I went in today for the first time. Very welcoming atmosphere. Sarah did my wax service. She did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable the whole way through. I will definitely be back to see Sarah and I look forward to experiencing their other services soon!!

Great service. Cody was amazing performing my massage. Great atmosphere, extremely welcoming. The lady at the counter (I forgot her name) was so pleasant and knew exactly who we were upon arrival. They treated us great. The comfort room you relax in before and after the massage is amazing and extremely cozy and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our massages, the complementary robes and slippers and the service. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

I had a massage with Kat and it was wonderful. Im not a connoisseur of massages but Im deeply appreciative of her skills and would recommend her to anyone who cares to listen.

Every time she has new products in - she calls or texts to let us know what products - we are major candle shoppers - and to us - this is an amazing customer service trait as well as marketing. It is so appreciated that if we can get there in time before the good stuff is ALL gone because you guys do so much business - we are very lucky and thankful that she lets us know!!

I had a wonderful experience at Bumble Lane on Jefferson. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and the facility was gorgeous and cleanly! Tabitha was my massage therapist and she was an absolute JOY to have been placed with. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my massage and is supremely talented at what she does. We talked during my entire session and it was such a great experience. I would recommend her to anyone going to visit Bumble Lane! Thanks for a much needed pampering!!

This was my first ever experience at a Day Spa. I was scheduled for a 60 minute massage and a spa pedicure. Ashley what the massage therapist and she was amazing. She was very personable, calm spoken, and explained everything to me as she went along. She made my first massage a great experience. Unfortunately, the spa pedicure was not so pleasant. Karen was the lady who did my spa pedicure. She was very dry, she didnt say much at all. She was extremely rough. I told her several times that she was hurting me and she still continued. I ended up leaving with cuts on most of my toes on both feet. At one point she got up and walked out and didnt come back for for almost 10-15 minutes without saying a word. I will probably return to have the massage experience again, but never again for the pedicure.

Sadly, I need to share. (It seems this place doesn’t read it’s own reviews) We have been here before and it was awesome. However, today we showed up for the couples massage which my wife booked 2 weeks ago. We were in the waiting room, really expecting a great experience, especially for our anniversary and we were EXTREMELY let down. Therapist came and asked for my wife, then she told them we were booked for a couples massage, and the the therapists said we weren’t and tried to pass the blame on us. Then they said they would discount us us if we did massages separately, we told them we would only do a couples. They then showed us the door.Once we get dressed we went to the front desk, and they then asked if we would be willing to wait 15-20 minutes to get the couples massage room ready…. This is after they showed me the door and I got my belongings together and had already been in the waiting room. We declined, simply because they showed us the door, then tried to get me back in. Absolutely no customer service skills involved in any part of the experience.One of the staff was actually giggling at me when I told them no.Unfortunately, I do not expect to be contacted by this establishment, I would have been willing to try this place again, but the mismanagement, lack of awareness and total blunder on there part, will be enough for me to never purchase any service or gift card from here again. I have met the owner before and she was great, her staff not so much.

I have been going to Bumble Lane for years faithfully. I have had the most positive experiences, especially when I get a manicure and or pedicure. Nikki has been my nail tech almost 90% of the time. She always does an amazing job. She is friendly and always makes me laugh! I look forward to my time spent with her on Saturday mornings. She’s the best!!

I had an hour & a half massage here a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely very relaxing and much needed. The staff is very attentive, everything is very clean, lots of goodies to shop for in front of the house. Will be back.💗

I’ve been to Bumble Lane numerous times for massages and always had a positive experience. Unfortunately, my recent first pedicure was not as positive. The nail tech, Nikki, was not professional, welcoming or friendly at all… I don’t think she cracked a smile the entire time I was there. I also paid $80 for the pedicure and there wasn’t even a massage included, which I did address with the front desk. Honestly, it felt like me being there for a service was more of a burden for Nikki and she did not seem appreciative of the business at all. Disappointing from a customer service experience at what should be a high end spa where the staff are welcoming, smile and make you feel appreciated for being there and spending your hard earned money…

I received my first prenatal massage here last week and it was everything I never knew that I needed!!My masseuse was extremely attentive, gentle, and gave great guidance on what to expect. I also received extra tlc on my feet due to me being in my second trimester. A very thorough neck and scalp massage was included, unbeknownst to me.The staff was so kind and was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment, which is unheard of, I got extremely lucky. The facilities were clean, warm, and inviting! I was so pleased with my overall experience and so I will be returning soon.Thank you Bumble Lane for helping me with celebrating my first day of wellness during a very challenging pregnancy!!

