I stopped in tonight and was pleasantly surprised. A very nice and knowledgeable youg lady named Bekah took the time to educate me about the products I was interested in. She was patient and answered every one of my questions.

I just wanna say you guys have a great selection, and a great staff! Every time I go in there’s always something new, something exciting, it’s awesome! And with the new, bigger location it’s even better.Your staff is super friendly as well! I’m always greeted when I come in and there’s one person in particular who stands out. Becca is awesome and I hadn’t been in for months but I’m pretty sure she remembered me? Either way she’s still the friendliest and kindest person and I love it. You can tell she loves her job, and that’s just something you don’t see as much anymore, so keep it up, you’re the best, and please never change😁Y’all have a great day, stay safe!

This place is really great. It has a beautiful selection of 21+ items, incense, t-shirts, piercings, posters, etc..The customer service was great as well. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. We will definitely be back here.

I love coming to the store because they are owned by my construction crews family. Remember we are all family and while it may have took 6 years from the release in 2017 at least now we are all safe and not in danger like I was in Arkansas or Oregon where I ran too while trying to escape the jokes that scare me. Thank goodness I now know that the jokes of the past dont describe who we are today because when I ran to Arkansas and Oregon I followed the jokes ideas and got on what could have killed me so Im glad to be back and have finally learned that we dont follow the jokes ideas we stay clean and laugh about how bad it once was.

Service was great and the prices were cheap

I quit smoking cigarettes and decided to try vaping. Nathan was so incredibly helpful! I had no clue what I was doing and he answered all of my questions and got me set up with the perfect disposable vapes for my needs. There were so many flavors to choose from and he helped me find some of my favorite flavors and explained everything I needed to know. Incredible customer service! This guy deserves a raise! Ill absolutely be a returning customer 😊

They didnt have what I was looking for but the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Stormy (if I remember right) was absolutely the best and helped me feel more at ease. I have really bad anxiety especially when having to engage in conversations with strangers and she was so helpful and non-judgmental.

This place reminds me of psychedelic Spencer. Its a cool place to go too. I wish I had more gag gifts but theyve got. I dont know all sorts of different stuff. They got cool little figurine sculpture little things and. Lots of different herbal energy along with vape products and other smoking supplies

I have never had any issues here, good quality product and it really does not matter what a past boyfriend thinks... as you can see in the previous reviews posted by someone else. I dont go there to find or bad mouth girls or x-girlfriends. I go there to buy items that are hard to find and of good quality.. customer service is always top notch, product selection is huge, placement and cleanliness is A+++++ It is a specialty store so expect to pay a little more, but in the end they are doing all the work so its worth it.

I used to love this place. Had a ton of points saved up, and then they switched their system up. None of my points transferred and when I asked about it I was told my points were lost and Id have to just deal with it. I havent been back since. Its a shame because I had planned to keep shopping here before this happened. Other than losing the points I had after $100s spent with no chance of getting them back, its a cool place. A lot of cool stuff.

I visited this store this evening. I was at the mall with my children and wanted to stop into check out this store. I did find something that I wanted to purchase, it was in the 21+ case. I asked the associate to get it out and he asked for our id’s. Obviously my child isn’t 21 so I asked her to leave the store. Then the associate told me he wasn’t going to sell it to me anyways, why he would ask for my id if he wasn’t going to let me purchase from the store idk. He then stated that he wouldn’t sell to me because I’m obviously her mother, so apparently if you have children you cannot buy from this store! I was astonished at the was the associate was speaking to us so at that point I informed him that this is a horrible way to do business and we started walking out of the store. At which point the associate walked towards the front of the store and started yelling at me. He was yelling profanities and screaming about his business license, I highly doubt he was the actual owner. I could not believe the unprofessionalism! To scream at a customer as they are leaving your store? Where has the customer service gone? If everyone in your group has to be 21 to purchase these items, maybe they shouldn’t allow children in the store, just a suggestion. I will never be going back to this store, and unless you enjoy being yelled at and talked down to by sales associates, I suggest you don’t either.

Should have slightly older staff, few girls in there giggling and laughing at things unrelated to work not really interested in helping customers...didnt seem mature enough to handle that job

So i came in to get a new coul for my mod and i was denied service cause my kids were in the store. The kid working said he doesnt feel comfortable selling them to me cause of the kids. I have been buying stuff from your store since it opened. I am very disappointed in your service.

Was here visiting over Thanksgiving and so glad I found this shop! My battery died and they got me squared away plus a few extra items so I could go back to relaxing with the fam =) =)Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and good selection of products

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced... the staff are so rude and not helpful or accommodating. Also there prices definitely reflect the quality :/

Refuse to come to this store ever again as they are forcing people to wear mask which I am medically unable to. They demanded to see my medical paper work that states I cannot wear a mask (by law under the ada rules, they are not allowed to.) The staff was completely rude and wouldnt allow me to shop with my child in the store.

Poor service. Some okay pieces in the shop, mostly knick knacks and random novelty garb thats been locked on the rack for some reason. Not sure why they i.d. every person youre with because its not a dispensary? Never been idd while with someone purchasing cigarettes or the like so not sure why theyre the only store who adopts this law. Tried to buy a waterpipe and the associate was condescending the whole time then i.d.d both my middle age mom and me then sells us half our 21+ stuff because I commented on one thing? Then refured us to buy it online instead? Not even on the site. Poor service past few times, much better head shops out there than these guys

The staff are always helpful and friendly, and respond rapidly if you approach the counter. Perfect for new and returning customers all the same!

This place is pretty cool. Interesting inventory, hard to find most other places. They have extremely friendly and attentive staff as well.

Wouldnt sell me a coffee mug with one hitter attached because my 12 year old kid was with me. Not unless we both showed ID for my purchase. Retarded.

They wouldnt sell me cones because my cousin was in the store with me even tho he had no intentions on purchasing or using anything that I was buying because he looked at it with his eyes they refused to sell to me and it wasnt the first time ingo in there with him I believe it was the 3rd time he goes in with me but today the little girl behind the counter wasnt having it and on top of that my cousin is of age just didnt bring his wallet because he wasnt going to be purchasing anything
