The people here are very nice and fun to talk to. Great people. However, they charge twice as much as everywhere else and seems to be selling fake vapes. Be careful. As nice as these people are, they seem to be even greater salesmen and possibly scam artists.Edit in response to the reply: I have shown them how their products differ from others already. All they have to say is that the others must be fake. What do I have to do? Mail the vape to the company who makes it with a letter asking to mail me back a statement that says its fake? Thats ridiculous. As for the pricing, all you got to do is look at the other reviews to see that they are charging outrageous prices. Again, very nice people, just with low standards.

Been coming to this shop for over 3 years now, and these guys always have great customer service and good deals on just about anything you need!

This store has it all at their Arlington location. If they dont have it, they will go out of their way to get it for you and fast. I was fortunate to deal with the co-owner who took his time to answer my questions and offer comparative suggestions to potentially be a better match for me or bang for my buck.This should be a store all want to check out and will want to make the drive as their go to from then on. EDIT: Check your Collins and 303 locations hidden hills disposables, every one I was handed was opened and had half the tank emptied. They also retail for 40 and I was charged 50.They literally sold me a disposable delta vape with half the tank emptied and charged $10 more than other retailers. Products box was obviously opened and they probably just hand customers vapes they intend to sell to test them out without them intending to buy it. Very overbearing shoving products in your face, I worked as an assistant manager in a smoke shop for 4 years and Ive never had as bad of an experience as walking into that shop.

I wanna start by saying I absolutely love these guys. They have got to be the kindest people I have ever met working a smoke shop with just incredible customer service. Every time I go in I’m greeted with smiles and people ready to help me. However….their prices have gotten WAY too high. Most of the stuff in there nowadays they have marked up 20-40% over their competitors and are selling the same stuff. They try to say that it’s because other shops are selling fake stuff but I highly doubt that spark smoke shop is the only “legit” smoke shop around. I’m not a kid and I’m not dumb so I would advise these guys stop telling people that. Like I said, best customer service and nicest people you can find but they are definitely price gouging most of their items.

Really really bad customer service. I purchased a vape that I’ve purchased several times before a few days ago. Immediately it started leaking horribly after I got home (I only got a few hits) so I tried to bring it back today. I spoke to the exact same man who SOLD me the vape and he said the only thing he could do was give me a discount on a new one. I said I don’t want a new one I just want my money back. And he said they can’t do that because it’s “not store policy.”So essentially if they sell you a bad product, it’s not their problem. I will not be returning and I recommend no one visit this store.

Expensive compared to other shops in DFW I went to check them out but i felt extremely pressured by them to just make a purchase. I felt like I was dealing with sales men at a car dealership very overwhelming .

Called to see if they had something said they did, get there in person a few minutes later and they just said that to get me in the door to sell me something else. Booo.

It is waaayyyyy to busy and when I say busy I mean it’s 10 people behind the counter. To many incense burning and the space is not that big. The prices are higher than most smoke shops I have been to but nice set up.

Went in today for the first and last time. Called before hand, was told I couldn’t get a price on an item, but if I came I would be taken care of. Said item was almost double the price for most other shops. Won’t be going back for anything. Also, the bigger man working tried lying to me about the item to get the sale, also offering to reduce the price down a couple dollars. Still a terrible deal

Edited on 11/16/21So i have recently posted a strong negative review about this shop. I am choosing to edit this review and update it because my last review on here was so negative that i do feel an amount of guilt for it. Since posting the last review the shop quickly got back to us and made an effort to correct their mistake, which was much appreciated as many shops and places wont. We have continued to come back to this shop a couple of times since the initial visit and the staff has been mostly different each time. Each time we have visited they have been more than obliging and we have come to recognize this shop as being possibly the best shop in our area. They have a wide selection of items, have been incredibly accommodating and attentive, and each and every time that we have gone we have recognized that this was likely just a simple mistake and this shop cares about their service. The staff are knowledgeable about their products, they sell good quality products for reasonable prices in my opinion, and i would like to apologize to the staff for my previous negative review. They did not deserve it in my opinion and i recognize each shop is unique in terms of quality and such but like i said before, this is definitely a shop we have decided we are for sure going to be repeat customers for. I would like to think that they are attentive to each of their customers like they have been to us and I sincerely hope that they have not been giving us special treatment just because they recognized us and realized it was us who wrote said review. People make mistakes and we are grateful for this shop!

Cool inventory, BIG H is cool. But the other employee just tried to charge me $59.99 for a $25.99 vape tank. And $17 dollars each for 18650 batteries that are $14 for a two pack. Tried to charge me $86 for something that I can buy for less than $40. I dont know where they get their prices from but Im not stupid and I didnt just start vaping yesterday.

Today was my first day at this smoke shop I didn’t have time to order me a cookies backpack, I went and they had the cookies backpack. Online you can get the cookies backpack for 125 and pay 16 dollars for shipping. They over priced the backpack to be 189 plus tax. That’s not a good deal because I payed a extra 64 dollars and that’s not cool and they don’t do refunds so am stuck with a over priced backpack.