I have been to the spa for massages and facials several times. All were ok, nothing to write home about but ok. However, this review is mostly based on the way I feel when I walk into the shop area in the front. The employees barely say hello or look in my direction. In fact, I think last time there wasn’t even a “buy, thanks for coming in” as I was leaving. I guess maybe because I didn’t purchase anything? In this day and age, when one can find everything they have online, I would rather support a local business where I can touch, smell and see the products for myself; however, I feel like they are just doing me a favor when I walk into this place. I will use the gift card I have on products eventually, but I truly wish the whole experience would be more welcoming and warmer!

It was my first time here as i received gift cards for Christmas. I dont usually frequent spas or salons. This place was very nice. There was a room for guests to wait where there was a very relaxing mood and refreshments. Both of the girls that worked with me were very nice.

Complete waste of money. I had been here once before for a couples massage and had a good experience so my wife got me a gift card for a deep tissue massage for Christmas. So I scheduled and went in for the massage. The lady asked me where my problem areas were and I told her my neck and my lower back. Since I paid extra for deep tissue that’s what I was expecting. I’m guessing she didn’t have the hand strength for a deep tissue massage because she spent the majority of the time digging her elbows into my middle back. Extremely uncomfortable. The lady obviously shaves her arms but apparently hadn’t in a few days so the prickly hair on her forearms she was digging into my back just scraped and irritated my back the whole time (really uncomfortable). She mainly dug her elbows into my middle back in between my shoulder blades. Barely touched my lower back and literally never touched my neck which I told her was my biggest problem area I wanted worked on. I kept expecting her to get to my neck thinking it would get better and then just like that, it was over, never touched my neck at all. Worst massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had plenty. Maybe she was having a bad day, we all do. But when I told the front desk about my experience and how bad it was, I was told a manager would be reaching out to me. Nobody ever reached out. No phone call, no email. Terrible massage and customer service apparently. The only reason this didn’t get one star is because my first experience here with the couples massage was good, which made this whole experience more disappointing. Complete waste of money, will not be back.

Always a great experience here. The facial I had was amazing! Her name was Jennifer (I think) and honestly the facial couldnt have been better. Not only was I so relaxed that I fell asleep, but beforehand she looked and my skin and spoke with me to design the best facial for my needs. In addition at the end she gave me some great tips and even makeup recommendations (as I told her my struggles). I went and purchased trial sizes of her makeup recommendations at Ulta right after and it is now my favorite and only makeup I can say Ive truly ever liked on my face. Forever grateful 🙏

Immaculate facility with a comprehensive variety of services and retail items. Appropriately priced, and I personally have experienced great service during my visits. They were accommodating to my requests and paired me with a massage therapist that did exactly what I requested, and I have not had lower back pain since my last visit.

The massage by Ashley was AMAZING! The customer service from the remainder of the team is awful. Very rude and unwelcoming. The atmosphere doesnt make you feel very valued. The checkin lady seemed very unbothered by my presence and even when I checked out I was ignored but the other lady in the store was given one on one attention. If theyre trying to build a repeat customer service Id just actually engaging with clients to make them feel welcome. Id let Ashley do my massage again because she was great but not sold on Bumble as a whole.

I’m sad to even share this but I feel like I need to. I brought my daughter there today for a special treat, she was barely even spoken to by the lady who did her nails. The one who did mine was incredibly nice but my nails just look pathetic. I probably could have painted them better myself. For my husband to even notice the poor quality showed a lot. Definitely not worth $58. Disappointing considering the level of quality you expect from a place like this.

Victoria Travis gave me an incredible facial today. My skin feels like silk and looks so much healthier. She was kind, informative, and knew what type of facial to recommend for my skin. She made some valuable product suggestions, too. This is my first time at Bumble, and I can guarantee that Ill bee back!! :D

Just had a grrreat manicure and spa pedicure with Nicki! She is the best!And I love the no cellphone policy…so peaceful. Thank you Bumble Lane!

Bumble Lane is the best spa town!! Over my decade plus os patronage, I especially enjoy the manicures/pedicures/facials/massages. The staff is ALWAYS professional, welcoming, and friendly! My favorites are Nikki, Thi, and Gina…call and ask for them! You wont regret it!

