We just came back from a couples massage. The massage itself was really good. They paid attention to what we asked for (lower back, etc) and the beds were really comfortable. Also very friendly service. What we did not like was the thin walls so you hear a lot. Plus, the people massaging us were talking to each other and it was kind of distracting. Overall, good and I would go back. Note: we got a Groupon and the owner kept on stressing how Groupon charges them a lot and though I felt for her as a business owner, I was there to try their services and so I explained myself about this. I definitely didnt take it in a bad way what she was saying, and so I did inquire about regular services without using Groupon. I definitely appreciate someone being honest and upfront and she was definitely not being pushy or negative, just truthful. She explained it was basically the same price. Definitely bring cash since they prefer it. Again, I would and will be back.

We made an appointment for a couples massage today. They were very professional and the room was very clean and tidy. I will recommend my friends to come for massage. I will come often in the future.

Ive had many massages from different providers, and this was one of the very best. Sarah was thorough and professional. The deep-tissue massage was intense, but it really got to the problem areas. She offered to extend the massage to 90 minutes, but without any pressure to do so, and Im glad I got the extra time. The studio was clean and had a calming atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

We did a couple massage. Owner complained about not getting paid enough from Groupon. She also told me how much I had to tip because they spent an hour with us. Front is very small there was 6 people at once in there and we all were on top of each other. The room is also small and the place had a weird smell. Music was nice. You can hear everything which sucked including car horn from the parking lot. We were there on time and we were made to wait because couple before us came in late. We will find a better place next time.

I just had the most outstanding massage with Wendy, at The Carnation Spa. She is strong, and can offer the full range of massage pressure from mild to deep. I highly recommend this spa And, will now schedule a massage monthly. Thank you Wendy!

Went for a couples massage today! Absolutely the best ever! Full body, with hot stone segment. Finished with warm towel. Very relaxing! Friendly, professional masseuse! We will be back. They honor the group on price. Cash only. So worth it! Thank you.

I debated whether or not to post this b/c I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was necessary! I booked a couples massage on Groupon and was basically made to feel as if I am cheating the business by doing so. The owner should however be thankful for Groupon considering I would have never found this establishment if it wasnt for them! My initial Appointment was overlooked And i was forced to reschedule for the following week. Went back and wish i would have just requested a refund. My partner LOVED his massage!! I hated my experience. I paid extra for the Prenatal Massage which was A waste! Literally no massage took place! I was rubbed down with oil for the duration of my appointment! The women would leave the room and leave the door OPEN! (Were in the room undressed!) The women were nice but A conversation is not desired during a massage. We came to relax not answer questions. Unfortunately due to my experience I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Booked a couples massage for my fiancé, and I as a surprise her Valentine’s Day found a really good coupon deal and use that as the voucher. I booked those days in advance and made it known. It was a couples massage. On my way to owner called me and let me know that she did not know it was a couples massage and so she did not have anyone there even though I was already five minutes away from a 30 minute drive.. Not only was the surprise ruined, but I had to drive home and come back later for the massage and when we arrive there, there was no couples massage. We ended up being in separate rooms and the rooms were dingy and run down. My fiancé did not enjoy his massage and felt like it was rushed. When we were trying to pay pay at the end Really good tip and the lady gave us a dirty look and started speaking in her language and did not seem happy… I paid more in tip then the actual service. I would not recommend anyone here and will let everyone know. We will not be back. The owner is not professional and nor are the workers. I dont know how this place even has 4 stars. I give less then 1.

Worst experience here, the owner is very unprofessional. Massage was rushed and the room looked very run down and dingy.I rather pay more money for a massage elsewhere than this place! The music was not relaxing and the lady kept leaving the room in between. I will give my business elsewhere. I do not recommend going to this place!!!

Sarah was hands down the BEST !! She not only got us in on the spot she also welcomed us upon arrival in such a friendly manner !! I have been having back pain for the last couple weeks and my husband has chronic back pain so not only did she get my back to feeling brand new she was attentive the entire massage making sure she tackled my problem areas as well as making sure I was ok and the pressure wasnt too much !! I recommend 10/10 and totally get why they have a 5 STAR rating they deserve it !!
