I had constant nerve pain for 2 years and I tried everything including 3 different physical therapist, many appointments at the pain clinic and finally meeting with a surgeon who suggested a cage in my back. Bart decreased the pain by 50% the first day and now Im 90% better after 4 weeks! Im not sure how something so easy and inexpensive works so great, but if youve gave up like I did, try this!!

I was ecstatic to find Ellis as I need deep tissue massages, not relaxing ones as my body is constantly tense. He has proven to me that you can get a deep tissue massage without it being painful. He is very educated about the body and is very compassionate and kind. Ashley is awesome, too. She will attack those knots but does it with ease. She is a very sweet girl. I always leave here feeling like they massaged a load of stress out of me.

I had cupping done on my shoulder. The pain is gone. Ashley did a wonderful job. She is multi talented. She also waxs my eyebrows

I’ve been receiving acupuncture treatments at Sacred Touch for over a year. Originally it was a “last resort” for persistent back pain; now it’s part of my wellness program. Bart is extremely knowledgeable about health care. He’s helped me overcome several issues - back pain, shoulder mobility, sleep problems and headaches. He also gives me information regarding supplements and nutrition. If you are skeptical about acupuncture give Bart a try. I’m a believer!

Bart is a magician. He is only the 2nd person that I have found that combines massage and manipulation properly. He has done wonders with solving pain in my hips. He has also improved my range of motion in my neck and shoulders. He also gives excellent advice in stretching to do at home.

I had started a new job where I was constantly on my feet and at 48 that was life changing! I had lower back problems, pain in my hips, pain going down the back of my right leg, neck and shoulder pain and the list kinda goes on. I called one day and happened to get in that afternoon with Alex and after going to him every week for 2 mos I can say I am almost pain free! To me its like night and day from that first massage. And as another reviewer said hell find it ...is so the truth. He can just tell where it hurts and stays there to work it out.
