This place is awesome! Well worth the already fair price. My husband and I went to try it out. We tried the standard 60 minute foot detox and reflexology. We didnt make an appointment; we just walked in, but I would imagine appointments are encouraged. My husband and I have very tense muscles but we both felt incredibly relaxed afterward. They do a reflexology massage on your feet and entire body. Place is very clean and staff is very friendly. We will be returning.

Ive been twice and had Helen for both, an AMAZING experience! I highly recommend her and the business overall! Clean,quiet and relaxing! Incredible pricing that makes it affordable to make them part of your regular routine! I always leave feeling refreshed and light as a feather! Very excited to go back and see Helen in a week or so!

I had a one hour combo massage. The massage therapist seemed very distracted throughout the massage and the pressure was minimal. Also, other clients were extremely loud - laughing and talking about how they needed to pee. Ive been to quite a few Asian massage places in the area and this was my least favorite one. I did appreciate the darker rooms and music though.

I went in with a sacroiliac (SI) joint issue Ive had for years. I know what I need, which is a deep tissue massage (fingers, elbows, knuckles) stretching, and movement.I was given May as my massager. She went above and beyond on my massage. She stretched my back, spine, and hips in a manner I never experienced before. She did this one stretch that was new to me and I was blown away. She was able to put my SI joint back into shape without bruising my body!She was AMAZING! I will be back and will request May again!

I just had a 90 min foot reflexology & it was true to time. She hit every part of my body listed. I am very tight & tense so I need deep pressure but she was careful as I came in with a pelvic brace. It is always best to bring cash w intentions to tip. I am pleased with her massage. Thank yu. 🫶

The experience was amazing! I gave birth to twins last year and I’ve been very tired and have had back pain. Kealy worked my bad back very very well. I had pain in my hip and I’m not limping anymore. She applied the right amount of pressure! She was also friendly and kind. All the staff were courteous and pleasant! I will be going back next month! I’m super happy and I recommend this place to everyone

When here, on a Friday night was pleasantly greeted by the front desk my masseuse was amazing. She really took the time to figure out what areas my body needed the most work on I felt very relaxed and would definitely be back. Did not disappoint.

If you want a realllyyyy good muscle and tension massage you need go to here. It is definitely worth it! I had the 1hr body massage for $60 and it was one the best massages I’ve had.It’s so relaxing when you go in the back with the private little rooms and dark lighting and relaxing music. The beds are super comfy and once you’re laying down they go all in! They do not hold back and giving you the pressure release and literally putting their full body into it lol.I would totally come back here again and recommend to anyone that wants a real massage.

This was my first Thai/reflexology foot massage and it was AMAZING. What you pay and what you get is an incredible value! Anna was very sweet and wonderful. Great pressure. I feel completely rejuvenated. This will happily be a biweekly thing for me!

They give THE BEST massages. They know the exact spots to press to relieve muscle tension. The have the strongest fingers and apply the perfect pressure. They move my body in ways that provide the perfect stretch. They are also very friendly and kind. They always have availability when I need it. I highly recommend Chi Foot Spa!

I used to be able to walk in and get services but Chi Foot Spa is always so busy! Now, I have resorted to making an appointment a day or two in advance. I love their service and will continue to promote their work!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to for this one. This place is definitely a HIDDEN GEM and my gosh, it is one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my lifee! on top of having trust issues lol, I don’t like other reviews on Google because they do a lot of promo reviews, but this one.. is not. It is an honest one and I love that the price is just right. Im a nurse and am always on my feet for 12-plus hours... Joe surely hit all the spots that needed relaxation. I’m so glad I found this spot because I’ve been praying for a relaxing day. I just hope it’s always this consistent!! I will be coming back soon!

The massage was very relaxing although the lady I had was a bit rough in certain areas mainly ones that I really didn’t need the massage in. However when she got to the parts that I wanted worked out the most, she did an amazing job! Pricing packages are really nice too. I will definitely come back again.

