My Healing Touch Massage

I hate writing this review but Im super irritated. I got a couples massage for $115 and gave them $200 asking for $60 back. They wouldnt give my change back and were talking about something. I offered another dollar if they wanted the tip to be even and then they gave me the change. The woman who massaged my friend told me she didnt care about a dollar and then started lecturing me about how a massage is really $65 so I should tip off $130 instead of $115. I generally tip 20% and so $25 is almost there. I said, Uh, I gave you $25 and she said, EACH? All excited like. No.She then started lecturing me about how she works so hard and this is only a part time job so I really should tip $15 or $20 but really $20 because she works SO HARD. She told me she works so hard several times. I forgive a lot about this place imo and Im not tolerating this.For example, their online prices are completely different from their in location ones. Ive been majorly confused before because I got charged more than I expected. That time the masseuse just kept pointing at the physical menu. That doesnt change the fact that its advertised totally differently. On their website a couples massage is $109 so you could argue that I actually tipped $31 or 28%.

This place is amazing. I get the best results with my back problems because of how good they are here at Healing Touch.They are fair with their pricing and give you an excellent massage.Thank you for all you do.I will go nowhere else.

Let me mention that my mom is extremely picky when it comes to massages. My sister and I took her to American owned massage parlors (seems fancy, they make you fill out forms, asks what you need to be worked on)... She hated it. She felt like they didnt do a good job and told us to never take her to a massage place again and to not waste money.And because of that, I was on a hunt for a good massage place so I could take my mom, a non-english speaker, for a massage on mothers day and her birthday. I tried out different massage places making sure that she wouldnt complain. The fact that this place can speak Chinese (my mom can tell them what they need without having me translate is a HUGE plus!), and they gave great massages!I now book massages here for four people every year (my mom, sister, and a couples for me and my boyfriend), and occasionally just a couples massage. Its overall a great price, they communicate well, and everyone always walks out relaxed!Also, my sister and I typically have a hard time relaxing since were constantly thinking throughout massages, but this is the first and only place that makes us almost fall asleep.Think of it as Chinese food... If the place is flooding and only takes cash, you know the food is going to be great! Im not saying that this place is dirty (its not) and only takes cash (they take card!), Im just saying that this place MAY NOT be the most professional and luxurious place you can go, but if you want a quality massage, youll get it here.

Such a good experience. Ive only had about 3 professional massages in my life but this was extremely great the best one by far. I did the ,60 min option was great pricing and such a good massage and the staff was nice.

Pros:The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Price is pretty much same as other places.Cons:I understand there are massage styles, but the deep tissue massage that I got looked like a Chinese massage where it was pretty much all using the elbow.TIPPING: I didnt like how their system is set to pay minimum of 20% (you still can pay custom tips). However, theyll tell to pay more if they arent happy with what you tipped which sounds a pressure especially if you aint happy enough with your service!

The place is clean, the price is fair. if you need massage by a female for relaxation it is good place. but if you are looking for deep massage in the area of problem like shoulder , back or any part of your body this is not the place. For therapeutic message i suggest Sensory message walking distance from this one. i will not go back to this place because the kind of massage i need is deep massage.

Great price for great massage. Points lost due to old style tables with the hole cutout. The kind with the adjustable face cradle AND HEAT are greatly preferred. Hard to fully relax if youre cold and not able to position properly.Hot stones and hot towels were very nice, but masseuse had to leave and return each time for supplies. Would have been nicer to have the materials in the room to keep the flow going.I left feeling like I had a good massage, but lacking that glow one should have after 2h on the table. Good technique, but missing the kind of connected energy I need to relax.Ill likely go back due to price, location, and friendliness of the staff, but the experience could be improved with a little investment in equipment.

We have been loyal clients for several years now. Our favorite massage place. Always manage to fit us in within a couple hours. The 90 minute massage is worth the extra cost as well. Love!