My husband and I went to Bumble Lane for a couples massage for his birthday. However, I requested a deep tissue massage for the both of us. Im not sure if the massage therapists understood what that service meant but, thats not what we got or expected. The both of us told our therapist twice to apply more pressure but again, I guess they didnt understand that. We left out with what we call a rub down The atmosphere and customer service was great but the experience wasnt too pleasant. I was a bit disappointed.

I received a Gift Card for Mothers Day last year and FINALLY used it this past weekend. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly. The waiting area that you sit in before they call you back for services was very nice. They served fruit, infused water, and nuts. It was peaceful and smelled wonderful with dim lighting. I could have fallen asleep in there.As far as the massage, it was okay. The room was freezing, which isnt good when youre practically naked. The bed was heated but I shivered each time Id have to take a body part out from under the covers. I let the massage therapist know I was cold, and she said she was too, but they had no control over it. Another big issue was the room I was in backs up to Pigtails and Crewcuts, which is a childrens salon located in the next building. The last 10 minutes of my massage was not enjoyable because a child next door was having a haircut and was screaming bloodly murder. Make sure you tell them NOT to put you in that room.

I received a gift card for Christmas last year and decided to get the sea weed wrap massage. The staff was friendly and the spa area was very nice and clean; however, I was not impressed with my massage. I felt mislead about the wrap. All the therapist did was put two or three types of lotions on and rubbed them in. The room was very cold, and my table did not feel heated. I should have just gotten a regular massage. I also felt gypped on time. My massage was supposed to last an hour and a half and mine lasted an hour and 20 minutes. I wont be recommending Bumble Lane to any of my friends.

I used to love this place. My last visit (last year) was after a span of a year. I was so disappointed. There was a party happening in one of the other areas which sounded fun, but it was a bit loud. The massage itself was what I was looking for. My favorite masseuse was still there, so I requested them. It wasnt the same. I almost felt as if they really didnt want to touch me. It felt rushed, maybe they were over loaded that day or something... and the vibe from all but 1 representative was not very pleasant. The lady that showed me to the changing room was the only one that had the same warm flair that I was expecting.Other than that, I didnt leave feeling the relaxed happy feeling I normally felt. One thing I dislike more than not is having to feel pressured to leaving a tip after a visit that was just - alright. That needs to be sorted. A tip is given when the customer feels the paid service (which isnt cheap) exceeded their expectations. I barely felt welcomed there.I likely will not return. I was looking so forward to my visit. Im searching for a massage therapist now... and decided to speak my peace here because I came across Bumble Lanes name- which was my go to in the past.

Mary at the Towne Center location is the best massage I have ever received, and truly a miracle worker! I was having chronic back pain for 2-3 weeks, day and night. Nothing was working from medicine to heating pads to massages from other people. Then I went and saw Mary. She asked a lot of questions in the beginning to figure out why I was there/what was wrong. When we started the massage she found the problem area within 1 minute. In the past when I have gotten massages the masseuse never goes hard enough with the pressure. I tell them I want them to be firm and it always seems like a child massaging me or like they think I want to relax instead of fix my back issues. Mary was the opposite. She was the exact right about of firm to fix the problem without hurting me. The next day I was sore from my massage but to days later my back pain was completely gone. It has been a few days now and the back pain remains gone. Mary saved me from expensive doctors and physical therapy.Mary is truly the best masseuse I have ever had and I will follow her to any shop she goes. For now, that shop is Bumble Lane in Towne Center!

I don’t even want to give any star for this place. I booked an online gift card on June for my husband’s birthday, after we received it, we didn’t see any official gift card in it and only one plain card with amount and expired date. But we forgot to ask why until we went to get massage last month. The environment was horrible, the girls were impatient, the manager was not trying to help us find out what my real gift card number at all !!!! In a word, bad customer service !!!!! I went to so many other spa places in other states and in my home country, never had a bad experience like this one!!!! Only hope they can fix the problem soon... so we can finish the amount on gift card and never come back again!!!!

I purchased a much needed facial with the esthetician KC. She was amazing, exceptional customer service. This was my first facial and first time at Bubble Lane.On the other hand, the front desk customer service was not what I expected. I made a reservation and was charged for the service simultaneously. Unbeknownst to me, other patrons payments were procured after service.The young gentleman at the front desk looks very unpolished and lacks customer service experience. During my initial call to book a reservation, he placed the phone on the counter and did not return to the phone. I walked in the store 30 seconds later and addressed the issue. The young ladies at the desk were very informative and pleasant. Dont let the front desk stop you from having a wonderful experience.

