This shop has always treated me right and thats why theyll continue to be my go-to for any vape productsThey accidentally sold me the wrong juice today and I called them after about an hour when I noticed to calmly and politely (bc of course kindness is the best policy, anger helps nobody) explain the situation and ask what they could do bc the juice they sold me was already opened and I didnt take a close look because I just assumed it was the one I asked for.They offered to make it right at no cost. Great store with great employees. Mistakes happen, and in their defense, I shouldve checked the juice I got instead of assuming it was the right one, so Im not faultless either, and I will be making sure next time before I open it so nobodys inconveniencedIm just glad they were kind and willing to help out bc I could stomach another flavor, but tobacco flavor vape liquid is the worst lol. Thought I might have to spend more money to get the right liquid even though mistakes were made on both sides, but theyve got some awesome employees here for sure

This is one of the shops I checked out today and Chris was super patient the 5 stars really is for his customer service alone. Whenever a salesperson is honest about a higher priced items quality being less than its predecessor, Im shopping with them simple as that.He was super patient with me and even though I didnt get the device I was seeking he recommended one of my new favorite flavored vapes North brand #Mocha Frappe thanks again.

Normally the vapes I get from here are great but the last 2 times I have gotten vapes I got a luxbar and a flex and both had not lasted more than 2 days. Even if I hit them constantly theres no reason as to why a vape that would normally last me 2-3 weeks is only lasting me a weekend.

Ive gone in a few different times for new tanks, batteries, and e-liquid and everyone Ive encountered has been friendly and helpful. I didnt catch any names but everyone was really helpful and patient with answering questions and never tried to push a certain product over another. Will definitely continue to stop in whenever I need anything!

We go here all the time never had problems. Bought a display vape (no big deal we’ve done it before and it was just fine) and instantly had problems but didn’t want to go back due to the sign that said no refund or exchange. Finally decided to take it back because it only fires when it wants to, though he did exchange it for us he was belittling and rude saying things like “you should try some problem solving skills first next time” and “out of hundreds I’ve sold this is the only one with a complaint” I get it you lost out on money but so did I when I paid for the vape and it didn’t work properly, had I never mentioned it. Still replaced it which I do think was the right thing to do but very displeased with how we were spoke to.

Most of the employees are very polite and very helpful. Just the one guy is kind of arrogant and rude, but the rest are great. Great place to shop though. Great selection of all kinds of cool stuff. Always adding new things makes it fun to keep going back.

Staff not friendly at all. when I first wanted to start vaping me and my wife went there and the guy working didnt greet us or talk to us until his buddy. left we stood there for 20 mins looking at stuff and I picked out a mod I wanted and he tries talking to me into something else. He tried talking me into something that cost 24 bucks and we where ready to spend over 200 on what I wanted. I told him that the thing hes trying to sell me wouldnt last with the kind of job I have but he keep on trying so we left and went to wild Bills and got exactly what I wanted

Huge selection with a knowledgeable staff! Excellent customer service as well. They carry both vape and glass accessories. My new one-stop shop and totally worth the trip to BG👍

Cool crew and cool shop. They had what my mum and friends wanted and even gave us some tips to put on her vape pen. There was also a discount basket with Zombie Juice and other brands in small bottles.

1st time vapor user, asked the guy behind the counter for input. He sold me coils I didnt need. Told him I smoke a pack to a pack and a half a day. He recommended 6mg oil. Which I found out later is way too low. I should be using closer to 24mg. Wont be going there again.

Dudes know about every bottle on that shelf from the mixture percentages to every flavor in them and what ones tear up coils. They know the tanks and mods and what coils are most efficient. Im not going anywhere else until they close

I recently bought a handful of the plus bars the first one I open up didn’t work, I immediately opened the other one and out of the 5 I bought 2 were faulty. They didn’t want to replace because I could of messed with them or done something them needless to say I’ll never shop at that store again

I went in here yesterday as a split second decision, I didnt have any juice with me and Ive never been here before, it was a first time experience and I gotta say the place rubbed off of me in a good way, I told the owner that I loved fruity flavors and he pointed to alot of selections and it was all great pricing, thanks again!!! 😘

Called the store to ask them a question on a product I have bought there which I have bought many juices and vapes from there and was told I am busy don’t have time to talk to you now and hung up the phone that is not good customer service……not impressed my business will go elsewhere