I get monthly massages in Chicago, but come to Phoenix frequently and usually just get massages where appointments are available, but today I found a hidden gem that I will definitely be returning to. Kelly was awesome and she gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. I choose the $85 -90 minute combo.

My first time coming in for a massage and I was VERY satisfied! My massage therapist worked out knots I didn’t even realized I had! I literally feel like I gained an extra inch in my neck, whereas before I felt my shoulders in my ears because of all of the tension and stress I was holding. So much so I could barely even turn my neck without feeling pain. But now, my shoulders are relaxed my ability to turn my head is easier and I just overall feel so much better. I Will definitely be back and as a matter of fact just scheduled an appointment for two weeks from today…this will now be a part of my regular self-care routine! 10/10 👍🏾

We made an appointment at 1:30pm and when we got there they took us in right away. Place is very clean and our massage was very nice. We got the 60 minute massage and it included the feet, neck, back and arms. It was a great price for a 60 minute massage.

Most relaxing reflexology experience i’ve ever had! I work on my feet for hours every week, and I left feeling completely painless. The overall ambiance is relaxing, and they are very accommodating with scheduling. Prices are great as well. Will definitely be a returning customer

I have come here several times and the massages have always been fantastic but for some reason, this time I was told I had to give a 20% tip. I was caught off guard by that because I was never asked to do that before. My understanding of tips is that they are voluntary based on the service that was received. Typically if you are coming in a large group, then a tip might be mandatory to service your party, but I came as a single person. If there is an expectation of a mandatory 20% tip then customers need to know about that and it should be posted somewhere on the website or at the counter where the pricing is listed. I didnt have a problem paying it but I dont like the fact that it was expected, since its my decision as to whether or not I want to give a tip based on the service I received. Definitely left me feeling some type of way about it.

Great massages! Location is clean and has oriental screens giving privacy to each set of two beds. A lot of packages to choose from and packages over the regular add on free hot stones. I’ve been to several other foot spas and this is the best!

The detox was really cool and relaxing, and the massage was awesome especially for the price. Much like a sports massage that I absolutely needed. I didnt expect to get the hot massage stones on top of it. Nice atmosphere filled with very kind and accommodating people. Thank you, it made for a nice Valentines day couples treat.

When I come in it’s typically because I’ve had some stress knots in shoulder blades and a bad headache. You You was great and really worked on my head and neck and shoulders. I was able to finally sleep through the night ! ~ Bonnie B.

Excellent massage, and great customer service

I have been to multiple reflexology places and this is by far the most amazing one I have ever been to. Everything is so clean its quiet the environment is calm and peaceful and tranquil everybody is extremely professional it is low volume so theres not much distraction so you can completely submerge and relax into the treatment. My experience with the reflexologist Jessica was the best Ive ever had and I ended up scheduling another follow up appointment. I highly recommend this place!

Best reflexology experience to date! I have been enjoying reflexology services in different parts of the country for the past 10 years. Since moving to Arizona a year and a half ago, I have visited 4 different reflexology foot spas , all offering massage services in addition to reflexology. Not all foot spas are created equal. Chi is far superior to several others I have visited in East Valley. Five stars for cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, and the most comfortable massage beds I have experienced in a reflexology/massage setting. More often than not, the beds are hard and inflexible, and the opening where you place your face is normally not very comfortable. But at Chi, the facial openings are pillow soft. However, the real star was my massage professional, Annie. Never has anyone applied just the right amount and combo of pressure like Annie did. It was as if she knew exactly what my body needed and could tolerate. I have fibromyalgia, a couple herniated discs, and degenerative disc disease in my thoracic spine (of which she was unaware). Most reflexology massage experiences have left me feeling pretty bruised and beat up after the service was provided, even though within a day or two I can feel that my muscles are more relaxed. My body is just ultra sensitive to touch and applied pressure. But Annie gets all the gold stars! I left feeling rejuvenated and invigorated, as opposed to being in a state of good pain that takes a couple days to wear off. Just the right amount of pressure to relieve the pain and tension without causing additional pain. Throughout the entire 90 minute experience, I kept thinking how I didnt want this to end! It seriously was that wonderful. Oh...I should probably note that I selected the combo reflexology package (45 minute reflexology/45 minute massage). Price point was very reasonable. I will return as frequently as time and the budget will allow.

