Smoker Friendly

I love this store. I smoke an uncommon brand of cigarettes (Dunhill White) and they always make sure they carry my brand, even though it’s difficult to import at times. Staff knows their customers and know me the second I walk in as well as what my usual purchase is. Will never go anywhere else so long as they keep stocking my Dunhills!

Very smoker unfriendly. Picked out some cigars to smoke with a friend and the lady at the counter would not accept my military ID as a form of identification. It’s a government issued ID. 15 years of active service and this is the first time my ID has ever been denied. I’ll never go back to a smoker unfriendly again.

One of the best cigar and smoke lounge I ever been too. We had a lil group that went in. They let us reserve the lounge for a few hours. We walked in to very clean room. There even was a full kitchen to make our own drinks. The customer service is top notch!!! The lady working that day check on us and made sure we were very comfortable. Im so excited to have this beautiful cigar shop open up down the block from my house. Definitely planned on more cigar group parties here.

Ive come to this spot a couple times when passing through, never have I experienced the disgusting attitude I did today. If you are going to have a smoke shop you dont profile your customers. Waste of my time coming this way to be treated like that older woman treated me. Dont waste your time coming here. Go someplace else where the people are thankful to have your service and you leave happy with the product you asked for.

One of the last places that offers full service at the self service price. Truly the best staff that is very friendly. Ill always come here, especially when its snowing it raining outside. Great job guys.

The ladies that work here are so kind. Its nice to have a place to go where they still pump the gas for you. They usually go above and beyond and clean my windows. Theyre so friendly and helpful.

A good selection with a nice lounge. Padrón are on the top shelf, took me a minute to spot them. Friendly service.
