Went for a massage and head/scalp treatment and it was wonderful! I forgot to catch the name of the woman who gave my massage but she did a phenomenal job! I feel a lot more relaxed throughout my entire body. And the scalp care was just as amazing. My scalp feels so clean and my hair feels much softer too. Definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience with Bella (I believe that was her name). I had a head spa and facial and both were phenomenal. The ambianceis very relaxing and clean. Your aesthetician will help you dry most of your hair at the end of your appointment, and you can finish styling it according to your preference. I will definitely be back!

Location details: maps will tell you this is facing Columbia Pike. It is not! Turn right on S Adam’s. It is directly across from the large parking garage and right next to the Escape Room.My first experience at this spa today was amazing! I did the 45 minute head scalp massage and wish it could have lasted the entire day. It was such a calming, unique experience. I cannot wait to come back!

Great experience! This place is located in conjunction with Renew day spa. I was a little nervous about getting my hair washed as I’m African and don’t know necessarily if my hair will be treated well but all in all the herbal treatment was great. My headache and neck pain went away and the woman who did my facial was so kind. I felt relaxed and happy about the price I paid. Will be back for the microdermabrasion soon!

In my quest to find a Head Spa, I came across this amazing experience. I did their full body massage, RF facial, and a head Spa. It was a wonderful experience, my body feels great; I love a deep massage and she totally delivered. I got to try facial treatments I have never done before and really enjoyed my whole experience.Thank you for a fabulous spa day, I will be back!

The space is clean and cozy, and there is free parking in the building. I got the classic RF Firming + scalp massage with Bella. She explained everything she was doing/using. The cleaning was gentle but thorough. The products are gentle and lightly/pleasantly scented (a plus for me because everything makes me sneeze). The facial massage uses light suction, and it feels AMAZING. The entire process was very relaxing. The scalp massage at the end left me so relaxed I felt I was floating a bit.I left with very little to no redness (i have sensitive skin and usually walk out of facials looking a bit like a tomato). Will definitely go back!

I went for a head scalp treatment + basic facial combo that they are offering. Check it out, they have a groupon offer. They are very nice and the place is sharp.I have an oily face and the facial left me smooth and clean.Went in with a headache and after the scalp treatment, it went away and my head felt refreshed and relaxed.Give it a try!

Did the head spa here and it was great! Similar to what some hair salons provide before a haircut but much longer and so relaxing. Highly recommend and Ill definitely be back to try their other services soon.

I scheduled a facial treatment with Bella and it was amazing. The place has nearby parking and theres a public parking accessible near the Giants. This is a big plus considering how limited the parking availability is in Arlington.The Meet Spa personnel is very courteous and helpful. Bella was the beauty esthetician assigned and she made sure I was very comfortable. She explained the treatment and the process. She asked me about my skin conditions and treatment. Based on my current situation of skin rosacea across my face, she recommended the treatment with a few modifications where the use of steam was not included to avoid skin inflammation. She started with cleansing the products I applied at home and a face massage. She has very gentle hands and throughout the treatment she asked how I was doing. She explained the purpose of each product applied and used very high tech equipment that stimulates skin renuewal and collagen production. One of these equipment applied heat first and then cold to close the pores after the treatment was done. Nothing uncomfortable, noisy or painful. This service included a 15 mins mask and it was a very relaxing experience. At the end I saw my skin glowing and the redness across my face was very minimal, almost not noticeable. I have not seen my face like this with the dermatologists treatment that I have been using over a year. I was told to get rid of the redness, my skin may require laser sessions. Honestly, I will schedule monthly facials as part of my skin routine and will return to Meet Spa.

My wife traveled over 2 hours for the head and facial treatment and it was totally worth the drive. The treatment was deeply relaxing and she was provided such care and attention. We highly recommend and will be back soon, no doubt.
