Absolutely, one of the friendliest staffs, now. Before, yeah, the workers were too self consumed, but the owner found out & cleaned house. Daniel, the manager, has been more than kind, helpful & patient. The owner made sure he put a great person in charge of running the day to day operations. Great selection & I couldnt stress this enough, LOCAL JUICES, LOCALLY SUPPORTED!!! Boxcar Vape, live long & prosper! Vape on!

Amazing Staff, New building has an AMAZING open atmosphere. Best Vape shop hands down in the Vape community. I am there almost everyday! I can not wait to see what more they have in store!

Just found this spot after seeing the signs in the median of hwy 78. This is by far the nicest vape store Ive been in. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Great prices, great juice and great service. This is my new go to vape shop. Thank you!

Great shop to go to but my latest visit was dissatisfying. After purchasing my second vape i returned 6 days later to get new juice because the new vape leaked my juice out within two days. After manager stated he was unable to give me a new bottle I asked if I can return the vape, the manager stated they have a no return policy. So I’m stuck with a vape that leaks out the vape oil and unable to return vape or get vape oil replaced. Eventually after pulling teeth the manager gave me new oil and “educated” me on ways to avoid oil leakage. However, after refilling vape a hour later well and behold it begins to leak out again. Again great place to go to but I am disappointed on how it took me going back and forth with the manager before he cracked to resolve the problem.

I was going from vape store to store looking for a place that had the technical know how, a wide selection of products, and good customer service. I found Boxcar and havent gone anywhere else since. Its a 15 minute drive out of my way, but it is so worth it. The interior is set up like a bar. It is warm, inviting, and almost always a little hazy. The workers have always listened to my concerns and helped me find the best products for me. Careful though, because sometimes Google Maps tries to send you in the wrong direction. Ive taken to just GPSing on Crestwood Coffee (another awesome place) which is right next door.

Wet cool place. It’s obviously new and the owner has many plans. I think you’ll find him extremely helpful and prices are really reasonable! And when the bar is finished shed, you’ll be able to enjoy a good microbrew along with great vape!Give em a try

I love Boxcar Vape of Birmingham! But Im a little biased as Im an owner of the shop. Check out the shop though, I hang out all the time because of the cool atmosphere, always interesting folks and plenty to do.

Very friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable, this was the first store I ever visited for vape supplies and both times I have been I was greeted by someone more than willing to show me what I needed and explain how my vape works. This will likely be my only stop for vape supplies in the future.

No complaints whatsoever. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable combined with a unique atmosphere of the microbrewery. Their local Blends of liquids, in my opinion or exceptional.

Boxcar Vape is not only a full service vape retail store, but its a destination to relax, vape, meet new people, drink specialty sodas, play X-Box AND get the latest, most in demand vape products available. Highly recommended, check it out!

All I can say that Craig and box car vapor is a great shop awesome juices and amazing flavors and Im from Atlanta so there are a lot of Vape shops and box car vapor can definitely hang thanks Craig

Best staff, definitely the brother with dreads. Lacking on products but I do believe that they will get stocked up with the new owners. Next time Im back in Alabama I will swing back by.
