Half dozen times lately where vapes aren’t working, policy to bring them has been shorten to bring them back. I’m not sure who your supplier is, but these vapes are no good.

Really nice selection of products at reasonable prices. Humidor room is amazing! Super clean, friendly professional staff. They even have alternative medicinal herbs.

The young lady that waited on me was fine. I asked a question about a product, and she asked him and he talked to us both like we were simple fools. I would shop there because of her, not him.

Worst place to buy glass products. Piss poor manufacting leads to piss poor products that gets sold by these guys and then when a product fails they do not take action to try to fix the issue.

Once again this place delivers. Juan was very helpful and listened to my needs and was able to find me a answer and solve my problem. 3 other places couldnt help me or took the time he did. I spent $60.00 with him and was happy to do it

This shop has everything you could possibly think of for the type of products offered. The store is always well stocked, clean, and organized. The employees are all well educated on their products! EVERYONE is super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stopped by during the flavor ban in Michigan, and (of course) I wasnt disappointed by their wide variety of juice. The Wild Bills Tobacco/Mr. Vapor shops are my #1 choice for any nicotine needs.

They have updated their humidor and cigar selection. Its absolutely wonderful! Best selection I have seen around. Might even beat the shops in Fort Wayne. Impressed. Dont forget to watch the humidity levels in that nice humidor!

This place has really fallen from grace in my eyes. I bought the wrong sized tubes last night. I brought the unopened boxes of tubes, the bag, and the receipt and asked for a simple exchange. Same price ect. They REFUSED to exchange the tubes!!!! Go figure? I hope to God ALL my friends STOP going there. This place dont deserve to be in business.

I love this store. They have great selections on everything.

They are always out of Grizzley Stuff Pouches. When I asked why they always run out, the lady working was very rude to me. She made some excuse about why they cant order it. I have been a weekly customer for many years. I guess i will take my bussiness elsewhere.

This store has an outstanding selection of cigars. I cant speak to the quality of the vape materials, since I dont do that, but Im sure its great as well. A lot of the other tobacco stores in the area have an okay humidor at best; usually I have to go to Toledo or Fort Wayne if I want a quality cigar. Thats not the case anymore-- I can come to Wild Bills and Bryan and get a great cigar at a fair price. One of the employees (didnt get the name; big beard) was very accommodating and knowledgeable about cigars as well.

Ive been to wild bills many times but about a week ago there debit card machine was down charge my card twice showed them my account before I left how it took my money Manger said fall off in 2 to 3 days one charge did fall off but one didnt they stole my 26.82$ they wont refund it keep getting told Im sorry havent heard from the boss nothing wild bills still has my money I had to call my bank about it

Good selection but the prices are pretty high compared to the place next to Walmart. They run out of coils frequently.

The worst custumer service since this employee worked at my former favorite coffee shop. Seriously horrible! There should have been a red flag when the woman in front of us complained that she had already been waiting 10 minutes and was the only one there. Would rather drive the 8 miles to visit the Montpellier store.

Nice clean place, plenty of products to choose from. Nice atmosphere, I dont get there to often but I make a point to stop if going by.

The store is always out of zigzag cigarette tubes now, and Kentuckys best tobacco. Its a every week thing now. I dont understand why they dont order more knowing they run out all the time.It only make sense to order more of what sells. Im thinking I might as well plan on making a trip to Defiance from now on.

I bought a cigarette machine today it was broke right out of the box. I paid $75 for this. They flat refused to help me. So I guess its okay to sell broken unusable merchandise. This is not okay

Since u charged over to wild bills your inventory qualitys have gone down. The common cigarettes qualitys are to low. I came in on the 22 of November to get 1 carton of marlboro light 72s and I was told for the 2nd time in November that u were out again. That is twice and now I will no longer waste my time with your store again. Now I need to find another place to get my cigarettes and lighter fluid and flints and cigars. I hope you get better or u wont last long in business.

The employee was friendly and more than willing to discuss the different types of vapes with my son. Store was clean and orderly.
