I scheduled a hot stone massage with Grace. She gave a wonderful massage with the perfect pressure. The 90 minutes was very relaxing. She didnt talk at all during which is how I like it. But I do think she could have been a little more welcoming before starting. It had a little bit of a feel of get em in, get em out and move on to the next one. The employees at the front desk were nice. They werent overly friendly. No one asked how I was doing today or reminded to drink water, or any extra kindness like take care of yourself or have a nice day. Little comments like that can go a long way to make each client feel special. I think I get more attention during a haircut than I did for this massage. That being said, I would go back. Grace was good at what she does, and thats massage. Thank you!

I have been to the Elements a handful of times, but each experience has been excellent. Friendly staff, great and professional massages, and I always leave feeling refreshed!

I love it here. The girl at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. I started going here because Jesus is AWESOME but his schedule changed and it doesnt fit mine so unfortunately I had to look for another therapist and have tried alot but my two favorite would be brian and sung(hope I spelled it right) they are awesome. I like deep tissue and they are good at it but still relaxing enough like a Swedish to enjoy my massage. Highly recommend 👍

They have wonderful massage therapists (I use Michelle and Shannon), very clean rooms, very professional, good prices, friendly staff... I have been a member for a couple of years now and get massages 1-2x a month. I really like coming here. -1 star because I HATE their new online appointment booking system. Their old system was great, I could book and change appointments and look up my schedule at any time. Now, I have to call every time I want to book, change or check my appointments. If it wasnt for their New and Improved online booking system, they would have 10 stars. Bring back the old system.. if it aint broke, why fix it?!

I have been getting regular massages here for a while now. I have seen several different therapists. All are great, but Michelle and Scott stand out. I just had a trigger point massage with Scott and I feel better than I have in years. I am a loyal customer. The front desk staff is also very polite, friendly, and helpful.

Receptionist - only thing she said- “my name” I’ve checked u in. That’s it. No greeting, no smile. Not sure she even looked up from computer.60 min massage was about 45 min.Appt was for 1pmArrived at 12:45 .Sat in waiting area till 1.1:00pm taken to hallway by therapistInstructions to use bathroom and undress.Massage was good but therapist wanted to talk.Finished at 1:55.First massage EVER where I came home and didn’t need a nap. Just was good, not great and def not 60 min.

POOR customer service. I have booked massages many times in my life and I am NOT likely to intentionally miss a massage appointment. I will say they called on Saturday and Sunday and did not leave a message although Meghan, a manager, said they did. They did not. I did have an email confirmation...who checks email?? If they had left a message or texted me I would not have been charged a $55 cancellation fee. When I was booking the massage I went through the whole process and something happened in the end that indicated it did not go through and I would have to start again. If its difficult it is an indication to me that something is wrong with their system and I am not going to go through the whole process again. Much to my dismay I find out 3 days later that they have charged me. I would not want anyone else to be treated this poorly. Lazy business owners who cant even leave a message or text in this day and age are not who I prefer to spend my money with. Proceed with caution!

Linda was amazing! She was extremely professional, kind, and definitely an expert at giving massages. I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I left feeling wonderful. She has a client for life, I cant wait to schedule my next appointment.

I went here a while back ago, but just now feeling up to writing my review. I called in advance and asked if they did deep tissue massages on the back that were specific for people who have herniated discs (my physical therapist recommended a deep tissue massage to help release muscles in my back), I was assured that they had the perfect person to take care of me. I showed up and an older gentleman was assigned to me and instead of giving me the deep tissue massage that I requested, he did some weird nerve massage or something of another that was nowhere near my back, in fact he was all up in my armpits.... Which is an area that typically one would be advised to stay away from because of all of the nerves running through your armpit.... I was assured by this man that he was very experienced in this type of massage and could work wonders on me. Needless to say, my ulnar nerve was pinched in both arms after this massage, and I then had to deal with that for months.... Absolutely no benefit to my back. Not a repeat.... EVER.

Vanessa was very professional, and effective at addressing my neck stiffness with the perfect amount of pressure. I was very relaxed afterwards and I will definitely be visiting more often

Scott is amazing and if there was a higher score I would have given him it... He is a very gifted individual. I cant call him a therapist because he is so much more. He is a uniquely gifted individual. His attention to the body and its signs of being off-kilter is amazing. His passion for helping people just makes him even more special. I highly recommend seeing him for a treatment, then you too will be hooked. Scott thank you for the talents you are blessed with!

They had a special on Groupon for 90 mins which I bought. Other places make you wait for weeks to use Groupon specials but I was able to get appointment for a Friday in 1 day advance.Shannon was my therapist and it was super session. Told her about my pain points and she did amazing to relieve the stress.Highly recommend this place.

