Couple guys that work there are nice. Selection isnt always the best but they do try to make decent recommendations for what they do have.

Prices are ok, not really competitive like they used to be. Ive been an off and on customer for 3 years. What I dont understand, is when you walk in, and feel like youre interrupting their little pow-wow. After you check out, you feel pressured to get out. Such a big store, with tons of space to hang out and relax, yet they kinda push their customers out the door. It seems like theyre unhappy to work here..

The owner and staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I was so happy with their vape juice selection because they actually had one in stock that I hadnt been able to find for the last year. We will definitely be back.

Mike was quick to help us out and give us what we were looking for. My girlfriend took me here to get my vape and he really helped out with what I was looking for. Also nice to have hundreds of different flavors and types of juice. Really advise to come to this shop if your looking for juice or anything else to do with vaping.

Employees are nice, but the shop doesnt order anything until they run completely out. So if you need something, it could be days. Or just go somewhere else.

Awful service, employees have little help or knowledge of the products that they sell. Warranties must be returned to the store that it is bought from, whats the good of the franchise name Cravin Vapes? Four trips to 2 different stores in 4 days to finally get my money back, they never even offered a replacement product.

Very clean, organized, and friendly. There is no place like Cravinvapes in Auburn where you can sit down and sample different juice flavors to find the one that fits you and they treat you almost like family! Love it!!!

The peole here are so friendly and nice. They will help you out if you are a beginner or an expert. I use the CBD oil, and I only go there becauae they have great knowledge about the product. They use a company that has proven itself to be a leader in the industry. Stop in sometime, it’s a great spot to hang out, help stop smoking cigarettes, or to check out the CBD oil.

Dont keep things in stock that they sell you. Sell things other stores dont have and havent even heard of. Very disappointed in the store. I would rather go to Kendallville or over to Ohio to get what I need than to go in to this store.

Typically vape store with typical overpriced items. Pretty sad juice options unless youre wanting something from their house brand. Good place to stop in a pinch. But I wouldnt shop here regularly.
