Sort of OK. My wife and I had 30 minute foot massages was $36 each. But my person left my massage three times to answer phone calls and talk to people at the desk. Yet my wife and I still finished at the same time. Also they didn’t focus on feet or really do a good job on reflexology, which is ironic since the place is called Cosy Feet.

I bought their 3-pack special a few months ago, and this was my third and final visit. My first two visits were awesome, and I was so excited to have found a budget-friendly massage option. This last experience was awful. I was on the last bed right next to the curtain to the back room. I waited for my therapist, who came back reeking of cigarettes- like she was still exhaling a puff. Her hands smelled so gross and I could hear her playing with a breath mint or candy in her mouth for the first 30 minutes. But, even worse, as I waited for her, two other customers across from me finished up, and instead of gathering up their used bed towels, their therapists simply shook out and straightened the used towels back out on the bed so they just looked clean and fresh. Another customer came in and laid right on the same used towels. So gross. I kept wondering who used the bed and towels before me and how often, if ever, the towels get washed. And during my massage, I could hear someone in the back room constantly clearing phlegm from his throat. I wondered where he was spitting it. I could also hear workers using the bathroom, but I never heard them washing their hands. Everything was so unsanitary. My massage was mediocre at best. My therapist had no technique, and it appeared she had no formal training. For example, she coated her fingers in lotion and stuck them in my ears and moved them around like q-tips. The rest of the massage was no better. I went directly home and immediately showered. Obviously, this was a dirty and disappointing massage experience, and Im so bummed that this place is forever ruined for me.

Ive tried almost every place In appleton and surrounding areas. This is the best massage business by far! No sly stuff, like some others, and they work hard for the full time. I have a very bad back it cramps for days at a time and they are able to give me great relief. Ive been here almost a dozen times now and my gf even more for her feet. The price for feet is a bit more $ i think but I pay $70/hr(was $60 but new price as of 9/1/2022 as costs for everything has gone up) and they do so much better than other places! 1hr here is better massage than $2hr or more at other places. The only place that can compete imho, is the one on the 2nd floor in the mall, but they close around 6pm and cost more, whereas cozy feet closes around 9 pm and they are about 20% cheaper.

Two of us went for 30 minute foot massages. We were both extremely disappointed with the massages. Then when we went to pay they charged each of us $10 more than the price on the web page. There was a sign when we checked out that showed the price of $35 not $25 like the web. You couldn’t ask them about it because they barely spoke English. Overall a bad experience.

Went in for a four hand one hour massage. Delightful. Wish I had done 90 minutes. One was SaSa and the other I didnt know. Not sure how much foot / feet work they do now that they are in new location. Place was clean and relaxing.

The woman at the front desk was nice and her customer service was good and prompt. The man who gave me my massage did a great job. The atmosphere in the massage room was calm/relaxing: it was warm, dimly lit, and there was soothing music playing

This is a great massage for the price! I got an hour massage with foot soak, head, neck, and full body. I really liked the scalp massage and arm and hand portion, plus he actually relieved some neck and shoulder tension I had. They have specialized hands, and I’ve had a lot of massage therapists work on me in town (including my sister and sister-in-law)! They are so kind, polite, and quiet at Cosy Feet. My feet are actually silky soft, and I found myself breathing deeper during and after the massage. Plus! I smell like a flower garden, their products are lovely!

Me and my daughter had massages on October 5, this was our first visit here and we both very happy with the whole experience. I had Dave but I can’t remember the name of the gentleman my daughter had. We will definitely be back.

Amazing experience. Was apprehensive at first but the workers have perfected their routine. Would give more stars if possible.EDIT: on a second visit my experience wasnt like the first, its clear some staff know what they are doing and others dont. I had to downgrade from a 5 to a 3 star rating.

Ive been using their service sporadically for a couple years now. Some of the massages are great, some are just ok. The charges are so reasonable that I dont mind as much when the massage is just ok. I have had the cigarette smelling massager (mine was a man) but he either learned to clean up or is no longer there. Leave your bra at home & just wear a looser fitting tank top with your underwear for the massage as you are in one large dimly lit room, under a towel, with 8-10 massage tables. Overall I enjoy my visits.

I suppose Ill give one star because the receptionist was friendly and there is no other option to not give stars.So Ive been here about 3 or 4 times. First time was ok. Second time, a man massaged me and his fingers and breath wreaked of cigarette smoke. Third time, and my last time, Michael massaged me (not sure if its the same man but I was overwhelmed with the cigarette smoke stink AGAIN!!!) I wanted to vomit but I forced myself to lay there and endure the endless hour that I committed to.I was also not impressed with the open room with about 10 or 12 beds all layed out in one room. No privacy and you can hear everything from the front receptionist desk to the back room. Lots of distractions during the session but I suppose you get what you pay for. They also dont know what theyre doing because half of them dont even understand english or what a deep tissue massage is. I advise you to go to a legit massage therapist, not this sketchy, ghetto massage parlor. Never going back.

