Rain City Vape

New to the whole Vape experience and chose this shop based on reviews and how close they were to where I live. SO glad I did. Super awesome guy helped get me set up with my first round of equipment. Fairly priced compared to online stuff but you get really great customer service. Will definitely be making this my go to shop for everything I need.

This is a great shop! The store is comfortable, bright, and inviting. The salespeople are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were definitely reasonable. I had a fantastic experience. Glad to have a great new vape shop close by!

Rain City Vape is my kind of store. Jordan, Matt, and T (Not sure if that is how you spell his name) are all my heroes. Jordan actually assisted me in picking out my set-up; T makes it easy to pick out the right e-juice and Matt has been more than helpful in trouble-shooting some problems I had with my tank that had manufacturing issues. Matt even upgraded me to the Crown V2 tank with no questions asked!! If youre looking for the best flavored e-juice, great service or a new set-up, this is the place to stop into.

The staff here is especially friendly and accommodating. This store is very clean and has a large selection of well stocked premium products. The prices seem a bit high to me, but they are comparable to similar shops. It can also be a bit difficult to get here due to traffic problems with Factoria Way.

Super friendly vape shop no elitist vape nerds here. Avarage on par pricing. Have charged batteries for sale. And a decent selection of mods and a not too shabby selection of juice. Oh and did I mention friendly.

This is the best vape shop we have been to. Everytime my husband and I come in T always takes care of us! My husband was trying to stop smoking and he gave us all the information we needed to have him switch to vaping. He actually helps you pick out the stuff you would need instead of trying to have you purchase a kit you wouldnt need. Go see T here hes awesome!!

The lady who sold it to me explained what needed to be explained without a bunch of useless information. it was quick easy and the pen I got looks nice and works great. It was nicely decorated and everything was displayed with pricing. over all a nice experience. you have to go on the second floor. I walked all the way around the building looking for it.

The guy working there was an elitist jerk who took every chance possible to sigh at my lack of knowledge about vaping (I was just getting into it, and had some questions for him).He convinced me to buy a starter pen and charged me $65 dollars for it (Thats with a 10% discount as well). When I saw the pen a few weeks later while I was browsing online, I saw it going for $30 dollars.Please do your research before you go here. As I have no doubt that their prices will be twice what you can find online.

Matt was super knowledgeable and was an amazing employee. If I lived around here I would be coming back just for his amazing service. Matt, I hope you read this and I hope everything is going great and that you get to continue with your awesome life. You definitely made a difference for me when I was in town thanks again!

Kid behind the counter was rude not helpful and really made me feel unwelcome in the store. I would strongly recommend visiting another vape shop not only will the customer service be far better but the selection will be a lot better as well.

Love this place friendly staff free play on a multi game arcade system and a large tv with Xbox great atmosphere. Bought a great cape for cheap ( they have the best prices) and a great election of juices! High recomended!

This place is the best for quality service, excellent knowledge and a wonderful selection. They have so much product for a store of their size, and their staff is trained to help you find the best device for your personal needs!

Seemed a pretty small shop. Less selection than the couple other shops Ive been to. Guy behind the counter didnt speak to or acknowledge me while I was there. Maybe a one-time poor experience but I probably wont return.

Stopped in real quick to get a coil for my Atlantis EVO and was very promptly helped and they even primed it for me! Super nice person!

Nice atmosphere, not to hazy with vape clouds like other shops of its type (at least when I went). Only drawback is the limited selections that they had.

Some of the best equipment on the market and priced right.Most importantly excellent customer service. I will definitely get all my supplies here for now on.
