Perfect massage! i am recovering from rotator cuff surgery and Lily did wonderfully making sure not to hurt me! courteous and professional all the way! one of the best massages i have had in a long time! i love when they massaged my scalp it was so relaxing i was drifting off to sleep! i will definitely be back!

We did a walk-in appt around 10:00 for a couples massage and pay up front. We met one of the employees who can barely speak any English and has a difficult time understanding English.We were offer a 1hr massages and was escorted to a room. After waiting for about 15mins a different employee walked into our room, better at speaking English to tell us that we were going to to get separate massages instead of the traditional couples massage (both of us were confused)After waiting for another 15mins, I heard arguing. I decided to get dress and walk out of the room to find out what is taking so long. Turns out another couple had a appt for 10:30 and that they had given us their appt. (We were not told that they were booked when we walked in).I was going to ask for refund, but was quickly told to return to my room and that I will now get two people for the massage.When they entered the room 10mins later I was told to next time to call. During the massage which started at 10:50, my masseuse left the room several times for about a total of 5mins. The massage itself was rushed and was not relaxing at all. We finished around 11:40. We were not given a full hour.Before leaving the employees had the courage not only ask for a tip but began begging for a tip.I DO NOT recommend this place unless you want to pay for rush massage that does not cover the full time, the possibility of your appt being taken, waiting in your room for almost an hour, doing a walk-in and lied to about having an opening, and having employees beg for tips.(Apparently I am not the only reviewer with this type of experience)

I had a great experience with Julie, and she gave me a few extra minutes since she had to check the front desk. Definantly recommend.

Julie did an amazing job! I hadnt had a massage in a few months, and went to massage inn. I love that there is a shower available for a little extra. Its really nice to have when you need to stop by after work. They are very respectful, the store is clean, and my back feels great! Ill be back soon.

The always do a wonderful job. I always call to set an appointment but I know they accept walk-ins if they arent too busy.

I had my massage done by LeLe and she did an amazing job. She immediately was able to tell I was very tight in my shoulder and neck area. She asked if she was applying too much pressure when she started and I appreciated that, because sometimes the pressure can be a lot. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay ahead of time before getting my massage. I think that is selling themself short, because I like to tip depending on the service. If I got a poor service I don’t want to tip ahead and then can’t change my mind about what I wanted to tip. No one should ever have to pay ahead for a service that hasn’t been rendered yet.

My husband booked me a last minute appointment over the weekend and OMG best massage I received thus far hands down. The massage therapist Julie was AMAZING! I really like how she stretched me along with the massage. I think this is what true massages are supposed to do. I will be back to schedule another massage soon. I do reccomend this place if you are looking for a really good massage.

Julie is an amazing massage therapist, she can spot issues and repair them quickly. She has a wonderful attitude and is friendly throughout the massage. She give a professional level massage that is worth returning for.She keeps her tables nice and I always feel welcome when I come by.

First, let me start with when we got there the person there did not speak any English. I was booked for a double massage for me and my cousin, which was scheduled to start at 10 however, we did not get started until 11 once the massage finally started our massage was interrupted at least 4 to 5 times we booked for a 60 minute massage but only received about 45 to 50 minutes. Once we were done we were prompt to pay on our way out the door we were stopped and called back and question about. Why didn’t we leave a tip? This was my absolute worst experience with getting a massage. We will never be back. Please save your money go somewhere else.

I tried this place after the main chains were booked. I had my massage by Alexa, everything was going fine until the end. I don’t mind tipping, but don’t force me to tip. I saw some other reviews saying that as well. Tipping is optional, I don’t think its right asking/forcing people to tip and the manager was sitting right in the front when everything happened.

My muscles were getting real tight and this mornings furniture move didnt help, but the masseuse I usually visit was unavailable, so I thought Id try Massage Inn. I drive past the place regularly so why not?I call, and get an appointment set for half an hour later...an hour of deep tissue work to really loosen me up!You know those scenes, like in Charlies Angel when Lucy Liu jumped up and walked across Tim Currys back?Id never experienced that before, but thats what Alexa did!Knees and palms, heels of her feet across my back! Digging in deep to break up knots that hand pressure might not release. Then stretching my arms and legs this way and that to loosen up all my sore muscles.This was great! Reasonable price too!Im going to keep these people in mind as my backup, anytime my regular is unavailable. Alexa was awesome!👍

This place is the place to go! I have tried out 7 different places (some in Arlington, Dallas, and Addison) and Linda is the best massage therapist I have EVER had! So amazing that my bestfriend and my coworker have both gone now too. She gives deep tissue massages better than the strongest man Ive ever paid for a massage. Its literally amazing and life changing! Shoulder pain, neck pain and upper back pain is hard for someone like me who works standing up all day. Dont go anywhere else for a GOOD massage or youll be wasting your money. I promise!

Linda was excellent. She was able to use her expertise and pinpoint my most bothersome areas without me having to tell her where they were. She provided me with a wonderful massage, that really worked out the tension in my whole body. I opted for the one hour combination massage and I will definitely be going back. It was amazing!

I received an amazing massage today from Alexa and Im so appreciative of her. I havent had time to get a massage because of how busy work has been lately. I know who Ill be seeing everytime I get a chance now. Thanks again Alexa!!

I went in for the first and last time today. The massage therapist stopped at least 3 times in the middle of my session and then switches therapist because she said she was busy!!!! Also I dont like the fact that Alexa called me back before I walked out to see how I paid so I can give her a tip. You cant force a person to leave a tip, it should be up to the customer🙄. I will not return.

