Friendly staff, very helpful. Decent selection, only issue is they dont manage their stock well. The e-juice I always get is never in stock. That is the only reason I stopped shopping there. As soon as they correct that, Ill start going again.

Came here with my fiance to get her first vape. Heard that this store was good for newbies. However, we were rushed and were not guided through on how to do anything. He helped us hook up everything up, but I wish he had gone slow enough or directly showed us how to change the coil, add juice, or open it up for cleaning. Maybe a handout with the info would be helpful. Well probably need to stop into another smoke/vape shop once the coil burns out to learn how to do that.

Plenty of juice, great selection actually! Good prices and awesome coupons if you subscribe with them. I just wish they had more hardware and rebuildable materials, then I would definitely throw 2 more stars up!

As someone new to vaping, I went in with my Cool Fire 4 and was looking for some advice and probably juice/accessories. Unfortunately the guy working there was either stoned, mentally challenged or completely apathetic. As I was trying to pry any nugget of useful information from him, he lazily grunted barely understandable non-answers. Very quickly I realized the place was not for me or anyone else new to the vaping game. Its too bad because its a cool little shop. Ill continue my search for good customer service elsewhere.

Its worth driving the 20mile round trip from Ahwatukee for me! Ive tried many many shops and had mostly bad experiences with a lot of the other shops here in Chandler, poor customer service (as someone who works in customer service myself I understand and appreciate it very much and its my main deciding factor when it comes to deciding who gets my business), many local places have a terrible selection of juices and sell only sketchy basic liquids for insane prices, and many local shops dont even know much about vaping and setups. Ive had NONE of these problems with VC Chandler!! Theyre always friendly & helpful, they have HUGE variety of juices of all kinds, they have every juice available to sample at the bar (on nice tanks too so you can get a feel for it before buying). A great selection of devices to choose from, starter kits to custom mods, RDAs, RTAs, tanks, atomizers, and accessories.I also appreciate them using 5 Star Rewards system to accumulate reward points to use for free gear. Part of why I love this shop is because they have a discount juice-bucket always stocked with a decent assortment of random juices, sizes, and strengths (30ml are $10 or 2 for $18, and 15ml are only $6 for 1bottle $10 for 2 & $13 for 3!!) so if money is a bit tight youll still be able to vape happily without sacrificing quality!! Vape Central is the 6th shop Ive visited in Chandler and its definitely the only one for me now. Very nice upscale interior with leather couches, great product presentation, and a very nice bar to use while sampling flavors!! Hands down the BEST shop around!!

Limited product choices and way overpriced. They sell Naked juice for $25 when other places charge $18-20. Plus the employees often show up late to open the store, so dont bother trying to stop in here quickly on your way to work.

Very friendly staff, honest and knowledgeable. I was looking for high VG content e-liquid, they have it. Other stores tricked me, until my throat was sore of too much PG.

I have been to at least 10 different VAPE shops in the valley that are strictly for vaping, & then another handful of smoke shops that also carry vaping supplies. Vape Central is by far, hands down, the BEST vape shop. Their selection of juices is unmatched and overall their staff is extremely helpful and awesome. If youre new to vaping or a veteran vaper this place is worth the time to check it out.

They have a good selection of juice but a little over priced; however, they carry some juices that other places simply don’t. If you know what you want, then it’s not a bad place but some of the younger employees are not the friendliest.

Went there last night for a new vape cause my fiance lost hers so I pulled up and the hrs said. They closed at 9 and it was 9:04 and there was people hanging out blaring music with door unlocked so I figured I tried to see if they were open still and when I walked I n I asked are u open still. And one of the replies what do u need I tell him the story and that I need a new vape asap before she tried to jack mine or before she tries to buy cigarettes.. He then goes oh actually I closed my system sorry.... Reallly you dont wanna make a quick 100 bucks when it would of took maybe 2 mins tops they had what I wanted and I knew I wanted it so it litteralyy woild of went like this that one I want and thats it charge my card and Im home gone instead he pulls the lazy card... Why didnt he just close the store? Why didnt he lock the door? Why didnt he just do his job cause I know plenty of people that bust there backs everyday that would love to take his job just standing around waiting for customers or his drug dealer cause it sure smelt more like weed in that store then it did vapin. If you want great service and honestyI highly suggest doing some research before going to vape central in Chandler az hope I was helpful

This is a great place to get juice huge selection and knowledgeable staff. the employee helped me test the flavors and I now have a new favorite thanks again

I come here occasionally because they are one of the few shops that sell single coils. They have terrible customer service, overpriced juice, and it always feels like Im interrupting a gathering when I walk in there.

Staff is always super helpful and always want to get us the best deal. Its not my regular shop but do go often on the way home. I can get in and out quick or sit and relax and try juices.

They have the best flavors of juice along with the best customer service, I have experienced at any shop! This is why I prefer them over any other shop!

Awesome store. Hard to find a shop so clean and organized. Even has some of the best products on one spot. I tried out the mystery bag my first visit and was extremely happy.

Best vape shop! They have reasonable prices and amazing flavors! Unicorns milk is hands down my favorite!

Great selection, helpful, friendly staff. As a new caper Its kind of embarrassing to walk into a shop and say HEY, I dont know $hit...help me lol, but thats what I did and they were great.

Limited selection. Staff was not very friendly seems very clicky with people hanging out and just glaring at you when you walk in.
