Ra Shop 3 Highland BR

It’s a great little smoke shop. Higher prices than what you’d find in a legal state, but best price in Louisiana. My only issue is that their phone line doesn’t work before 10am yet they are actually open at 8am on most days except the weekend. The phone lines need to be fixed to receive calls at 8am each day. Will be returning here. I drove from Shreveport to Baton Rouge to go to the shop. Its the only one that carries vape juice naked. I was very impressed and when I arrived I purchased a bottle and I got one for you that was just barely expired $24 worth it.

Don’t buy hookah supplies from here. Bought a hookah, the rubber melted about a month later. Went to store to see what they can do, were not able to help with it. Same hookahs sitting on shelves, about 6 of them, salesperson was not willing to replace my part.

Have been debating posting this review because i love this ra shop but ive decided to just go to nicholson after the experience ive had the past few times ive been in. bald white girl is extremely racist, practically ignores me anytime im in there even if i ask for help. she is very obviously preferential to white customers and boy w the ponytail is rude and never knows what hes talking about and acts like he dont wanna be there. one of the associates told me they are under new management as of a few weeks ago, so i made a complaint about the bald chick to the only other white employee ive encountered thats worth anything, i believe his name is beck. this is obviously to no avail because i came in sunday and lo and behold shes still there, steadily giving the cold shoulder and black customers that came in while i was there, myself included. if you are a person of color, dont even bother. take your business elsewhere, they obviously could care less if their employees are being blatantly racist and unhelpful to their customers.

I will never be shopping here again! The bald white girl ignores me everytime I come in the store…. All she does is just stare at me then get back on her phone. I love the ra shop because they tend to have all the things I need…. But I hate the feeling I get every time I come… damn near gives me anxiety. It’s 2023 guys why are there still hiring racists people?!? Smh…. NEW LOCATION ME PLZ

Not a bad spot if you just need the basics. Theyre very friendly but their inventory needs some improvement. Id give a 3.5 if I could, but since I cant Ill be nice and round up to 4.

I was a disappointed today. Bought my usual stuff and the lady didn’t ask if I was a reward member or whatnot. Guy comes after me not only mentioned it but explained the program rewards to him. He replied with a “nah I don’t come here that often...”. Little did she know I come everyday. Not a big deal, but it’s all about customer service. Hopefully she’ll ask me next time :)

Just went in there to buy filters. I thought it was buy by the filter so I said I needed 5. Weny to check out and swiped my card and as I paid I realized I was buying 5 bags not 5 filters. Asked if I could return them and was told there was no return policy. I was in the store and hadnt even walked out yet. The people working could clearly see that I was in shock at what I had just purchased and asked me if I was OK. I told them that I didnt expect to buy five bags. Their response was, Im sorry you misunderstood, at least youll have filters. I will never shop there again.

3 separate dry cigar purchases, no refunds. This has included a $22 pack of macanudo cigarillos. The tobacco burns too hot as a result. Humidor RH reads 59% on both humidifiers.

Bought a water pipe and the lady wrapped the bowl slide inside of the pipe, (most shops would wrap separately to keep from breaking) and when I unwrapped it, exactly that happened. The bowl broke inside of the water pipe. I know they dont do returns or anything but it still sucks and they should learn how to wrap their products better. Also, when we called to inform them the lady on the phone was pretty rude.

I greatly appreciate the help i received from Jacob. Miranda, on the other, was one of the most OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE people i have ever encountered in all of my 20+ years as a patron to the RaShop. She is not management material.

They are paying their employees to leave reviews. Do Not Go Here. You will get ripped off whatever you buy. China glass and they dont know what 14mm means. Worthless scammers acted like they were high. I wouldnt be surprised if this place gets raided and shuts down.

Superbly friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great selection of pipes, vapes, incense, adult toys, etc. Your onestop shop for everything you need for a good trip. You can find it a little cheaper on the internet but you cant beat having it immediately on hand and any questions you have immediately answered. All kinds of papers and lighters too. They have a pretty decent loyalty program as well. Always drop by when Im by LSU ✌️

Decent place to pick up papers, used to be better and had more knowledgeable staff. Mostly china and import cheap glass. Would like to see more american made products, its important to support american glass blowers, the import glass is of inferior quality and in some cases can even be hazardous to peoples health (lead-based brand lables on glass, painted glass, etc) not to mention its made in sweatshops by people that are practically slaves.

Just bought a smok mod from these people a week ago. They did not tell me I couldnt use it while it was charging so obviously I did and now it only works when its plugged up. Also now Im back in the store having to buy a brand new one because I wasnt fully explained on how tos and what not to do. Poor experience

Disrespected and talked down to from the moment I walked in, zero return policy even if THEY gave to the wrong attachment, terribly high prices, pitiful selection, oh and dont even utter the word synthetic because thats a one way ticket out the door.
