The staff is super friendly and always ready to help you find exactly what you need. I love that they’re open late until 3 AM— whippets exotics galore perfect for late-night runs. They even offer delivery, which makes life so much easier. If you need anything vape-related, Alexandria Vape is the place to be!

Hi, I have been coming here the past few months ever since I have been staying at my friend’s for housesitting and dog-sitting. The smoke shop is open until 3am which comes in handy at times like this while I am writing this review. The owner and his wife are so sweet and attentive and if they don’t have something in stock they will definitely order it for you.

The best vape distributors we have encountered in our new home location and the only ones carrying the Flum pebble brand, the brand we were looking for in the area. Customer service was impeccable and the lady, who helped us recommended another brand ,Orion. We selected it in blueberry pie…very smooth like Flum and lasts longer. Prices are fair. Military ID gets you a 10% discount. Parking can be difficult in downtown to park near this place - mostly parallel parking. We found one nearby and a small walk away.

Hello, I purchased two funky republic vapes on 9/10 at this shop. I was able to try them both before leaving but when the first vape ran out and I went to use the second vape, it would not work. It is fully charged and full of juice, it was only hit a total of 3 times. I tried disputing only half of the charge with my bank for the second vape that I could not use but they asked that I try to resolve it with you first and then they can move further. Can you confirm that I am unable to return this due to the return policy? Or if I am able to return it, how do I go about this? I do still have the vape but not the box. Please assist. I have also reached out to the manufacturer directly. Customer service was great (hopefully will comtimue to be) but one of the products was faulty.UPDATE: the manufacturer has agreed to send me a replacement. No assistance is needed. thank you.

Horrible customer service I called and immediately get “hello, what” i had to ask if that was a vape shop, I asked what pod devices do they have and the guy answering the phone was extremely rude and didn’t wanna answer.

Came here one night and the man working the store tried to scam me out of my change.He put my change in my bag (who does that). I guess he assumed I wouldnt check. But I did and immediately said he shorted me. He had this you caught me look on his face then immediately when back to get the rest of my change. He never even pretended to be surprised or not believe me.This review has been deleted before. I will continue to post it because it is the truth.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! first off all why does his website say open till 2 but it really closes at 1. VERY rude and disrespectful... doesn’t know what he’s talking about and kept switching prices. Wouldn’t open the door till he saw my ID through the window and yelled at me for my mask (i’m vaccinated btw) but he didn’t give me the chance to talk. Very messy and disorganized. was digging through looking for the items that we asked for. doesn’t know how to talk to customers. 0/10 Experience. DO NOT GO

Just stopped in because nothing near me was open, totally worth the 30 min drive. The person working (I’m assuming the owner) was very helpful and made the item super affordable without me asking. When I got in my truck a few blocks away I did notice a little rusted color on the 510 vape battery I got, but I honestly don’t care. For the price and the service this late I’m content. I’m sure if I went back he would have been happy to exchange it.

I went in and got good service. However, I felt the guy took advantage of my not knowing my device. If it was me as a owner, I wouldnt have charged for basic knowledge. That way I would feel 100 percent in coming back and buy products. He helped yes, but 2-5 minutes of labor for a newbie isnt right in my book. I had the money, but wouldve like to purchase products. I came to buy a vape. There was only one big box of 1600 puff electric cigarette and I had that before so I thought it would be better than any other that I never had. I asked the lady who works there for the price and she said it is $19.99. I was like OK, let me have one please. She gave me a 1 and I saw that the box was opened because i could see that who ever opened it did not close well. The lady responded no it is not open it was on the shelf and emphasized that it was on the shelf, meaning if it was on the shelf it is closed. Before paying I decided to open the box and see if the plastic package is open too. Once I open the box A part of plastic just fall it was fully open and someone fully smoked it and put it back to the shelf. Basically when she gave me the box she expected me to pay and walk out without checking the item. Further, the lady gave me another one and this one was really closed. So i opened the plastic package myself and tried it in front of her and it was empty. I tried 3-4 other and all of them were empty. Either they smoke it and put back on the shelf with a new seal or they buy low quality for a cheaper price. At the end I bought one and i tried it in front of her it was working and once it was working I just decided i will OK I will leave. It was around 5-6pm. I sit in my car and drove away and after I drove 20-25 away it just stopped working. The one that i bought was different than the one I originally wanted and the one I bought was supposed to last 2000 puffs. It did not even last 20 puffs. I feel like I was cheated :(. Anyways, do not step in to that store.

Got sold a fake air bar box

The store was open at 10:30pm however the door was locked. The customer service was not great at all. He asked us to pay in cash then grabs the cash with tongs. Who does that? He didn’t provide bags either to carry our purchase. I won’t be back.
