Wild Side Smoke Shop

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Wild Side Smoke Shop on Burbank Dr. in Baton Rouge, LA. I purchased a Pulsar Marble Set and a Bear Quartz Terp Slurper, but after deciding the marble set wouldn’t work for me, I asked for a refund. Despite not even leaving the property with the item, I was told that they could only offer an exchange.The worker assisting me at the Burbank Dr. location was nice but new and had little knowledge about slurpers, leaving me to figure things out on my own. I later called the College Dr. location, where the staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, but they couldn’t resolve the issue either. Although I was informed by them that exchanges work between all locations, I didn’t find anything worth exchanging after visiting both stores.After this frustrating experience, I’ve decided that I do not want the Pulsar Marble Set and, unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Wild Side Smoke Shop in the future. I’ll be pursuing a refund through my credit card company and reporting this matter to the Louisiana Consumer Protection Division of the State Attorney General’s Office.

Jeff was the most amazing sales person I ever had! So friendly and awesome! Helped me with all my questions! Can’t wait to come back Friday.

Jeff was really nice and a patient on the phone and even remembered me when I came in. Definitely a great environment. AND THEY DO A RAFFLE EVER FRIDAY WITH TICKET FROM THE WEEKS PURCHASE!

Good customer service is so hard to find nowadays but the staff here is phenomenal. it doesn’t matter what type of questions i have, everyone there always has a very intelligent answer and is always more than happy to take the time to explain. I only buy vapes and hemp from here now because they have incredible pricing, and Jeff is usually the employee that helps, he is the absolute best. Anytime I had an issue with a product i just bought he was a pleasure either exchanging the product or helping me fix it. Truly a superb employee

Shattered my glass in an unfortunate series of events walked into this place absolutely livid with life, walked out with absolutely psyched at my new piece and in a much better mood because of the customer service. Met with a few people Justin and Jeff in the 45 minutes it took me to finally pick the one I wanted both showed great deals of patience and treated it almost as if it was their piece to take home. Great environment great customer service 10/10!

I went into the store not looking to buy anything but the boys in there were super friendly and helpful so I actually bought quite a bit of glass. Henry was super attentive and did a good job of explaining the workings of all the pieces and accessories. It was 7/10 so they gave us great sales and deals. If you are looking for a good time - just take a walk on the wild side.

Heard a few good things about this place, decided to check it out. It wasnt good, it was FANTASTIC. Brad was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable on everything I asked and was a big help. Kaya and Jeff were friendly and answered all my questions. Huge selection on anything you could want or need. Customer service was all around outstanding 10/10!

It’s so big and nice in here! The workers are literally so kind and will make you feel welcome so don’t worry about coming in. They have raffles and fun stuff, probably my new favorite shop in BR.

My go to smoke shop you wont catch me anywhere else. Everyone is super nice and helpful especially Jesse and Gage. They all do a great job of informing me about any products Im unfamiliar with and helping me find what I need.Also the store contains some of the most unique glass pieces Ive ever seen there is definitely something for everybody.