Lisa was wonderful. I asked if she could work on certain areas of my back that have been troubling me. She did such a wonderful job I made sure to tip her $50. I have been a regular customer for over 4 years and still look forward to my visits.

She worked out the kinks in my back and neckVery clean, quiet, very professional. I have made coming to Chi Foot spa part of my.health program. I had an excellent experience on my first visit. The shop is neat, clean, and has a quiet and calming atmosphere. Gina did exactly what I asked for- Firm pressure and work out the tension in my neck, back and shoulders. It helped so much I immediately booked another appointment.

This was different for us. It was a true deep tissue. The person who took care of me really got into a knot in my back. She worked it with her hand, knuckle, elbow and her knee. It was awesome. Wife and I walked out feeling like dingle berries. LolWe sat in the car for a while drinking water before we left. It was a great treat to ourselves.

This was my 1st time at Chi Foot Spa. Joe was amazing and the experience was very nice. Their website claimed that there would be a new customer special/offer, but there wasnt...its OK if there isnt one, but it was advertised as such. I paid the regular price, and it was absolutely worth it.

Chi Foot Spa can be describe in one word AMAZING! Im having pain on feet, neck, and lower back. On the first day of massage I was in so much pain. The deep tissue massage was very much needed. Chi Foot Spa doesnt just massage, they focus and really work on where its needed most. The staff is very polite and friendly. I was sold on day one. I love this place so much I cant stop talking about it to my friends. Im becoming a regular here. I wish I could afford to have one every day. Thank you Chi Foot Spa for soothing my pain.

The prices are great here and the hours are nice for people that need flexibility. Ive been here twice and they are VERY rough. I asked several times for them to lighten up on the pressure and I usually like medium pressure. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. They have rooms that are sectioned off and curtains you walk through the entry area. The lights are dim and they have lighty music playing. Its worth it for the price.

My wife and I have been going here since March and she has been there regularly. Normally she enjoys the massage and even has a regular masseuse. They have been rude since the beginning but the massage was helpful for destressing. Unfortunately, there was an incident today that was unforgivable. My wife had requested her usual masseuse and she started with her. Mid massage, they changed people and a man started massaging her (very poorly) instead. The change was sudden and uncommunicated to us (I also had a change). It is absolutely unacceptable to change the people who will be touching our bodies in the middle of a massage without communicating it, ESPECIALLY when it is a female patron and a male masseuse. We received no apology or explanation, just an arguement about changing back to the original person. The man was also speaking very rudely to the women who worked there during this whole event. This was supposed to be relaxing before a stressful event but just added to our stress. We will definitely not be going back.If you dont care about who is touching your body at any given time, then this may not be a problem for you, so go for it, otherwise, DONT go!

I was looking for a massage place and this spa came through. I saw the excellent reviews and because it s close to my house, i decided to give it a try! It was excellent!The only issue is the language barrier. I wish we could let thé reflexologist about where we have tension and what typenof pressure is needed.

The foot massage was wonderful. However, I did not request the back massage that I got and it was too much pressure. I did ask for lighter pressure, but was confused that I received a back massage at all. Will definitely be back, and just ensure I only get the foot massage.

It is a lovely and cozy place inside. There are rarely, if ever, any wait times. No matter what service you get you come out completely refreshed!! Highly recommend as a treat as well as adding into your general self-care routine.

It put me to sleep throughout the hour of my feet massage so I guess it was good sleeping to me isnt an easy task cuz I think about billions things at once and I can only sleep 5 hours 😉