First of they fit us in in such a short notice and that’s a plus already when we got there I asked if I could have a very soft massage for my mom as she is very sensitive and without hesitation she said yes we went into the couple room and the whole experience was wonderful! Also the prices were unbeatable! They have a client for life

My husband and I got a couples massage for Valentines day. Great experience (ladies did a professional massage). The guy at front desk (dont remember his name) provided an outstanding polite customer service. Tip: They do not ask you to fill out any intake forms like other spas (medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy... etc) so talk to them before starting if you have any questions. I didnt know they do facial pressure points/massage and I had to tell therapist right away since I have fillers. Everything else was excellent! I could feel the positive environment in this place. Yes, we will be back.

I got one of the best massages Ive ever had at My Healing Touch. She was very good about focusing on the areas I preferred, and in the order I preferred them. They had great availability for appointments, and they answered the phone first time I called. Ill definitely be back.If you see a deal online, call them before you book. They matched the price for me at the shop, so I got a great deal with so much less hassle.

I thought a massage was supposed to make you feel better than you did before walking in. Well... this place was the opposite. I went in for a couple’s massage and came out feeling like I got beat up. Then the receptionist asked for me to tip more than I had already given her for each massage therapist and advised me that the price of the massage is usually more as I was already aware of this being that they have a deal on Groupon. 🤦🏾‍♀️ The fact that I’m not even from Texas but was here as a visitor... this was not a good experience. Would not recommend.

My Wife and I had a great couples massage here. They were very professional and I enjoyed the firm pressure my masseuse applied. They also gave me a scalp massage through the massage which was the best! I would definitely recommend getting a massage from here!

In all fairness the massage was good while it lasted. I purchased a couples 70 minute massage for Valentines day. Our appointment was at 10am, Got there and had to fill out papers and get ready(took 10 minutes) waited for the ladies to come in(another 5 minutes). As said before the massage itself was good. But kinda hard to relax when the ladies keep speaking in native language. And they said they were finished at 11am. And had us get up and get dressed. Then we were followed to the door and in front of other customers asked for a tip. Will not recommend this place nor will I return.

Went yesterday. Was so good took my wife today. We both Agreed best massage weve had. The stretching is amazing (even if you arent accustomed to stretching). Very professional. Not typical massage tables used. Its even better ;-). Dont miss out.

Decent price but they don’t understand if you want to make appointment with specific masseuse. And they don’t understand the level of pressure they are applying. The lady was sneezing, coughing and making all sorts of throat noises. Definitely not a comfortable environment.

The ladies here are wonderful. Ive gone for individual and couple massages. Never a disappointment! Great service, clean, well maintained and professional. Appointment is highly recommended. Weve made this part of our weekly relax/leisure-life to balance work-life.

The facility was nice. The rooms were beautiful and I liked the music they played. The bed was comfortable. Thats why they get two stars. Now lets get to the gritty. I have been to lots of reflexologist and this by far was the worst. Nancy was sweet but she was very soft handed with the massaging my daughter could have pressed harder (but I did not judge that too much because I prefer males because they are heavy handed). She also did not massage very evenly. If she did this side three times she did the other one time. It made me feel unbalanced. (Im also an esthetician so I do massages and know that you need to be even with your massage techniques throughout the whole body) I uber and my lower back and neck have been hurting and thats what I came for and I literally mean it when I say my neck was not touched at all. Then the last maybe 10 mins was so rushed I was like whatever just stop. Then Im thinking how much to tip. Its 55 so I planned to tip 10 or more if it were good. It wasnt and I contemplated not tipping at all because unlike some believe it is not a requirement. Payment is requirement, tip means over the top good but she did the work so I gave 10. Tell me why another lady in the front says I need to tip more. Minimum tipping is 22% just cause they set their square system that way. Nope. I mean who are you to tell a customer you didnt even work with the quality of what they got should REQUIRE me to pay EXTRA. Anyway I will not be returning. My neck and back still hurt and it was a waste of MY hard earned money.

Could not effectively communicate with provider. Products are extremely oily. Request 90 minutes, when other customers arrived session was up.Try other places before going here, if you prefer well trained expertise with upper end products.