Scott is the absolute best! I highly recommend him for massages! He’s the only massage therapist I have ever worked with that understands my condition. I use to experience pain on a daily that affected my day to day living. Since seeing Scott I can actually get through the day with less pain!

Kenny is the man! Do yourself a favor and book with him. He is basically Mr Miyagi. I feel so relaxed and he gave me so much good information.

I have been going to this location for a couple years and really enjoy my therapist. Most pricy than other locations but high quality!

Have been going here for years; very pleased with the massage therapist. Unfortunately, today I had to interact with the manager (she left a lot to be desired) and after she rudely informed me that she deactivated my account (?) she thought the best customer service would be to hang up on me when I inquired about the credits I had in my Lockbox account. There are a million massage parlors within 5 miles of me. I wont be going back, but if I dont get my money refunded for the pre-paid credits you can bet Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company.

Pros:The environment is comfortable and relaxing. The beds fit a plus size person comfortably. No one is pushing a membership on you and the receptionist is friendly.Cons:My therapist was breathing so loud it was hard to relax. Plus I think he gave me a deep tissue massage bcuz I had back pains for about 3 days.

Got a Groupon from my girlfriend as a gift last year, even though it expired and they had some trouble looking it up they let me use it. The girls up front were absolutely terrific and my massage therapist was absolutely wonderful! Will definitely be back in the future for a massage! If youre looking for some time to relax and have great customer service, this is the place to go.

The folks at the Stacy Road/Watters Allen location are terrific. Robin and Sierra greeting me with a friendly warm welcome and most of all - Linda - the BEST massage therapist I have ever known - she has got me walking upright again without the almost daily pain. She is a true MASTER of all of the forms of massage. Absolutely the BEST!

I have a tremendous amount of trouble with back pain and spasms. Michelle does a fabulous job of reducing those issues. She listens carefully and makes adjustments as needed. She has battled many of my muscle knots and reigned victorious. I’ve worked with massage therapists for many years and Michelle is hands-down the best.The staff is warm and friendly and very helpful. They definitely care about your well-being and show it every time I visit.The Allen establishment is always spotless. It’s obvious they are taking steps to battle issues with Covid, which gives me piece of mind. I’ve tried other Elements Massage franchises and none of them comes close to the service provided by the Allen facility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went to get a massage here this week & it was nice but not as good as I expected. The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that I paid for an hour & a half massage & only got 1 hour & 10 minutes. I was told to get there early to fill out a form & I did. My appointment was supposed to be from 11:15am-12:45pm. I was told I would get 10 minutes to consultate with the massage therapist & undress. I didnt get this. When my massage was over, I dressed & paid & when I walked to my car it was 12:44pm. Im so over massage places screwing people over. I received an email asking me about my experience & what they could do to make things right & they would reach out to me. I asked for some sort of a discount & have yet to hear back (its been 3 days). I think they are ignoring me. So unprofessional & what a scam.

I bought a Groupon for Elements. Honestly, I did not have my hopes high. I went to the appointment I scheduled and was told that it was not on the books, even though they called and emailed me a confirmation. Instead of dismissing me, the receptionist booked a new appointment on them, at no cost to me. Jesus was my guy and he did a fabulous job. I am used to therapeutic massage and boy was I impressed. I booked my Groupon for a two weeks out with Jesus and am considering making this long term. I feel SO MUCH BETTER,

Jesus is the best! I have been going to him for a 2 years now. I started with prenatal massages from him and always left feel 10x better than when I went in. Now I have gone for deep tissue massage which are amazing! I am a monthly member and very happy!

I have been seeing Jesus for over 5 years and will continue to drive the 40 minutes to use him. The environment is always clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and the receptionist friendly. Staff is well varied and professional.

I set up an appointment for a massage. I was assigned a masseuse, Dana, who asked questions about what brought me in and where I would like her to focus. She listened carefully and went to work spending extra time on the problem areas in my neck and shoulders where I have been experiencing a lot of pain and stiffness. She was friendly and thorough. I could definitely feel a difference when I left. I am grateful for the relief and recommend this business a, particularly Dana. I will be needing additional work in the future and would gladly use Elements Massage again.

It was the first time in my life I got a professional massage. I got a sport massage and it was rejuvenating. The place is clean and relaxing. I actually decided to become a member.

I recently used a Groupon my husband got my for Mother’s Day. I was very hesitant given the current Covid environment but called and ensured they were taking drastic measures to ensure cleanliness and safety. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Like many people I have been stuck at home working and caring for 3 young children and needed some mommy time! My massage therapist was excellent. I have had lower back pain for several months as I was recently pregnant (have been 2 of the last 3 years) and hurting for months. I left there so rejuvenated and my back felt amazing. I intend on coming back as soon as I can get another break!

