The ladies here are very friendly and courteous. Their English needs some work but with google translate it is not an issue. The prices are standard and you can get them on Groupon. They are very professional and definitely skilled with their craft. I always make sure to get by there whenever I am in town. Highly recommended. I always feel better when I leave!

Terrible service. She didn’t speak fluent English and had to translate on phone during massage. Still didn’t understand. Didn’t focus on what I needed. Left door open after uncovering me and a male client walked by. Someone was talking to her through the door and opened it a few times. She used Walmart baby oil. Asked to be paid upfront and then followed me for a tip. NOT going back.

The people who work here don’t speak English which isn’t a problem in of itself since they use Google translate but it might bother some people. I made a same day appointment and had a very nice foot massage with a friend and then made an appointment to go back with another friend. On the day and time of our appointment my friend got their first and they literally pushed her out of the waiting area to the sidewalk and told her they had other people there and to come back after 6pm (in 35 min) so she was outside when I showed up and then they did the same thing to Me. I kept saying but we have an appointment for 5:30pm and she kept saying “peoole come we do other people first, you come back” so I’m thinking they took a walk in?? Or never wrote our appointment down?? Either way it was very disappointing since I had arranged for child care and we were on a time limit to get back to our families. Sadly, since I can’t count on my appointment being honored I can’t support the establishment.

I had went for a 60 minute massage. When I called the lady couldnt understand me over.the phone. Not that big of a deal. When I arrived I didnt fill out any paperwork. The massage was interrupted atleast 2 times bc she was working the front desk when ppl arrived. The massage was not a full 60 minutes due to her stopping and starting. When I was leaving she yelled for me to tip her. Of course i couldnt understand her. I didnt want to tip since I didnt even get my full 60 minutes. But i did since it was nice except for me not getting my moneys worth. Oh i could hear rhe guy next door snoring..1st AND last time.

My husband and I had a couples massage that i bought through Groupon. Not at all what we expected. Arrived on time but the masseuse didnt arrive until 30 minutes after scheduled time and apologised for oversleeping. I said, thats fine, lets reschedule. We rescheduled and came back 2 hours later. Upon arrival we were immediately put in a room. We were not given any paperwork to sign or informed about disclaimers, health history or allergy questions.During the massage: Both ladies were speaking in their language to each other the entire 60 minutes! I was not prepared when my masseuse jumped up on the table with her legs stratling my head while she laid over my head to put way too much pressure on my back. I did not pay for a deep tissue massage but felt as though my whole body experienced the pain of a deep tissue massage. Then the fire stones came out during the last 5 minutes. She proceeded to beat me on the bottoms of my feet with the too hot stones. As we were leaving, one lady yelled at me to return and kept saying something in her language. We didnt understand. The other lady came out, spoke into her phone to show us Google translate that they were asking us for a tip. I should have known that but after the 60 minutes of uncomfortable torture, tipping was far from my mind!I will never return for this torture again, but if your into torture and pain, this is the place for you!!

They have always been amazing !!!Sophia and Mary were two that I frequently had as therapist not only did they welcome me with a smile the do a great job I have nothing but great things to say about them I had shoulder surgery a about 3 months ago and they make sure I’m good

My husband and I did the couples message for Valentines to each other. The two masseuse that took care of us made us both feel welcomed and comfortable it was a very pleasant experience. We both left feeling tention free and relaxed. We will be back!

Had a Groupon for Reflexology. Handed the lady my printed out groupon certificate. She placed me in a regular massage room and when she came back, (tried to) ask why I wasnt undressed. Reminded her I was there for Reflexology, then was moved to different room. After 20 minutes of massaging my arms and shoulders, I asked why she wasnt doing reflexology. She didnt understand my question and had me ask it again by speaking into her phone using Google Translate. Light bulb moment for her that she was supposed to be massaging my feet. She was on her phone texting for most of my session, which should be MY time. Unable to communicate due to language barrier, not a fan of using Google Translate during a time that should be for relaxing. Very disappointed. I have a Groupon for a Massage and not thrilled about going back, especially after the bad experience my daughter-in-law had there today.A massage therapist being on their phone during your time for relaxing is very distracting and Very Disrespectful to the client!

Where to start?! This place is LOADED with issues. First, let me preface with that I am a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST of nearly 13 years.This place is close by, so I decided to get a Groupon. The massage itself was actually pretty good and with a several ethical changes would have been even better!My list of concerns/issues/RED FLAGS:1. When I called to book the appointment, I was never even asked my name.2. Upon arrival, I again, was not asked my name, introduced to the person doing my massage, nor was I givene a consent form or health intake.3. No NCLMBT licenses were visibly on display per NC law.4. There was no consultation or ask about potential contraindications for body work or hot stones.5. The lubricants used for the massage were scented Nivea body lotion and Walmart brand baby oil. That posses an issue for allergies and/or skin sensitivity.6. The person doing the massage left the room MULTIPLE TIMES, LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN! Client confidently and security are put at risk.7. The person doing the massage talked on the phone during the massage.8. THREE TIMES someone else walked in the room to speak to the person doing the massage.9. Despite me leaving my underwear on, the person doing the massage pulled my underwear below my glutes/butt cheeks, exposing my entire butt and glutel cleft (butt crack). Which is an ethical NO!10. The overall experience was TRASH and I would never recommend anyone going here, unless youre looking for somewhere quick, decent body rub and dont mind the interruptions and lack of ethics or health concerns.

Excellent deep tissue massage! If you like deep tissue I would highly recommend Relax Foot Massage. Also know it isnt just for a foot massage - they do a normal full body massage. Very clean and professional!

Reading these recent reviews got me scared to go now me and my husband have a appointment today . praying our time there want be like some of the past customers that was not happy with there massage

I had a horrible experience. The masseuse talked to her friend the entire time. She also, continuously laid on my head during the massage.

The service attitude is good and the techniques are quite good. I will come again next time.👍
