The lady at the counter was helpful on the phone and when I went into the store. She even attempted a callback. Great variety and they sell Halo SubZero! My only store now.

I have been frequenting this store for a year now, and I must say they are consistent! Never any trash outside,always greeted at the front door, great prices on merchandise,and neat and clean!

This place is the only headshop I go to. Very reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly, chill and knowledgeable about their products. Ive been doing business with them for 3 years now and will recommend them to anyone. They have a Huge selection of their product. I think they combined two store to make that one, its pretty big for a smoke shop. I will be heading up there again soon for a couple of new vapes

This place was great! I had an awesome experience and Angel was the best. He was nice and polite, patient and not pushy. They currently have a special going on with their e-juice that is buy one get one half off. Again, great experience and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Ever time i go there he in the rest room one time i wait gor 30 min other time he was at the CounterYou mean lunch and that took him 1hr At one time I calledThe Homewood locationBecause that time I waited outside for 30 minutes And when he unlock the door and I came in he seem like he was mad he asked me did I call the Homewood location on him I felt really uncomfortable I would never go there again

I told her “please calm down, I’m not feeling well today” .. then, I told her, “I just need, what I need.. then, I will kindly retreat … before, I could tell her that she immediately told me to leave the store”,TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL…The customers, needs ALWAYS COME FIRST… this place needs a Managers on Duty update for associates, playing the role of manager, while the general managers are not on duty !! .. However, the dark complexioned gentleman who I dealt with was very direct and knew what I was looking for thanks, bud 😉

I ACTUALLY LIKE THE STORE AND THE PRODUCTS . TODAY DECEMBER 5TH 2022 THE FEMALE RUNNING THE STORE LONG DARK HAIR BRUNETT WAS REALLY SNAPPY & EMOTIONAL . ALL I ASKED FOR WAS TOO VIEW 2 DIFFERENT PACKAGES OF CBD THEN SHE RAN MY CARD TWICE MAYBE THE SYSTEM DIDNT READ THE FIRST TIME BUT THE SECOND TIME IT DID TAKE PAYMENT AND SHE SUGGESTED I PAY CASH I SHOWED HER THAT IT DID TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR MY PURCHASE, THEN SHE SNATCHES THE RECEIPT OUT BALLS IT UP AND DIDNT GIVE MY COPY WHICH SHE DID OFFER TO ME BEFORE SHE BECAME MORE EMOTIONAL . SHE MADE MY TIME THERE UNCOMFORTABLE USUALLY VISITS ARE GREAT .

BEWARE. This store sells cheap products, including broken and defected glass products.I bought a gift recently for someone, which was a glass pipe. After attempting to first use this glass piece, we noticed a water leak coming from one of the joints/bonds where other glass is heated, melted and bonded to another piece. This defect wasnt caused by any drop or hit, it is simply how it came from the store.You would think the store would swap it out for another one, but they just said Im sorry. I explained that this was a defected product and that they sold me a product that doesnt work.... They said, Im sorry the best I can do is offer you another one at a discounted price......Why would I buy another product if the first one didnt work?? I am blown away at how horrible this business practices customer service. I am honestly considering taking them to small claims court just so they can learn that you cant sell defected products to people.

Went in for a coil.. they didnt have any in stock so they opened one and sold it to me.. thats not why I give a bad review it as the fact they kept speaking there language then look at me nd say something else then look at each other then back at me someone came out the back room looking at me as well speaking there language looks back at me then laugh.. that made for feel as if they were talking about me. Ill never go back there very uncomfortable experience!!

This place has a wide verity of Hyde vapes on top a a huge selection of other vapes and accessories. The young lady that works in there is very sweet and patient. This has quickly became the only vape shop I will use.

I literally spend money in there every day but yesterday we bought a bottle of ZaZa Red and it was missing a few. This has never happened before but the bottles arent cheap. I have been trying to reach the owner all day and havent had any luck so far. For someone who buys all their mods, coils, juices and more at Royal I am hoping the owner will make this right.

Royal Tobacco & Vape is the place to go in Hoover for vape, glass, tobacco. Love the Hookah bar and prices are spot on. Have never over paid for anything here even after checking online prices. Angel is very knowledgeable about the products and willing to help answer any questions you may have. Highly recommend.

I just have to say, this is probably the best vape shop I have ever been to. Angel was very helpful, informative, and friendly. I highly recommend this place b/c even if you go in not knowing much you will still be given the most honest and accurate information. Angel is THE BEST!!!!

Most welcoming vape shop Ive been inside of in a while. As a female its hard not to feel overwhelmed or talked over in a tobacco shop. Love this place. Always has what you need, and a few things you dont, but want to have anyway. 10/10.

I have been in ever Vape store in ALL of Birmingham and surrounding cities and this is by far the best vape/smoke/hooka/cigar shop there is. The largest selection and best service was just one of the reasons we will be back again and again. This is truly the shop to visit for absolutely every vape/smoke/hooka/cigar need u might have. Went there on Sunday morning right at 10:00am. Sign said open but the door was locked. Waited around for a few minutes, still no one unlocked the door. I get back in my car, start to drive off, and as I am driving off, I see someone finally unlock the door. I just kept going.

Nice shop, was out of Juul Pods so forced to pay nearly double for mango, but it is supply and demand. Should have brought more with me from home!
