Annette was very nice! If you’re in need of a VERY firm massage this is a great place. It was too firm for my prenatal massage, left more sore than when I came in. Woke up with some bruising after the massage from the pressure.

Recently moved to the area and needed a relaxing massage after a long distance drive and unpacking. I had a hot stone 90-minute massage, and it was amazing! The spa is clean, relaxing, and affordable, and Annette works wonders! She worked out all the knots and was so pleasant. I will definitely be back!

Annette is amazing at what she does. She trained with the best during her time in California and does all kind of holistic services. Her place is clean and quiet. You can tell she takes pride in her business and work. I highly recommend booking a spa day for a treat for yourself! Its truly one of a kind.

This place is awesome! I was informed by my doctor I had some female health issues, I came here twice for a steam and once for a castor oil packet. I went to my doctor in December 2018 and was informed that all problems had cleared up. Ladies if you have female problems such as blocked tubes, fibroids, or uncomfortable issues with your uterus, etc. please check this place out. Annette is wonderful and she has great advice about self healing. Even if you’re trying to do spiritual work, check it out.I can not say enough wonderful things about this Amb Spa or the owner. Money well spent with great results.

The space is serene and tranquil! ANNETTE has hands of magic and her energy is so calming. I prefer her space over a chain facility where theres no personal attention felt and youre rushed through your session. Her space is intimate & smells fabulous. She has a customer for life!

I was gifted a massage and facial for my birthday and both were a great experience. It was my first facial and I can’t wait to get another one, it felt so luxurious. Amb has great pricing compared to other spas the area.

The facial was nice, no extractions. Very firm neck massage. Massage was underwhelming. Asked for leg massage, specifically hamstring, and it was less than 1 minute on each. Not good for a runner looking for relief.

Lovely spa tucked away in a shopping center! I received a gift certificate for my birthday and Annette was absolutely amazing. I did the relaxing facial massage and the acupressure really helped clear up my awful spring allergies. I’ll be coming back!

Annette was so lovely! She spent 30 minutes just getting to know me before my treatment. I had a facial (it was only my second time receiving a facial, and was so much more enjoyable than my first experience at a different spa). Annette was wonderful and my service was relaxing and perfect in so many ways. I felt like I was being pampered and my treatment was tailored to meet my needs. I am so glad that I found Annette at Amb Day Spa via Groupon, and I cant wait to return for additional spa services. Hand and Foot Massage was perfect. I preferred not to have a typical massage but still wanted/needed some pampering. Greatest focus was on my feet - just what I needed. Annette is very professional. I appreciated her following my lead on how much we chatted. Would recommend without hesitation.

I went to Amb day spa for the Yoni Diamond package. The owner, Annette was very cordial and helpful. On the intake form she asks us to check off any issues we may have emotionally or with our yoni; she offered things I could do at home to help with my problems. She even printed out the suggestions during my steam. The steam itself was very pleasant and relaxing. I will definitely go again.

I went for a hand and foot reflexology massage. It was heavenly!! What a treat! I fell asleep that night at 9pm and slept all the way to 6:30 the next morning. I now believe that foot massages help with sleep issues as well! Will be going back again! Thank you, Annette!!

Amb Day Spa is truly amazing. In the past Ive tried different spas but none made me feel such at ease like Amb. Annette, makes sure to make you feel comfortable in a warm and inviting environment. She is also extremly knowledgable and will answer all your questions while providing her expertise on skincare, wellness, and other holistic areas. I say this in all honesty...Amb is my favorite Day Spa in Cary, NC. 10/10 !!

Absolute Bliss! As an A type person, there is not much that can make me relax in the middle of the day .... but experiencing the amazing foot reflexology put me to sleep in about 10 minutes. So relaxing and such a stress relief - that I have continued to come back for more. Experiencing the relaxation that comes with reflexology is really amazing as how could a person rubbing different areas of your feet relax you more than a massage but it does!!The Amb Day Spa is in a small area that brings you piece the moment you walk in, a real feeling of serenity. The prices are reasonable and you do not see other people when you are there.I HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend.

I absolutely loved the experience. I am an avid spa goer and this spa finally met all my needs. It was clean, with a nice aura. I loved the experience so much with my facial. Ive been to places like Crestwood spa in boone, but this one was far cheaper in price, but the experience was 3 times better. She even had a steam machine for my pores! Amazing massage! I always love a good deep tissue and she targeted the areas exactly where I needed them. Ive been several times and referred several friends that also loved it! She even worked out several injuries (back and neck) that I couldnt get rid of any other way. Would and do recommend her in an instant.

I was very impressed with Annette’s strength. She’s small but powerful. After my back massage, I slept better that night than I had in weeks.

Hands down the best. She is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions.Ive tried other spas that offer vsteam services but they just do not compare. Amb Day Spa is worth my hour and twenty minute drive.

I am so disappointed. I scheduled a appointment for 12:30 today and just arrived at 12:15pm. As I am getting out my car I get an voicemail from someone from the spa stating they scheduled me in error. I drove 20 miles from my home for this service and someone callls me 15mins before my service to say it has to be cancelled. Are you serious.... I head into the building to talk to someone and the door is locked. I amd standing into of their door now writing this review because i can hear someone in there and i know they hear me knocking. So unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed because someone could have callef me this morning. I would have understood before if the call came sooner. NOT right before my appointment.

I had a great experience. Annette was awesome and very personable. It was a little hard to find the building the spa is located in, but it wasnt horrible. I would totally recommend this spa to others :)
