out what was good for my skin. Then, when I was finished, I wanted to book for the next month. The ladies up front were awesome, working with me on getting things scheduled. Just a wonderful experience. Very relaxing and welcoming.

I just updated my review. I have now seen Angelica and Angela for massages with my thirteen-year-old daughter (had also gone to Cece, but she left during Covid). Angelica is especially good if you have aches. I had back pain that disappeared because of her! Angela was also awesome for us, but I can’t compare because I didn’t have back pain when we went to see her. My daughter was equally impressed with both of them. Thank you!! This place is professional and peaceful. I feel so relaxed when I leave that I don’t regret spending the money.

I had a massage with Alexander and the experience was very good. He even taught me some stretching exercises to practice at home, something that no other place has taken the cost of teaching me how to treat my back pain.

The massage therapists are great... if you can get an appointment within your availability. Because of this, I cancelled my membership. I attempted to cancel on 10/7/22 and was told they wouldnt cancel until 11/1/22 despite my contract and their cancellation form stating that the cancellation is effective 10 days after receipt. I was charge for my membership again in November. Then at the beginning of December, I got a call from someone trying to convince me to keep my membership, to which I said absolutely not! Then, I got charged again in December! I have proof showing they received my cancellation and theyve charged me for 2 months now. Attempting to reach out to corporate was useless - there is no real corporate. Attempting to reach out to the owner of the franchise is impossible. I was told they would call me on a Friday and I went four weeks, every Friday, trying to get in touch with the owner and never got in touch with them. Ultimately, I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. I wouldnt recommend getting a membership unless you never want to get out of it or fight them in court. Not only has cancellation been difficult, attempting to work with the owner has been impossible and their customer service is atrocious once you attempt to cancel. If I could offer 0 stars, I would!

I love this massage envy! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And they’ve done a great job setting up Covid protocols and procedures that make me feel safe while being pampered.Margaret is awesome!! Maya was very good. She use just the right amount of pressure and was able to really work out all my tension and knots. I have scheduled ahead several months as she is very popular. She was also respectful of being mostly quiet during the massage so I could fully relaxHowever the front desk person was quite rude. I came in and she was on the ipad and phone with someone and had her back turned to me. Never acknowledged me or said just one minute. I waited quite a while before she impatiently ask me if i was checking in. The same thing happed as I exited. I would have just walked out but i wanted to leave Maya a tip as she deserved it. I wanted to make more appointments but she was obviously not interested in my needs

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. I love the location. The front staff is always friendly. But, the main reason I go is for my massage therapist, Gabriel. He is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever had! I highly recommend him to anyone. He is always professional and has a great technique. I am so zen after each session with him. It is quite magical to feel so relaxed and I am completely devastated to be moving away! Sigh!

Tristan was great! He doesnt just do a deep tissue but he helps relieve any trouble issues.. just amazing doesnt cover his techniques and knowledge.. Booking way in advance is advised as getting an appointment with anyone at any of the locations is super hard to do. Chong, Chase, and Mia are all good at deep and firm too. New people are starting soon also and I shall update as I try them all. 😀

My first massage since before the quarantine began. I saw Danielle for the first time this morning and she was amazing! I can’t wait for my next massage! Scheduled a deep tissue massage with Maya, or Mia, whatever. I’ve had these types of massages many times.She used her forearms and elbows most of the time, and just piled her weight and rolled her arms on my back. It’s easier than using her hands I guess.I asked for work on my neck and shoulders. She never bothered with my neck. Pretty painful, not the good kind of pain I’ve had with several other masseuses. Never again. It was a 1.5 hour session.I left her a good tip anyway.

I had an absolutely amazing massage! This was my first massage in 6 months and she was very attentive to what areas I had asked to be addressed and I left feeling great. I normally don’t talk during my massage but she was so respectful and kind, needless to say we were both laughing so hard we were crying! I will be back to visit next time I am in town.

The young lady who did my massage did a good job but it was supposed to begin at 4:30. We walked into the massage room at 4:34. I was told I needed to take off my top and cover myself with a blanket. I was told it would leave me with about 18 minutes left of my massage. I wouldn’t spend this kind of money again for such a short appointment. She did say after she came back in she would add a couple minutes, but it still felt very short. I will look for recommendations from friends for my next message.

The customer service and management at this Massage Envy location was very disappointing. When I came out of my session the manager at the front desk asked me how was todays session, I replied Not as good as it has been in the past. Without a word the manager then proceeded to check me out and asked me if I would like to leave gratuity. I was taken aback. The manager, Kjay, displayed no interest in learning why I, a customer, was not satisfied with the service at an establishment he manages. Not only did he not acknowledge or inquire about the unfulfilling massage I received from the technician, but he had the gall to ignore my feedback and ask if I wanted to leave a tip. Instead of tipping I canceled my remaining appointments with this establishment. The owner of this location or the person who manages the managers should speak with Kjay regarding his lack of customer service skills and the importance of providing an exceptional experience for customers from the moment they enter the door to the moment they exit. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience with Massage Envy. I would not recommend this place for a massage.