Today was my first visit to Massage Inn. I was able to call the afternoon before and schedule for the time slot I requested next day. Linda took great care of the stress and knots in my neck, shoulders, and back. I was very impressed by her ability to hone in and work out the problem spots. The massage felt customized to what I was needing, not just a set of techniques going through the motions. I feel much better already, and will definitely return!

Alexa is the best at giving massages, she take her time very Professional. My body feel like it has had an make over all the knots are gone she did amazing job I recommen for great job she does . I will return!

My daughter and I just left from getting a massage here and WOW!!! I wasnt sure what to expect as I had never had a massage before. I absolutely did not expect to feel like a brand new person afterwards. Both my daughter and I bent down to pick up our stuff and at the same time we both said Whoa! It didnt hurt to pick up my stuff! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Linda!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! Me and my fiance wanted to get in a quick massage for both of us as we were visiting but were having no luck. Massage Inn, however, didnt hesitate to book us for a couple massage. I personally usually have bad experiences with massages due to my sensitivity, but they quickly blew away my apprehension and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and we will definitely will be back!!!!

The massage was the best it was very relaxing and she went deep into my muscles. I was visiting Arlington but she made me want to move there. I was in a car accident and am in pain a lot. Five stars all the way!

My girlfriend and I came in for a couples massage, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Neither of us have ever had a professional massage before, and they were very courteous and sensitive to that. The room is very private which was a big bonus, and both of the ladies were very nice! Would definitely go again!

It’s always hard to find even a good massage therapist, Linda is absolutely amazing!! I had a lot of tension in both my shoulders and she was able to relieve so much of my pain. I’m glad I stumbled on this place and will be a frequent customer. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Ive been here several times and its always great. I had Jaime this past weekend. I have no idea what she did but Ive had this strange discomfort in my stomach for a long time like a small hernia or something. With out even mentioning it she felt my stomach and did some sort of magic on my gut. I feel fantastic. Thanks Jaime.

This place is amazing! They’re open late so I can come after work and accept walk ins. I’ve gotten massages at many places but this one stands out. Linda is amazing and will always ask questions to see if she can customize your experience to help whatever is hurting atm. Give them a try!

I booked an appointment 30 minutes in advance for a couples massage for my wife and I. They were one of only a few places open on Sundays. I have mixed feelings about the experience. It was good...I think almost any massage is better than no massage...but it was not a classy spa experience. My wife said it felt kind of like going to the chiropractor because of the intensity and cracking. I didnt get cracked but I did feel like the place and style of massage were borderline sketchy. All that aside, just the experience of getting a massage with my wife was pretty cool and we will make a point of treating ourselves to one again - probably at a more proffesional establishment.

Best massage Ive had. I work all over the country and Ive been to a few different places seeking relief. We do construction and it keeps us very tense. The two ladies that worked today 12-17 took care of everything. Outstanding job!

The work is FANTASTIC!I’ve gone here twice, once for a Swedish message, with cupping. Then, today, for trigger point and cupping.The pressure was just what I needed. Yesterday, I made a visit to my chiropractor and didn’t get complete relief. I knew there was still muscle tension. Linda locates the issue immediately. My muscle relaxed and my back popped, without a single pain.I left, standing taller. I lift weight multiple times per week, I’m going to make routine trips here, twice per month for maintenance.I definitely recommend the services.

Freaking awesome! Legitimate massage therapists. They do back walking! I had been having sharp pain under shoulder blade. The massage therapist grabbed the bars over the table and walked in my back. Found my issue and applied her heel and toe in a rocking motion and cracked my back! Freaking great stuff! I can breathe again! Ask for Becky!

I had a great experience. I actually pulled my knee muscle. An the pain went to my hamstring. I explained my issues with my masseuse. An she applied the right pressure. The next day I was sore. Went in for a massage today, been there a few times before. They’re very good at addressing any problem areas... and finding new areas that you didn’t even know were problems! Very reasonably priced, will definitely be back again :)

This was my first time going to this place the lady was so rough massage was not enjoyable I had to tell the lady twice to do it soft and then when I was leaving the lady was demanding a 20 percent tip. This was my first and last time going to this place I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I bought my wife a gift card as a Mothers Day present. When she got back, she was crying. Horrible experience. The room was pitch black - no candles or soft music. Just a hard table with a sheet over it and the lights turned off. The smell of beef and broccoli was overpowering. Adding to the ambiance was the sound of a crying baby and men arguing while clinking their forks and plates in the next room. The masseuse kept going in and out of the room the entire time. The masseuse was sneaking out of the room to eat! They used two squirts of Equate hand lotion for the entire session, making her back red and raw afterward. In hindsight, I never saw a license for this place on display. An awful experience overall. Unfortunately, I cant rate this zero stars.

Linda is the best. She has a great sense of what you need and varies her techniques to suite what is ailing you. It is clean and quiet and easy to get appointments. Thrilled to have found this place.

I like to give places 2 chances because things happen. But I am not sure I could go back. Everyone was pleasant but once the massage started it was not very good. I left hurting more than when I got there.

Horrible massage. They had a crying 1 year old roaming the hall...the masseuse left the room 3 times to attend to the crying infant. The place stunk because they were cooking in the back. Dont waste your money at this dump.

Called because my answers werent answered online. The person that answered the phone could barely speak English and didnt know anything about what I was asking.Customer service should never say, I dont know and leave.They should say, I am unsure. Let me find out for you. I have worked in customer service for 26 years. You need to treat customers and potential customer well.

Great massage, walked in without an appointment and was taken to a room immediately. Walked out 90 minutes later feeling new. Will be back soon!

I had a gift certificate and they kept trying to take it from me saying it was complete. I had four treatments and had just had two and they said it was done. Arguing with workers is no good.