My husband and I came for a couples relaxation massage. The facility was so nice. We had Daneisha and Mandy as our therapists, and they were great! They used the perfect pressure.

I do not recommend getting a prenatal massage here. I called ahead to know what to expect because I’ve never had a prenatal massage. I was told it would be a full body and that I would lay on my side with a body pillow for support. The massage I received was not full body the massage therapist only massaged my shoulders and back with VERY light pressure. I Will also say that laying on your side with the pillow is not the ideal position for getting a massage. I would recommend finding a place that has the belly hole, such as wood house spa. I’ve heard good things about their prenatal massage and would have went there but I had a gift card for bumble.

OMG!!!!!! I had THE BEST massage ever by DEMI at Bumble Lane in Baton Rouge! Her hands were like pure magic! She felt all the tension in my neck and immediately went to work! I got the 60min Relaxation massage and I’m so hurt I didn’t reserve the 90min! But in all Demi was AMAZING! This was also my 1st time going to Bumble Lane, most definitely won’t be my last! Thank You for taking care of me Demi

I purchased gift cards the end of the year, requested to book a couples massage, I was told the books were not open for February, so I called to schedule for Feb. now I’m being told no gift cards can be used the week of Valentines, I would have kept my money and used it! Very Unhappy customer, thing is I go there a lot! WHAT OTHER SPA WOULD LIKE MY MONEY????

I have had great experiences in the past at this spa, however; after they left bruises covering my girlfriends back during a maternity massage and then passed her off when she called them, I will not be returning. The lack of concern for a customer that they treated so poorly shows a lack or respect from the management.

If you want the best, most experienced masseuse in town, ask for Jan DeBenedetto at Bumble Lane! Jan truly listens to what you want in a massage, and also to what your body is telling her you need. She is not afraid to put some specialized effort into areas that need attention, and offers suggestions on other areas of health and well being, too. I first went to Jan in March 2016 with a terrible head cold. I felt horrible, but went anyway because I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. Jan actually worked on my sinuses and neck area to help clear up the congestion. I went back to Jan last week because I was just plain stressed and full of tension, and I felt sooo much better after my time with Jan. Also, I have struggled with dry, itchy skin for years, and Jan suggested a certain tea that might help with the problem, and to use a dry brush to increase circulation to the area. Thank you, Jan, for caring about me personally and making me feel very special! Hope to see you again soon!

I visited twice this year and cant wait to return. The receptionist was cordial.The treatment by the masseuse was superb. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Im sure I will getan Uber or Lift next visit because I dont want to drive afterward.#moneywellspent

I had a rushed microdermabrasion here. Emphasis on rushed. And I added the 20 dollar led light therapy. She patted my face for with the light and then was done. Haha she clearly wasnt trained or taught how it works. I was considering asking for a refund but didnt bother. Seems like it could be a nice place if I dont have such a lame experience. and its super expensive.

My daughter and I had a spa day here and it was the most tranquil, relaxing, exhilarating experience one could have! I highly recommend best venue if ever you want to treat yourself to something that says I love me!

DO NOT BOOK AND PAY IN ADVANCE!! Watch what you get. No where on the web site does it say you cant be refunded unless cancelled within 24hrs. I made an appointment and had to cancel. I canceled 3 weeks before said Appointment and here it is almost a month later and still havent recieved my refund. I will give bad reviews on all web sites I find until this matter is resolved! **UPDATE** I was informed that there are NO REFUNDS! Theres no where on the website does it say nonrefundable. Now Im out$400 cause of their greed! Do not book and pay in advance. Ill warn you again. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!! Cause god forbid something may happen and you need to cancel. Would not recommend!

The massage was fabulous, and there are so many things you get- a calm, quiet room to relax as long as you wait; showers and a hot tub; snacks and flavored water. Great value!

Had a mani/pedi with Michelle. She is an expert nail tech who doesnt waste your time. One hour for both services. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Was great when I got a normal massage, but the deep tissue wasnt deep tissue at all. They did less than a normal massage and charged a lot more for it.

Bumble Lane had a very nice gift shop. And, also had lots of nice lotions and creams to try. I also like the teas and the refreshments. Check it out!

Atmosphere is nice. Services was just okay. I have been on two different occasions and just okay each time. My pedi was below okay.
