What happened to good help? Once there were two people in the store now there is only one and the wait is too long .

Now im someone who has been using delta products since they came out , and i can say that this store is my go to . They have almost every brand you can think of , and their newest product. The prices here are what turns this store from a good head shop to an amazing head shop , as all the prices are very up to date and competitive , and about $10-$15 cheaper then anywhere else in the area . My only complaint is that they dont accept returns or exchanges , as i had bought a cart with really runny oil (cart companys fault not the shops) , and i wasnt able to exchange it for anything else . All in all this is by far my favorite head shop , and i come here at least 2 times a week .

Went in to make a quick purchase and was fully ignored while on line. This lasted a tad too long. There’s was only two customers including myself and the cashier was very helpful to the man but once the man finished, the cashier pretended I wasn’t there. I said excuse me multiple times and was still ignored even though he looked at me and I was right in front of him at the counter. No hello or anything. At that point I have to see it for what it is as he helped a white man but ignored me as a black woman. Won’t be going again. Not in the right area if you’re prejudice towards black people.

Very nice people who own the place. They say hello was when you walk in and help you if you need it. Thats why I gave 5 stars. Love the workers there they are AWESOME PEOPLE. Good to talk with , about anything thats on your mind. The feed back is the best they give you. Love that and I take it.

I love this place they know when I walk in just what I want usually 3 or 4 pks of maverick menthol lights 100s. Only problem is the parking lot Im handicap the handicap spots are not marked and people park all over and block the entrance otherwise very very friendly people Ill continue to come hopefully theyll fix the lot

The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. They have a huge selection of CBD and Delta products as well as all smoking apparatus. I smoke Cheyanne, which is often hard to find in Extrene Menthol, and they always have them on hand. Smokers Outlet also has lottery, incense/burners, oils, and many other unique, competitively price items for all your smoking needs for one stop shopping.

The staff is absolutely the best. Tubes for cigs are the cheapest I’ve come across. My go-to store for anything cig related 😄

Friendly staff but I have been coming here for a while and I notice that they increased their prices. When I confronted them they told me that the prices have been the same. Not really.

I bought $170.00 worth of vapor products and one of the batteries would not charge. So Roshi decided to play stupid like he didnt remember the purchase. I just wantedto exchange the the pen and be on my way, oh and I had a reciept, but he chose to play dumb and lose a customer over a 20 dollar vapor pen. Well long story short I won because I payed for the purchase on my AMEX card, so AMEX said we wont pay him until you are satisfied. Bad choices lead to bad bussiness, I will just go to Riverside they speak English and allow you to sample before you purchase.

From what I saw there is a large number of tobacco not a lot of variety in vape juice or mods. Also I didn’t see anything as to how to try the vape. It wasn’t worth it to me. Not very friendly everything hidden behind bullet proof glass but that’s not why I gave one star. I would of given zero I tried asking about their liquids but they didn’t respond and just started a conversation amongst themselves (the two workers). There was a lack of general knowledge regarding the products they are selling. That coupled with non friendliness led me to take my business somewhere else.

They are behind glass living in fear. Wanted to look at their Zippos they are behind the glass wall 10 ft in a case which the clerk said Ill turn it for you to look. Not going to sell them that way.