Danielle is a fantastic choice if you want a great massage. She’s super string for deep tissue and I’ve asked for relaxation pressure and enjoyed just as much. This Massage Envy is clean & despite COVID feel perfectly comfortable getting a massage here. Front desk staff are always friendly & helpful.Ramil is an amazing therapist. He’s extraordinarily capable & intuitively can pinpoint trouble spots and affect relief.I visited Mr. Ramil again and am happy to report that after two years of chronic hip pain, I am alluding it immediately following a 1.5 hour massage from him. So grateful & have myself scheduled with him every month. Highly recommend him!I totally loved my hot Stone massage with Maya. She clued into a shoulder issue I was having & spent some extra time focusing on it. Much to my relief! Look forward to scheduling with her again. So glad the hot stones & wintergreen lifesavers are back!!Angela was fantastic! I’ve never had a 30 min massage, but it was just what my shoulder needed.

Had the LED facial with Isabel instead of the microderm infusion. It was much better than I expected. It was very soothing and relaxing while leaving my face feeling soft, smooth and hydrated. Definitely gonna see Isabel again after the holidays, as a part of my Its My Time journey. She explained everything to me and took very good care of my skin.

My daughter gave me a gift card to receive a massage at Massage Envy at Hilltop Ft. Belvoir. My masseuse was Angelica. She was very professional and asked of my needs. She concentrated on areas that I stressed needed attention and it felt sooo good just to relax and be pampered. I enjoyed the conversation and the quiet times too. It would be worth the time to go. You’d enjoy it.

I was fortunate to get an appointment same day and be assigned a profressional massage therapist. She listened, assessed by touch, and then focused on the problem areas. Angelica did well and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a full body massage. The facility and setup is speaking and the staff professional. Overall a pleasant experience at this location.

I got the hot stone 90 minute massage. She was very nice and professional. The stone massage part felt good however any area she worked with her hands she did more pushing on my body than massaging and it was uncomfortable. It was the first time I’ve experienced this, and is probably just a technique I don’t enjoy.

I went to Massage Envy with Angelica as my masseuse. She was wonderful! I am 37 weeks pregnant and she was able to loosen up some of my tight muscles. She was very gentle, kind, patient and firm on my muscles. I would highly recommend Angelica for a prenatal massage.

Great location at Hilltop shopping center near everything. The spa is clean, quiet, and the staff attentive and helpful. I switched to this clinic because my usual therapist left at my old location. My therapist was Candice. Candice was great! Its really hard to find a good deep tissue therapist who can keep the pressure consistent over the course of a 90 min massage. She made it appear effortless and painlessly worked out several of my tough knots. Candice identified my trouble spots without assistance and remained attentive to how I was responding to her treatment. She also varied her technique and massage style depending on what part of the body she was working on. I finally felt like Id been worked on but felt so loose and amazing afterwards. Candice was super friendly, warm, welcoming, and thankful. Ill definitely be back to see her again!

Margaret was fantastic. She completely customized my massage based on the questions she asked before we started. Her techniques coupled by the perfect amount of pressure made for one of the most therapeutic and relaxing massages that I have ever received. She is an A+ massage therapist.

I had an intro rate massage at $75 back in March. I had a good massage experience with Angelica so thought to come here again. DEF my LAST time coming here. The massage was scheduled for 2:00pm for 60 mins. I got there at 1:59pm on the DOT.The staff at the front desk (who was definitely new; not sure her name but she had a nose ring) told me I wasnt a member and that I would be charged the full price of the massage. While she was telling me, apparently my massage time was being cut into it so Angelica only massaged me for 40 mins and was done. This was considered my full 60 mins massage. The lady in the front didnt tell me my massage time was being cut, all she said was you can go back to your massage and we can discuss later. SHE SHOULD HAVE CLEARLY SAID YOUR MASSAGE TIME IS BEING CUT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL.Id like to see where in your policy this is stated because new staff should tell customers this or when they send their text messages, should state in there. If someone does read these, Id like for them to contact me showing me this statement in their policy. So that means, if Im talking with the front staff for 50 mins and my appt is 60 mins - I only get 10 mins of massage time yet I pay full price?!?!??! how unfair is this, especially for someone thats 7 months PREGNANT and comes to relax at this place.Last time during my intro rate massage, Angelica was LATE 15 mins. I didnt get an extra 15 min for my 60 min massage which because it was THEIR fault, they should have accommodated.I will NOT be coming to any massage envy location ever again. For everyone going, please ask or confirm the fine print before hand - Would recommend BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR APPT over the phone so it doesnt take 20 min of your massage time yet you still have to pay full $125.

