I recently turned 21 and attempted to show my ID to a staff member, but he refused to take it. Instead, he tried to sell me a single Elbar for $54. Its frustrating because Im legally of age, and it felt like he was trying to overcharge me, thinking I was a minor.

Dont shop here. A common experience when it comes to purchasing from this shop is that the disposable vapes often are dead or die relatively soon. Their product stock is poorly managed. Other than the owner/manager being decent their employee customer service is absolutely terrible. Most of them are high on their cannabis products and either borderline useless or just rude. To cosign on another reviewers experience above another employee was just a creep who would harass female customers and tried to scam me. My guess is that the owner, who again is good at what he does, hires deadbeat family members -- a really terrible idea. Never shopping here again.

The staff knowingly sold me low-quality/defective products. For that reason I will no longer be a customer here.I came in asking for a CBD vape cart since I knew they had a set on the counter. The clerk repeatedly tried to upsell me on other products and refused to explain why he didnt want to sell the matching product sitting on the counter. Those were the only CBD vape carts they had and I wasnt looking for D8 so I got one cartridge to try. When I got it home the taste was soapy and artificial, the fluid levels in the cartridge went down extremely fast (what would usually took a week took only two hours), and even using it heavily I couldnt feel anything.This is the first time I have had a serious issue at this shop, but I didnt usually get CBD from them. Had the clerk just said something like That product reviews poorly when I asked, I probably wouldnt have thought much of it. Not only did the clerk evade the question repeatedly, but he also had to write in an amount for the sale (not look it up in the system). Because of that I am concerned more may have been wrong than just the products quality.

This place is terrible. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They scheme. They sell dead puff bars. Half charged reusable vapes and even opened pods for your vape. Purchased a two pack of pods for my vape and got home and it was already opened and one was missing. Friend bought a nectar collector and didn’t work. Of course you can’t return anything here. This place is trash

Terrible experience. The value of a shop like this is reflected through the products it chooses to sell.I bought a pack of ceramic vape coils and all of them are garbage and the pack was $5 more expensive than most shops too. Having not used ceramic before I asked the clerk if he had an opinion, Im going to assume he lied and had none when he called them good. $20 wasted.He also tried to sell me juice than was born on 08/2017 - e-juice has a long shelf life, but it becomes very poor in quality after about 12 months tops. Glad I checked.Wont be back. Expensive. Poor products.

This place is amazing! Incredible selection of all sorts of vape products and a HUGE cigar room. This is the place to go for Kratom and CBD however because their selection is second to none. They also really value their customers and take care of me every time I’m there. They are seriously the best. Amir is the man. If you need something and they don’t have it, let him know and he will get it for you.

I have been here twice and both times they were not open during their hours of operation. The first time was 15 minutes past when they were supposed to open and as I was getting in my car to leave the employee showed up. The second time was at 11:30 on a weekday and there was a sign posted on the door saying be back in 5 minutes. Both times no apology was given. Very poor customer service, and the employees are not knowledgeable about the products. Go somewhere else.

Used to shop here all the time, I’ve probably spent $2,000+ in this shop today a new employee sells me on an item and tells me it’s one price then before ringing it up he calls his boss and the guy ups the price. I’ll never come back and I suggest no one else goes either

Do not buy disposable vapes from here. Ive experienced three instances where the vape is dead as soon as I open it, or the vape dies a few hours later. They wont give you a new product because its final sale. Go to the vape shop in Ashburn Village instead.

Kinda expensive for a battery for a vape pen. I’ve paid as low as $10 and as high as $20, and that $5 increase isn’t crazy but it’s annoying.

So twice i been now and got fake titanium. First was nail with built in carb cap. Second was a titanium tool. I torched the tool for 2 sec to clean it , it exploded. I went in tobacco Hut and explained what happened. His solution was to sell me a cheap little glass tool for 9$. I mean really. I walked in with a scar on my eye and melted metal splatter on my shirt and they worried bout the next sale. . Im lucky i still have my vision. Dont buy dab tools from these guys they are dangerous and cancerous
