Returning client to both locations.I seen Sara today. She does an absolute wonderful job. Checks in with my comfort throughout her care. Very professional. Definitely knows what shes doing. Absolutely love the service provided rather if its chiropractic or massage care. I always walk out feeling better then before. Never a problem with scheduling. Have never walked into the business without a happy greeting.Very clean and organized business. I refer my family and friends. All has left without being disappointed.

It’s a 0 star!!! I didn’t even get a massage!! I lost TIME & MONEY!!! Called the receptionist and she scheduled me for an appointment today at 2:00… “We had a cancellation would you like to take that spot?! I drove over an hour and waited for no one to actually be there!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!! My TIME & MONEY IS VALUABLE!!!!! I totally got screwed!!!!!!WORST PART SHE TOOK MY MONEY IN FULL FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE SHOWED UP BUT ME!!!!!!! I BETTER GET MY MONEY BACK IN FULL!!!!!

Great first massage experience. Stacey is very great at was she does. The place felt and looked very clean. All the staff was very friendly and made sure to greet me with a smile.

If I could give the management no stars I would. The management changed my appointment to almost an hour prior to my schedule time because they did not want to pay to keep their masseuse for the extra time gap during the day.I scheduled my appointment a month ago and they never called to ask if it would be ok to change my appointment time. Two days prior to my appointment they sent a reminder email with a new time. When I called to try to have it fixed, I was told that the masseuse was doing me a “favor” by booking me later in the day so I should appreciate the fact that they had booked me for that time at all. The management then tried to blame it on me stating that the appointment had probably been rescheduled earlier but because I didn’t have text notifications on, I didn’t know until two days before- still not addressing the fact that I was rescheduled without being asked or notified by anyone. The management is greedy and does not care about customer service so if you are looking for relaxation, go elsewhere.

Got a Groupon for this place. Had an appointment at 2:40 and they were closed...

Liliana Rodriguez is the best! Found this gem by accident and will be going back to see her again, and again...and again!