My shoulders had knots and very tight causing me a lot of stress and tension not only in my Shoulders but also my neck. Mr Chong was amazing! He knew exactly what to do. He did medium pressure (although he did ask about deep tissue which I declined but next time will try it) After my 1 hour session, I felt immediate relief. I asked about the CBD oil and he used that (which by the way was amazing!). It will take a couple more sessions but I’m feeling so much better from the first. I booked 90 minutes for my next session and look forward to it! Highly recommend Mr. Chong.

Laurie is very knowledgeable and passionate about skin care, and is very attentive to my skin care needs. I’ve had a series of chemical peels to address aging and sun damage (80’s-90’s tanning beds). She explained what she was doing at every step and made sure my skin wasn’t too sensitive to the chemicals. She’s helped me establish a better skin care routine and suggested products that will benefit my areas of concern.

This was my first time at this location of Massage Envy and I will definitely only go there as long as Im here for work. Gamal was hands-down the best massage therapist I have ever seen. Dont go to him if you are looking for a gentle, put-you-to-sleep massage. If you want some intense stretching and work on your muscles though, he is your guy! I made another appointment before I left and cant wait to go back!

Margaret was great at working through my problem areas. I think I almost fell asleep when she was massaging my feet. Her massage was so great she convinced me to get a membership to ensure Im taking care of my body/working out my knots (she said they were bad).

Mr. Chong- a master therapist who provides deep tissue and trigger point therapy. He helped me with pain relief and overall balancing of my body. I highly recommend him if you need deep pressure massage. I felt my hard knots melt away as he worked. He is the best therapist at Hilltop Massage Envy.

I had a 90 minute massage with Danielle and I can’t express enough how amazing it was! You could tell she is passionate and loves her job. She was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout (asking how the pressure was, etc.) Prior to my massage I felt stressed and tense and after I was so relaxed I literally felt like a new person. The facility itself felt very clean which is important to me due to concerns with covid. They are taking it seriously there and I never felt like I was potentially exposing myself. I usually go to a different massage envy but there wasn’t availability on my day off of work so I tried this location. I will now go to Danielle and this massage envy from now on!

Reminders are sent to my email and I also get a call to confirm the day prior so on point as far as communication.The staff have always been professional with me. Due to COVID restrictions, temperatures are being checked when you arrive for your appointment and a form is sent to complete with exposure-related questions prior to the appointment.Gamal was my therapist and he was absolutely amazing!! He took time to focus on any tight areas which he encountered as he worked. He is very professional and he explained things and coached me through breathing since he specializes in deep tissue massage. Periodically he checked to make sure I was doing okay. I’ve been going to this ME location for years. I’ve never had any issues with the staff. They are friendly and professional, and usually able to handle any minor nuances which arise from time to time.Since my two favorite therapist left, I struggled to find one at this location who met my needs. I’ve been trying several of the other therapists and finally discovered Mr Chong. My only regret is not trying him sooner.Mr Chong is thorough and applied the right amount of pressure consistently. I had a very relaxing session and my body felt great afterwards. I’ve booked the next few appointments with him as I have a few prepaid sessions to use.I’m looking forward to my next session with him.UPDATE:I went to ME Hilltop for a facial with Tania yesterday (06.03.2021) and Oh! My. God!!! She was the best. So very professional.Tania explained everything she was about to do. She asked questions to ensure she provided the best care for my skin during the treatment. Tania cued me just before she applied any product to my skin, as in “this will be a bit cold” or “this may tingle a bit”. She definitely managed my expectations and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.Tania explained why some products were better or preferred over others. My face felt amazing when she was finished. I saw the difference in my skin after the facial as well.My only regret is not using my sessions towards quarterly facials. Massage enhancements were always suggested but never facials. If you want THE BEST massage ever then ask for Gabriel. His technique is outstanding and he listens to you. He has helped with the tension I carry in my shoulders and my back pain.I will say I almost did not share Gabriel’s name. I know once word gets out he will be booked all the time. I have had consistently good experiences with Frances in stretch sessions over the past couple of years. For me this has been an important way to overcome pain and injuries in addition to getting traditional massages. Frances is so knowledgeable about what will help. It is assisted stretching, so it has helped with muscle tightness in areas I can’t get a thorough stretch just by myself such as glutes and lower back. I felt a day and night difference after this last session & to top it off, Frances is personable and caring as well.