I love this place. Its very reasonably priced at 40.00 for an hour, where else can you go for this price? Every time I go I get a great massage and come out so relaxed. I have been going for about a year and never had a bad experience. The foot Massage is THE BEST!!

I have not felt so disgusted in my life. I visited this place because many of my friends have visited and seemed to be a more legit establishment with enough female written reviews.It started off ok until they had me turn over. Then the therapist decided to apply so much pressure on my back that it cracked! It felt like they snapped it in half. Then he had the audacity to say things in my ear in CHINESE. Im not Chinese so I just replied sorry Im not Chinese. Then he continued to say more phrases. I used google translate hoping I remembered them correctly and Im just appalled! I dont know if it was because Im Asian and they just assumed I worked at one of those asian massage parlors. Either way they pretty much almost broke my back and was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Im not a person to leave negative reviews but this was just beyond irritating and rude.

My first experience was amazing so I was very much looking forward to my second visit. My therapist also stunk of cigarettes which I hate. She was much rougher than the first therapist. My toes were massaged so rough at times that I wondered why they hurt. Once I got home I looked closer at my foot and there was blood between my toes and the skin was torn. When she punched my legs towards the end of the massage it by no means was relaxing and I thought my knee was going to be dislocated and I schreaked out in pain when she twisted it back and forth. I wont be returning...

Do not allow employees who are working on clients bodies, to smoke during workshifts. As an asthmatic, this made me immediately ill! We shouldnt be worried about having an asthma attack while receiving a massage service. The smells is on their hands, breathe and clothes! GROSS!!!Also, it is disgusting that they re-use towels/linen after a client leaves (thats right, we witnessed this being done!)Also, give a QUIET massage environment. Noone wants to hear them talking, chewing gum, candy or food, or slurping on drinks.This could be a half way decent place for an affordable massage, but not until management steps-up and the Health Department is notified too.

OMGosh! There was one man that was working when I went that didnt know English at all. I asked to use the bathroom before we started. The bathroom wasnt very clean AND NO SOAP wash your or the employers hands after they go to the bathroom. There was hand sanitizer, but still gross. The man I had had cigarette gross smelling hands. It made me gag when he was touching my head & scalp. A customer walks in so he had to stop to go up front to help her, but couldnt speak English to her. He called someone on the phone and the conversation was on speaker phone for both the new customer & I to hear it. In Chinese they said a few words back & forth. He came back to me & started working on me again. 10 mins. later someone walked in the back door, which was right by the bed I was on. That person went straight to the bathroom. I could hear the person in the bathroom. They flushed the toilet, but didnt wash their hands with soap, BEACUSE there wasnt soap in the bathroom. It was a lady. She then went to get new customer & started work & touch new customer with her gross not washed hands. The customer kept telling the lady doing her massage that the water her feet were soaking in wasnt very hot. The Chinese lady egnored her.The man who did my massage did a good job on my legs - feet, but couldnt understand what I was saying when I was explaining not to touch a certain spot on my leg where it is very soar from a surgery I had years ago. He had NO CLUE what I was saying and keep doing what I asked him not to do. Very NOT RELAXING.I was surprised when I was told to lay on my stomach (so he could massage my back. Hes pulling up my shirt as high as he could get it and the top of my skirt down as far as I would let him. Then he unhooked my bra! Very weird. If they knew english, they could explain what they are doing. I just kept thinking of these gross dirty hand rubbing lotion on my back to massage it. I wanted to walk out, but my back hurt so bad that I was hoping Im in this this far, Ill see how this goes. He did well massaging my back, but I just felt gross. Then when done, the guy hooked my bra back up! This is the worst & diriestplace I ever went to. Not very relaxing. As soon as I got home, I HAD to shower to feel clean again!! This place needs some better cleaning regulations. Also, they should have more than one employee working at a time. Sort of makes you uneasy laying on a bed while a person who cant communicate with you is giving you a massage. I can say this man was nice, but couldnt understand what I was telling him was frustrating. You need to be able to have someone in the building able to communicate with your customer for so many reasons.I would never recommend this place. 😞

I went in for my sore feet. Lucy allowed me to feel at ease and was very professional. Overall, I received a wonderful foot and back massage.

Just wanted to foot massage. They were cranking on my leg and spent more time massaging my big toe than anything else and it was painful and terrible. And then there was just a lot of wiggling of my foot. So my whole body just wiggled from my foot massage and they didn’t actually massage the foot at all. It was the worst.

Used to be a great foot spa, now they’ve changed into something different. Prices have gone way up and level of service has declined.

This place is fabulous! If you need to de-stress or just treat yourself, this is it! They do take walk ins, but its a good idea to make an appointment.

The only person working when I came here didnt speak much English, but he gives good massage. Prices very reasonable, and they have punch cards for frequent customers to get discounts.

They advertise Reflexology, so I had high hopes when I purchased three visits up front. I do not like to give bad reviews, so I will just warn people to try it first before buying a package deal. You may not want to go back.

Made my appointment for 3:00 today I get here at 2:55, The man says “O Shoot.... Can You Come Back at 3:45?? “ I made an appt for a reason!!! Why make an appointment if you can’t stand by the time!
