If you’re a cigar smoker, I would not recommend. This shop caters to people who vape. Cigar inventory is poor. They’ve run out of my top four cigars a minth ago and still haven’t restocked.

Very bad customer service! She sold me a broken vape and didnt want to replace it. They would rather lose their regular customer than replace the faulty product.

Horrible quality glass, rude staff, not a friendly or welcoming experience. Cheap, unreliable products.Bought an expensive glass bubbler, 3 days later the bottom was cracked and leaking. Very gently used, went to exchange it thinking it wouldnt be an issue since its obviously not a quality product, and was refused.

I have bought coils and juice for my vape here multiple times. Will say they have decent prices. But about a month ago I bought a pack of coils that had one already open inside and now I received a pack of coils with only 1 in it. So I paid twice as much for half the product. Should have checked because of the damaged one before. The guy at the store didnt even know what I was talking about when I called then listed 6 different products, tried to tell me oh yea that is how they come, then ended with yea I dont know, sorry I dont believe you okay? bye. Wont be recommending this shop or going back again.

Bought fake Kratom here, and the clerk refused to take it back. Capsules full of white powder. Second jar they opened for me looked like it had sawdust in it. Avoid this shop at all cost. I was ripped off with no recourse.

Bought Smok Novo pods here, I was just trying to look but the guy who was working there was extremely pushy and refused to take no for an answer, he took less than a dollar off the price, and acted like he was doing me a huge favor even though I was just looking. I get home and use the new pods, and the juice leaks right out of the pods and causes my Smok Novo to just backfire, multiple times. I call the store to see if I can exchange them, and the person I spoke to didn’t care at all. He was so unhelpful, and extremely rude to me. He grunted at me, and was completely silent for an entire minute and told me there’s nothing he can do about it. He told me I have to call a different number. I don’t recommend going here, they’re extremely overpriced and bad service

Greatest place to shop e-juices. A verity of collection of known and un known brands you’ll not find it elsewhere.. The staff very professional and knows what is he talking about. He suggested 7 flavors (after chatting a little bit with me ) which I’ve never tried before. all of them are fantastic.

There’s not much of a variety at all. The selections are slim, devices look like they’ve been opened before. If you’re looking for “glass pipes” this is not the place lol

This is the only vape and cbd store I will go to. Anything you need is available at this shop and the best prices as well. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I’ve been to at least 4 other shops in this area but this one has the best vape machines and all the coils I need.

This place needs to be shutdown. Selling false products, products that dont work and they never take anything back. No wonder they have so much product. Half of it is fake. Please find another shop so this one is closed.

I found best bongs at this shop. They also have a huge selection of disposable cigs, juul pods, and cigarettes. I tell all of my friends that this is the only vape shop to go to!

These guys really know what they’re talking about. They have a very good stock, and a very good supply of smoking equipment. Including glassware.
