I went to buy some rare nic salt juice and was surprised to see they had the juice I was looking for in the mg I prefer. The cashier named Jett was super helpful and paired me with the right coils for my device that other stores in the area were out of. Definitely recommend this spot. 10/10

Great customer service!!! Consistently have a good experience whenever I come in and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Today is deserving of a special mention because I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was a truly satisfied customer after I had an issue with something I purchased. I was recommended a product and after I bought it, I found that it wasnt able to be utilized for what I needed after all. I figured they’d tell me there was nothing they could do about it given the circumstances, but they were super great and helped me exchange it for something I’m much happier with. Will be back

I love this place, I feel lucky to live so close! Id make the drive even if I didnt. Ive been visiting this place regularly since they opened and have never once had a bad experience.They have great prices, a wide selection of anything you might need from a smoke shop, a friendly and helpful staff, it is family owned (I think, apologies if I am wrong), a very useful rewards points thing, the shop is clean and well lit: what more could you ask for?(I completely rewrote my original review, it was poorly written and I am embarrassed that anyone may have read it)

I never leave bad reviews, but just moved to the area and they wouldn’t sell to me because of an expired id that expired 2 weeks ago. Law says that my ID is good until 2022. If you’re going to hire someone to care that much about the store, hire someone who knows what they’re talking about. The employee said it was illegal to sell to me if my ID was expired. An employee who works at a 21+ store should know at least that much. Called pipes and stuff in Crystal lake, they told me they don’t understand why I was told that and immediately sold to me with proof of ID. Recommend that place over this one for sure.

I had a piece break on me an hour after getting home from the store, and the management/ workers gave me an exchange (given another of the same piece) due to the break not being the fault of anyone. There was a clean, smooth break where the pieces of glass were fused together, and the seal broke apart in my hands before I was able to use it. The staff was more than understanding and a pleasure to do business with. 5 GLOWING GOLD STARS!

Even though this store is new, the owners are very knowledgable about all of the products in the store. They were willing to match prices and even had a product I wanted in the store a week after I requested it. Great and clean shop. Would definitely recommend!

Honestly the best experience Ive had in a long time . Extremely helpful! Ive been going to this shop for a while now and whenever I had trouble with something they helped me out. Unlike most vape shops around me, theyve shown theyre there to help anyway they can. You need to got to this shop and try it out!

I Have been shopping with puffin vape and glass for about 3-4 years now started at the Cary location and moved to the carpentersville location recently not only have they always been great to me they have switched out anything that has been wrong or broken for me no questions asked they have also been kind enough to let me put my business cards up for free and gift me $150 glass piece for free because I have been such a good customer which is why I chose to write this up for them I only wish they had a extra star to give them all and all amazing shop amazing experience and great people I will never take my vaping, cbd, kratom, or glass needs anywhere else I have been to plenty of shops and never have I had the experience I leave with every time from puffin I’m locked in for life!

Came in from out of town. For some pods and ended up walking away with a few extra goodies. There glass prices were to low to not. Even there high end were Reasonable prices. Definitely a must stop if you live in the local area.

The one and only place I like to go to get my hookah supplies . I drive 30 min to get there but its worth it for the great people there the way they treat there customers you always feel welcome , their prices and selections unbelievable. Well recommended.
