An Outstanding Place, I have dealt with them a few times; this time was to replace a vape that I had gotten from somewhere else, The Pretty and Friendly female (Not sure her name) Was just the best, she seems to me more of an owner than a sales agent; but that doesnt really matter she is Outstanding and gos above and beyond to assist you with what you are in need of Vape Wise ;-) An A+ Shop in my book Very Friendly and does what is required to keep their customers happy!

This is a phenomenal vape shop run by extremely knowledgeable individuals. Ive been shopping here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Actually its been quite the opposite. Im impressed every time I leave. Ive been to other local shops and found sub-par customer service and exorbitant prices. These guys are about on par with online sites without the shipping. I highly suggest checking this site out for your next juice or mod purchase. Theyve got a huge ever changing inventory. Youre bound to find something!

By far the best shop in the area. Ive been loyal to them for almost four years now, and theyve been loyal to me. Patrick and Heather run more than just a vape shop, they are a part of the community. Numerous times Ive watched them go above and beyond to serve their customers.

I drive out of my way past 4 vape shops I my area just to get to Nova. Staff is very knowledgeable on everything from flavors to regulations, especially Aaron. Their rewards program is awesome, and I know Im always getting good deals at almost online prices. Great shop, highly recommended.

I like this store and staff members. They are very friendly and helpful. The store has many kind of e juices with easy self-tasting bottles. They carry all the accessories for RBAs. Their prices are almost as cheap as online, so I dont have any issues with their pricing. I will definitely stop by here again.

Awesome place, location, great assortment of products, good prices, the nicest staff ever and, the best of all, they are experts and know all their products, unlike some other stores in the area. Currently is my go to spot for my vape needs. They sell a wide variety of vape goods and always have been flavors coming in. This place also re-wraps batteries for free which is a nice treat. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a friendly staff that is not only knowledgeable but not afraid to point you to another store that has a flavor that they do not carry.

Great shop with friendly owners and staff. A broad selection of gear and juice on-hand and knowledgeable staff to answer questions. Vape Nova also does mod repairs and battery re-wraps. The only down-side is that parking is extremely limited.

This is an excellent vape shop, plenty of selection and its the first vape shop Ive ever been to where I was not pressured into buying something. The prices are very reasonable too, I used to only buy vape products online, however I ran out of juice and could not wait a few days. I just could not believe how great the prices and customer service was.

Potomac vapor in Woodbridge has been my reigning favorite, and then I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Dont let the hole in the wall look fool you. They have premium juices, they carried most of my favorites. They have all their flavors out for you to browse and test at your leisure. What really made my experience was the lady working there, she said she is the owners wife. She is so nice, inviting, and helpful. Its the type of service you just dont expect from a vape shop. So to the owner: dont lose that one. I wouldve come back just for the juice selection, but the service I got sealed the deal. The only critique I could give this place is that juices are about $2 more than you can get them for at bigger vape shops/online shops. But Im not going to riot over $2. Ive been to shops charging $8 more than normal. Other than that $2 hike there is no reason to pass this place up, other than missing it. Lol. The lady said they should have a bigger sign in the future.

My go to vape store in the area... very knowledgeable staff, super helpful. I know there are a million places that sell vape juice and accessories however there is a bug difference between selling vape stuff and running a business. These guys definitely know what theyre doing. Let me give you a picture if what is happening in this shopping center... the first time i visited I didnt even know that Vape Nova was there, I was visiting with a friend whom also needed to buy some more vape juice. We initially ventured inside the tobacco store a few doors down from Vape Nova. It was a typical corner store, weve all seen them, you can get anything from cigarettes to snacks and drinks and a hookah, if you so require. These places have all started carrying vape juice and accessories however during my first visit you could tell just by the customers present at the time that you were not going to get any service here. When we walked in there were 2 women, 1 was attempting to get help from the clerk while the other woman decided that she was the ONLY person allowed to look in any of the display cases because she was upset that the cletk wasnt helping her... it was quite apparent that the clerk had no idea what he was talking about and was even making up info to give to this difficult woman. As it became apparent that we were not going to get any help and would not be able to look around until these 2 women had been helped we left. As we walked back to the car I saw the sign for Vape Nova, figured we would check it out. I will have to admit, the appearance and location of the shopping center is a bit offputting... however, entering Vape Nova, totally different story. Not the nicest place but has a few couches to chill, products are organized in a manner that makes them easy to see, there are many major brands offered and staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Theyve got a rewards program and offer military discount!The parking lot can be a bit tricky during high traffic times... I find it easier to get in going towards Lorton (south?). Its located between Krispy Kreme and Target...Keep it classy, guys! I will certainly be visiting again!

This is a an amazing vape store. It has a great variety of flavors and rigs and accessories, a clean and respectable at-home environment, and Heather offers very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Its in a great and easily accesible location (if you dont mind traffic sometimes) on the Fairfax County side of Alexandria. I come here from the MD side of the river.Also, if youre a cop, firefighter, or Armed Forces servicemember, there is a 10% discount for you. They also have a points/rewards system run through a third party but I havent had any issues with the system or my points. Just use your phone number and get some money knocked off your final price. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to quit smoking.*THEY DO NOT SELL JUUL*

This is my local place, which is a shame really bc the never have any useful supplies & products like juice & mods are absurdly overpriced, honestly if all you want is to see a product in person Id just do that & use their wifi to order it at 1/3 the price online... Also, one of the cloudzbros whos usually there thinks of himself as some kind of expert, never once listened to what I want, just tries to talk over me, override my choices and sell what they have or what they personally like. Giving it a 2/5 bc if it helps you put down cigarettes it might be worth putting up with. Check prices online first though personally I dont see the point since you cant even try out juice anymore.

Hands down the best place in Virginia.this is my new vape home when I am in the area,Im from California not travel for work,been to too many shops this shop has it all ,Big selection of juices .workers here right super nice.Will be coming back for sure ,very nice

Came here because of a friends recommendation. Bought some e-juice and some other hardwares. People are nice and very informative. They love helping cistomers. Felt very welcome.

If youre in Alexandria do yourself a favor skip all of the other so called vape shops and go to vape nova, they never disappoint and theyre always helpful when it comes to questions about vape products plus they give good discounts!
