I always have a wonderful experience here, been here about 4 times now and every time I leave feeling relieved and relaxed. Just finished a 90 min massage with cupping and their special oil. Huge difference I feel now. I forgot to get the womans name, but she really knew how to work the kinks out! Ill be back again soon!

I read multiple reviews before coming here and I was not disappointed. The name of my masseuse was Mia and she was excellent. I really loved the massage and especially the stretches. I also loved the momentarily scalp massage.However dont expect this place to be the most fancy spot, about an average and okayish massage rooms. The masseuse was professional for most of the time except at the very start where she kept pushing to try one of their better oils with some additional cost. My session also started 10 minutes late but she made up for it.I did end up giving $20 as a tip - she totally deserved it for her excellent massaging techniques.

This place is a hidden Gem here in Bellevue, we go in for the couples massage often, waaayyyyy better than the high brow places in town. Sasha is amazing, won’t go anywhere else. Skilled practitioners who know their craft, you won’t find better.

This may have been the best massage of my life. I was able to book a last minute appointment and they were very prompt and kind. My masseuse was very attentive and was great to workout the knots I had and made me feel so relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!

Booked a last minute massage since I was trying to kill time before a red eye flight back home to NJ. So happy I did! It was wonderful and exactly how I like it! I get massages every few weeks and love my masseuse at home and this was on par with my expectations. Highly recommend! Very clean too.

Booked a 90 minute massage for noon. I get there and they tell me to get undressed and on the table, which I do. Ten minutes go by and no one comes in, so I poke my head out and am assured someone will be in soon. Takes them another ten minutes until someone comes and proceeds to give me one of the worst massages I’ve ever had.At the end, I wasn’t going to give any tip because of the wait, but the lady was nice so I gave $15 for the wait and the terrible massage. The lady then has the audacity to point at the $15 and berate me for it being such a small amount for a 90 minute massage.Definitely don’t recommend!

The Spa is very clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. I had a very relaxing and rejuvenating massage. My sore back felt much better afterwards.

I was worked on by Mia, a beautiful, professional, strong and incredibly competent woman. Thanks to Mia my right shoulder isn’t clicking on rotation for the first time in months. The establishment is very clean and calming and the price was on point. I 100% recommended Jade Harbor Spa. These are well trained, good people.

I booked a couples massage a week ago with Jade Harbor Spa, and my partner had to cancel last minute because he was sick. I found out about this just before my appointment, and I didnt want to cancel my appointment due to potential cancellation fees.When I arrived for my appointment, I asked if I could modify my appointment to a single, 60 minute massage due to this scheduling mishap, and the staff accommodated my request!They did say that if something like this happens again to call them to make adjustments or cancellations. Though they were understandably bothered by the last-minute change, that didnt change the quality of the massage or customer service I received. They were professional, accommodating, and I looked forward to booking with them again!

Really really awesome massage! My body specially shoulder and lower back was wounded tight and Sandy(if I heard her name correctly) did a great job to work on the tight muscles… I like the pressure to be hard and she was consistent for the entire massage time. Will definitely be coming back for more. Also great price for the service.

Best massage of my life! Yu Yu was incredible. She took her time with all the knots in my back and shoulders and left me feeling light and relaxed! She also gave me a great head massage and relieved my lower back pain. Really great experience - clean location, great staff and comfy massage beds and extremely reasonable prices! Will be going again!!

The best massage Ive ever received. I was a little nervous when I arrived. My husband had read great reviews and scheduled the appointment so I went in blind. The location is in a strip mall, and the interior was somewhat off-putting. But I was blown away by the relaxing, skillful, no-nonsense massage; Far superior to some luxury spas Ive been to, and at least half the cost. I will definitely go back, and recommend it to friends.

The spa is very clean and the staff is very attentive. The therapist Katie is very professional with respect to the massage techniques. She helps greatly reduce muscle pain around my neck and shoulder. Definitely would go regularly and recommend any one to give a try.

Wonderful massage by Ada this evening. I have not had a massage since before Covid and I soon realized what I had been missing. The spa is very clean and the people are cordial and welcoming. I am looking forward to another visit soon.

Awesome experience! The first decent massage I got here in the states. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it! The staffs are really nice and they will tailor to your specific needs. Very skilled as well. Highly recommended!!!!

Ive been to this place very often due to an old motorcycle accident. Sasha is a gem and her massage work is top notch. Ive always left feeling so much more relaxed after seeing her.

I really cant describe fully how bad my experience here was. I have to assume the woman giving a massage not only had never given one before, but had also never received one before and had terrible instincts about what to do. It started off with her just gliding her hands over my back. If thats what youre looking for maybe this will work for you. When I asked her to use more force she did start to use her elbow, directly on my spine and nowhere else. The only other place she used any amount of force was later with my legs extended directly on and around my kneecaps. I really mean it this was the worst massage imaginable and I woke up in significant pain the next morning.

Not good at all. They were disorganized, the woman who massaged me was so rough, often using my body to lift herself up, the towels they use are rough, and to top it off, they harassed me for tip that I didn’t think they deserved. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be back.

We had a couples massage and they had people that werent masseuse tryna give massages. One felt like they were just rubbing lotion on me ... the other just knew some pressure points but did not know what she was doing... I wouldnt even paid half off for another one if was offered.

Awesome place, the one hour back massage left me completely relaxed and happy. At this price its a steal, definitely recommend it

Do you have a masseuse from Tacoma ? I was there a year ago sorry I don’t remember her name. She said she work in Tacoma and move up there. She was really good.