Do not waste your money even if you find a Groupon. My husband and I came here for a couples massage and we left feeling more tense than when we came in.They are unprofessional in how they greet you, their style of massage, the way they end the massage, and when you are checking out, pestering you to give them a tip. It was an uncomfortable experience and you feel exposed when getting the massage, or should I say body rub.Will not return.

I went there this morning for my bee 1st massage experience. The service was good. However when it came to tip my massage therapist she wasn’t happy with it and told me that she is used to her customers tipping her $20. I found that to be extremely unprofessional and tacky. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Absolutely the best place around Plano to get a massage. I mean it!Ive been around several others in the area but this is certainly #1. The ambience is great and its very clean. The staff that works their can speak english and communicate with you. The price is reasonable and massage is the best.Give this place a shot and you wont regret. This is my hub for massage now!

Best massage both I and my boyfriend have ever had! We went for a couples massage and were very impressed. Both masseuses were very professional and very thorough. My masseuse moved my muscles just like my chiropractor does. Will definitely go back soon!

Pros: the massage was amazing! Aromatherapy was sooo relaxing. She used a warm towel to wipe oil off. Used a towel to cover my hair. Super kind!Cons: she barely touched my feet. The stone massage was only two stones on the back (not a full set). Aromatherapy was only at end.

Masseuse was on time, polite and headed to my need for change in massage pressure. Definitely worth it considering many near by places were 20 to 40 more expensive.

Great massage but our masseuses were quite talkative throughout the entire massage. In addition, the part that got us was that the package said 70 mins and we got just short of a 60 min massage and thats including the time we took to undress, paperwork, and dress up. We even arrived a few mins early before our appointment to get the paperwork out of the way so more time could be devoted to hands on. Hands on time was about 52 mins and we felt that the 70 min package was misleading and they were dishonest.

Great massage. Ive been here three times, the therapist was different everytime but they had the same amazing technique. A reasonably priced and clean place to relax!

This place is very good for acupressure massages. If you have not had an acupressure massage I would definitely come to this place. They push on pressure points in your body to relieve you of stress built up in your muscles. Best place Ive found in Dallas.

Wasnt very impressed, the massuse left to answer phone calls, and had his phone going off in his pocket many times. Then they asked my husband for a tip when he got much better service than me. Wouldnt recommend a couples massage. We also paid for 70 minutes and only received about 40.

Just had a fantastic massage with Grace today. She used some essential oils and aromatherapy which helped to calm my anxiety and allow me to relax and release tension. I think I may be hooked after just one session!

My husband and I come every couple of months. I love that they are open late. We always get a great massage. This time we did the 90 minute couples massage and it was wonderful!!!

The service is great! They play nice valming music during the massage, staff are nice, and they all wear masks and gloves for safety. overall one of the best experiences i have ever had!

I ordered massages on Groupon when I called to sent up the appointment the guy (with very poor English) said they didn’t have anything available that weekend so I asked how to get my money back and after 20 mins of him explaining with his accent and broken English I finally figured out how to cancel the purchase. As I go to end the call he says I have a 3 o’clock available.... I said you just told me you didn’t have anything all weekend. He asked if I wanted it and I declined it because it wasn’t worth the hassle to try to schedule it.

Great couples massage. I don’t know why people are complaining. We’ve went twice for couples massages and will be back!! Friendly staff, great massage, and great value!!

Everytime I visit this place I leave feeling renewed. I especially like the fact that my muscles feel relaxed without my body feeling sore from over pressurization. Ive recommended several people to this location and they all said the same thing.

I took my mom for her birthday and she came out so happy and relaxed I finally found a spot that gives her a good massage and get to her pressure points . Im so happy with this place everyone was very nice . And we were both able to enjoy our relaxing time .

Grace has pure magic! I usually get deep tissue work, but her touch and energetic capabilities left me in a trance like state and oh so much more loosened (I get robot neck as I call it, and she significantly reduced my pain in one session.)

Worst massage Ive ever gotten. More of a rubdown than anything else. My neck hurts now more than before. Horrible customer service, very unprofessional and extremely rude.Never coming back.