Jenae was my esthetician at the Hill Top Massage Envy location. She did an excellent job on the service as well as analyzing my skin and recommending a course of action to enhance it.

Chong gave a great massage. The pressure was just right and he hit all areas in 1.5 hour timeframe.

Dae Chong is excellent! I thought I wouldn’t find as thorough and relaxing a massage therapist as Ramil…until ME recommended I give Mr Chong a chance. I wholeheartedly recommend Dae Chong for the best assisted stretching and deep tissue massages!!!

I have been consistently impressed with this location for years. Their management is wonderful. I love Angelica - I saw her during my pregnancy and post pregnancy. She is kind, listens, and does amazing massages!

The massage experience was satisfactory (I strongly recommend Stephanie, although she’s always booked) however the customer service leaves a lot of room for improvement. I’ve been a member for two years and I’ve seen constant turnover, so there’s no continuity. Their cancellations were done at the last minute, sometimes I would get an email while I was en route. Just this month, for example, I had an appointment on a snow day, I didn’t even receive an email or a call whether I intended to reschedule that appointment. Frustrating! I canceled my membership finally and I made sure all my residual appointments were booked, yet they wanted to charge me full price again for the last appointment which I’ve already been charged for! I had a tense conversation with the front desk person and eventually I was allowed to get my massage, but good luck relaxing after that!

Gabriel is an excellent massage therapist. I am a repeat client of his, he always remembers the little things that make me more comfortable, I.e rolled towels under my shoulders rather then a breast pillow and low heat on the table. I highly recommend Gabriel!

I’ve been a member for many years. I’m glad I found Hillpoint ME. The therapists are great, service is amazing. I had a facial with Isabel and really enjoyed it.

Patrick knows my trouble spots and goes deep to work them out. He uses the thumper, targeted stretching and massage to loosen me up. Mr Chong is the master of shoulder knots and works trouble spots deeply. If you need deep tissue massage, ask for either Mr Chong or Patrick.I just saw Jazmin who gave me a ver good stretch session. I appreciated her soothing and relaxing approach. She used touch to relax and lots of movement to work into good stretches. Combine with massage for a perfect session.

Avery is one of the best. One session with him released as much muscle tension as about 5-8 sessions with a typical masseuse.

Customer service has been friendly but I have an issue. I dont understand how estiticians and therapist call in sick which in return cancels my appointment the day of but if a customer wakes up sick and doesnt want to show up to an appointment sick they get charged. I called this morning to reschedule because I was not feeling well and didnt want to expose other individuals to what could be common cold or etc. Now a package is charged. Should I have just showed up sick and forced everyone to be around me while sick. I was being courteous to others and mainly my therapist. I hope this can be resolved.

Bounce around a lot because ME appointments can be hard to come by here if you dont book weeks in advance. Kiyara did a great job, definitely recommend!

I have no complaints with the service here. My deep tissue massage was just what I needed. David is great.I am however very disappointed in the difficulty to reach anyone at this location by phone. I have made repeated calls to cancel my massage and avoid being charged for cancelling within 24 hours. I did not recieve so much as a email. This is very poor customer service. I drove over to cancel in person and the woman there was very helpful. So I was happy to at least get this resolved.

For anyone needing deep tissue massages and a firm touch Mr. Dae Chong is an amazing massage therapist. He can find knots and pressure points you didn’t know you had and then he slowly works them out. Can’t recommend him highly enough!

I was in need of a good massage because I had sore muscles in my neck and back. Gamal my Massage Therapist was outstanding 👏🏽 and provided me with an awesome service. This is my second time at Massage Envy and I will continue booking with him. Thanks for a great experience!

Ive been going to this location for over a year now. (They still havent been able to transfer my account, so I still get calls from my last location.) They are starting to slack in customer care. The most recent appointment -they miss scheduled in their system, and they still wanted to charge me for half the time. I shouldnt have to pay for their incompetence. I explained it wasnt my fault but because they sent a confirmation email, Im still at fault. I dont check all the emails, this was the first occurrence, Ive never had to be careful of their mistakes before. They were not very friendly about it. I feel bad for the therapists, they do great work but there are some not so bright people behind the counter. They ruined my week. I had a babysitter set up for my appointment and everything. This may be the last time I go to this location. Warning others- make sure they book the right time and date for you! (This isnt the first issue Ive had with this place either but the other issues would take longer to type and no one has time for all that.)

I was late for my session with Noelle but she was kind and efficient with the time we had left and met my focus areas to work on. Would definitely recommend for the people who like medium to firm pressure.

The waitress was so nice and accommodating. We enjoyed the restuarant menu. Very delicious three course meal. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. The cheesecake was very light and decadent.
