I bought a glass piece and as soon as I heated up the metal tip the glass shattered. I tried to return it and they refused a refund so years of my business will be taken somewhere else that actually cares about the quality of the product they sell and the customer

This shop is amazing. The employees are always so kind and helpful to the point they feel like friends. I am always excited to walk in the door at this place because I know it is going to make my day. On top of the customer service they have a great selection of products that you can’t find anywhere else in town.

Its definitely more of a Nicotine vape shop than the normal ones around. VERY Limited knowledge on Delta and THCa products that are everywhere else!

Bad experience!! Pretty much sold me a faulty product and wouldnt stand behind it. It was a CBD vape a week old and was used a couple of times. Still completely full or resin and even had the rubber tip for mouthpiece. The coils werent getting hot at all! Battery wouldnt even hold a charge! Just bad product and bad management, in my opinion! Would be completely different if he just exchanged it and sent me on my way. I was calm until they tried to give me a used one in replacement of my new one! Not even half full and someone elses lips on it! 😡😡 Ill never go back!

Amazing customer service and great products...two of the most important things in the retail or public in general profession.

Used to be my go to place for the past few years but they’ve stopped carrying my brand. That’s not why they get one star though. The young guy with glasses there now has flat out lied to me several times about getting what I want. I’ve even called and been told it’s in stock but when I get there less than 20 minutes later it’s gone. After trying for a month I’ll just take my business elsewhere from now on.

The workers are absolutely awesome and informative on their products. Id even say Id trust them with my life. Best shop around Athens. 10000000/10 stars 🤩

Ive been a regular customer up until now. They do not stand behind their products the charger I got from them disintegrated in my hand and they wouldnt replace it.

There is a huge selection of tobacco products, odds and ends, and everything a person needs to vape. If they dont have what youre after and its something they have access to, theyll order it and keep it in stock for you. Prices are better than most places. The employees are knowledgeable, and theyve been super helpful every time Ive been there.

Great place i would give 5 stars except for the fact that one of the employees were parked in the handicapped spot in the front of the store doesnt really bother me except for the fact that im handicapped & i know it wasnt another customer because when i went into the store no one else but me was in the store except for the employees bad practices Athens smoke & Vape shop shame on you .

I went here to try cbd oil for pain relief. The gentleman who was there was very helpful explaining differences. The one I bought definitely helps. For me it made my pain more bearable.

NOT GOOD business!!! Bought 2 disposable Delta 8 vapes from this store, one however didnt work. The owner would not do anything about it. I have proof from where I bought it from there. Ill find somewhere else to shop.

Bought something from the store and realized about 20 minutes after I left the store that there was something floating around in it. Tried to call and get the guy to exchange it and he said I would have to call the manufacturer. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I went and got some Keep it 100 blue slushee vape juice and it was fake. The box was wrong, the color of the juice was very dark (supposed to be clear) and the juice was very harsh on my throat. I went there because it was the only place open late on Sunday and I will not be returning. I am very dissatisfied with what I got whenever i have been using the same juice for months.

Do not buy any Vaping hardware from this store. They will not Honor the manufacturer warranty. I bought a Smoke Novo here, the firing switch went out in just under 2 months. The Smok website instructs the buyer to return it for an exchange at the place of purchase if it is under 6 months old. Athens Smoke Shop refused to honor Smoks replacement program. Now I have to spend money on shipping and go without my pod system for a week. All Athens Smoke Shop had to do was make a call to have the unit replaced that they would of exchanged my faulty unit with. The other 2 main Vapor shops in Athens, Leet Vapors and Kickn My Habit Vaps, honor the warranty. Thats where Ill go for every Vap need for now on.