Everything! From the scheduling over the phone, the greeting, our massage therapists, their tone of voice, the music, beds, everything was excellent! We had a great time and well definitely be coming back. Wish I had a closer location though. Anything around Denton area?

Office staff is friendly and accommodating and COVID-sensitive. The therapists are very good at what they do - they take the initiative to seek out pain points and make sure they get extra attention, and its not about just watching the clock. Stellar folks here.

The place has a great atmosphere, courteous staff and great massage therapists. Of all the places I have tried before, I like Elements the best. I have seen Aubrey every time for the past year and she always does an excellent job.

Massage felt great, but rarely do they not. My complaint would be if Im paying for 90 min, dont cut me short 15 min.

This place is amazing! I’ve gone there for three years now as a member. Their prenatal massages got me through two pregnancies. Now it’s getting me through chasing two little ones.

Most amazing massage ever! My husband and I have the membership plan and enjoy a monthly couples massage. All the therapist do an amazing job and the staff is super friendly and easy to work with when scheduling. We just love it!

The people were good but the massage is just a waste of time and money. I went for a prenatal massage, the lady seemed to know a lot theoretically but when she started the massage I was so disappointed. I was waiting may be after some time she will be better and hit the pain spots with good presssure but that moment never came.Instead of an hour massage I was given a 40 min and when I asked, they gave me the excuse for dressing time, if I came before the time and so on. I have not been able to sleep because of sciatica pain but the therapist could not find the spot for it . I went to Elements with so much pain hoping to be relaxed but came out of the place with the same pain.

Very knowledgeable therapist I had and friendly and inviting staff. Great fruit (mango) water at the front. I bought two memberships...had to put on freeze for med reasons and they were very accommodating. Could even use the two I have on there available even while on freeze.

Jesus is an amazing therapist. He listens to what I need and I always feel so much more relaxed by the time I leave. I’ve even fallen asleep during my session which is embarrassing but fabulous at the same time. Highly recommend!

Scott was an expert in ART and worked on areas of discomfort like a pro. He is soooo good at what he does! You can tell he is passionate about healing and helping his customers. I will definitely be back and have already recommended him to my friends!

I have been going to Elements for over 2 years and have been seeing Linda the entire time. I started with prenatal massages when I was pregnant and just never stopped going. Linda is super knowledgeable and is a pro at what she does. I always leave feeling relaxed and rested.

Groupon voucher - SOLID massage. I had a previous arm injury that seems to inflame when I begin working out again (former athlete turned slow pitch softball = not a good mix). At any rate, I talked to him about it, and he kept finding trigger points that ultimately led to my scar tissue build up in my lower shoulder/lat. Great job loosening every trigger point and allowing me to be free. Hands down, I would recommend him to anyone with troubles, or looking to have a relaxing message. He is very methodical and makes sure the client is comfortable to ensure a great experience.

I have been to this location twice now and had a great experience both times. Both of my therapists have taken the time to understand my wants/needs out of each of my massages. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I bought a groupon for Mother’s Day, I was told they would honor a Groupon for a weekend appointment this time. One of their therapist schedule changed and they needed to move our appointment and they said they will no longer do a weekend.. I did not request the appointment to be moved they called me to move it and refused to do a weekend. Waste of my time and money. I will be reporting to Groupon. Under fine print of my voucher it is only listed a appointment is required but does NOT list any day limitation.

This place is a scam. They lock you into making monthly payments, and then do everything they can to keep you from redeeming your sessions. Everything from telling you that they dont have enough therapists on staff, to not allowing your spouse to use one of your sessions. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable massage therapy provider.

Very welcoming and clean environment that follows current Covid-19 regulations. That was the highest quality massage and professionalism I have experienced. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of relaxation.

Jamie, the massage therapist, really listened to me. She tailored my massage to the problems Im having. She also offered great advice about things I can do at home to help. Jamie was knowledgeable, professional and caring.

I called in advance to set up a massage for my BFs bday. I had a bit of trouble with the website so I called the facility instead. I booked a massage and confirmed a day in advance. My BF shows up and was assigned a male therapists because NO EVER ASKED MY PREFERENCE. When he asked for a female he was told there would be a charge AND they were booked for the day. So, not only was the surprised RUINED, they couldnt even fix it because they didnt do the due diligence in the first place. My advice - make sure they ask all the questions listed on the website or you will be SCREWED. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Had a 9 am session that I scheduled week in advance but they say arrive about 15 minutes early. So 840 I recieve a call that the person was not available, 5 minutes before I was supposed to arrive. Very annoyed/disappointed
