My husband and I went here for our first wedding anniversary and had the most wonderful massage ever! They even had a sign when we walked in wishing us a happy anniversary, which was so sweet and thoughtful. We got the deluxe couples massage, which included a delicious fruit and cheese plate and some wine/champagne to celebrate. The massage was amazing, my husband and I both feel like a new person after it! The staff was so incredibly kind and professional, and I cannot wait to go back for another massage or facial!

My husband surprised me for our anniversary to get facials and massages and this place was overall such a spectacular experience. The staff were so welcoming as soon as we got there and the ambience was amazing. It smelled so good! The cleanliness was a 100000! they also recommended amazing products that made my face feel fabulous. We will definitely be back (:

As a spa enthusiast, Ive been to many spas, and this one truly stands out. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing. The staff is friendly and responsive - able to answer any and all questions. Of course, Eminence products are top-tier! Natures Spa and Wellness is my preferred spa in the area. Also, do yourself a favor and book a spa package. Just recently visited here for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! I recommend Natures Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing experience. I got the Rest and Relaxation Package which included a full body massage, scalp massage, and a facial. Priscilla and Suzanne were both very professional and thoughtful. They both focused on the areas of my body and face that needed more TLC. They are wonderful at their work. The fruit and cheese plate was yummy and they even packed it up for me to take home since I didnt finish it all. I had a complimentary drink of choice, a sangria, it was delicious! They gave me a birthday goody bag with some free samples and a coupon for my next visit. How sweet! I had the best birthday experience and it was worth every penny. A beautifully designed Zen atmosphere. The front desk staff is warm, and they communicate effectively. You will immediately feel at home.The massage therapist Christie is the best and warrants a mention. I truly felt she gave her best while attending to areas of my body I communicated needed attention. She has years of experience and it definitely shows in her work performance. The spa is very inviting…you can also purchase items if you like, but you are not pressured to purchase anything outside of what services you requested. I highly recommend Nature’s Spa and Wellness. This facility is very appealing and soothing to the senses. I will definitely return next month.

FromThe time I walked in the door and saw the sign wishing me a happy birthday until I walked out the door I felt the most amazing energy!I told my family that I wanted to celebrate my 50th at a day spa. I googled Nature’s spa and saw the reviews. I booked my appointment immediately and my family gave me a gift certificate.The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming! Angela was my practitioner. I had the ultimate detox body wrap, a biodynamic facial and and did the foot treatment and eye treatment add ons. It was AMAZING. I loved my soak in the tub the most as I don’t have a soaking tub at home. My second favorite part was the facial. Angela put me right to sleep with her relaxing hands. At the end she discussed my skin and offered suggestions.I also received a fruit and cheese charcuterie board (I asked them to hold the cheese) and they obliged. The fruit was delicious.If you are contemplating…no need just book your services NOW!

This is now become a must stop! The service that we received was absolutely incredible for such a great rate. We did a besties baby moon with a massage and facial. Both services were phenomenal and we left feeling so incredibly relaxed. We also loved our customized sign.

My wife booked us a couples massage for a nice day date. This place was fantastic! They served us a nice beverage, wonderful selection of fresh fruit, chocolates, cheese, crackers… The facility is so tranquil, clean, and relaxing. Our masseuse Sophia & Kelly were wonderful. They were kind, knowledgeable and amazing with their hands. This is the best massages I’ve ever had. We will def come back soon. Thanks again for the great service.

Had a facial with Olivia last week. She is knowledgeable, polite, energetic, and an all around great esthetician. She evaluated my skin, and informed me what was best for me. Not any sales tactics, or anything like. Just a straight shooter who knows her stuff! Highly recommend and will be seeing this awesome person monthly!

Staff are lovely. Massages were excellent! Facilities are very nice and clean. The massage tables are warm and so comfy! The packages feel like a good value. Pic below is the fruit platter that came with our package, so delish!

A very tranquil, lovely experience. Unlike many of the day spa locales in the city, this one actually feels like a spa. No combined hair salon or other activities, the entry is serene and though the common areas are not secluded, they are quiet. I went with a friend and the services as well as the niceties (putting her birthday on the entrance message board, sample bag) were top notch. The staffing was excellent and one of the best massages I’ve had locally. I would definitely go back.

The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful! Wonderful experience. Valerie’s facial was amazing and loved her product recommendations. I hate that I can’t remember my massage therapist name because hands down one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had! He checked on comfort, temperature and pressure throughout the massage and very intentional in problem areas. Highly recommend!

It was the best massage I’ve ever had. William checked and asked if pressure was appropriate. The massage felt like deep tissue; my calf pain disappeared after Williams massage.

Sophia was amazing. It was like she had a million hands. And she knew right where to work a little extra. I felt like I was transported to a warm sunny island, sitting in the ocean, being rocked by the tides and waves. 💯🔥Desiree and the other staff were professional and courteous. The spa was clean, quiet, and private. The building was easy to find and had adequate parking. 10/10 would recommend this spa to everyone. Absolutely needed for the soul.

What a beautiful spa! Its quiet and serene; the staff are lovely and the therapists are excellent. Ive gotten a full package and two regular massages (Thai ball and hot stone); they were all exquisite. I have a hard time relaxing but today I was almost asleep. My fiancee and I came here to relax before our wedding this weekend and it was amazing. All the staff was super nice and helpful. They left cute little signs for us throughout the spa to celebrate our love. We got the couples massage quick escape. It came with a beverage each, I had the sangria and it was amazing. It also came with a fruit and cheese plate, the fruit was so fresh and lovely it was the perfect way to start the service. Ebony massaged me and she was amazing, she knew exactly how much pressure to use and what spots needed a little extra attention. Incredible experience all around. Exactly what we needed during a hectic week. 100000% recommend and I hope I can go back soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this spa!! My best friend and I were scheduled for the “quick escape” massage. The session came with a fresh fruit and cheese tray as well as a beverage of our choice! I am so in love with this spa! I went once in July and took my mother in August and I will definitely be a regular. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the staff is incredible. Renee is an amazing spa tech who provided my detox body wrap both times and it was an amazing experience! I felt so relaxed and cared for and their dedication to service is truly evident. I plan to make Natures Spa & Wellness part of my total body wellness plan going forward.

My husband surprised me with the Ultimate Spa Package for my birthday. My package included a wrap and hour massage. This was my first visit to this spa. I cant say enough about how happy I was with my experience. The greeting I received from the front desk staff immediately made me feel comfortable and special. Then Renee greeted me and brought me to the copper tub room (highly recommend) where I had the wrap and then soaked in the tub then was dressed in a plush robe and slippers and brought to the massage room. Renee did awesome and I was even able to sleep during wrap. I was able to enjoy fruit, cheese, chocolate and wine before my massage. Shannon greeted me while I was relaxing to discuss my massage and make sure I had the experience I wanted. She did a great job and I felt so relaxed during the whole massage. After completion I didnt feel rushed to get dressed and leave, was actually encouraged to take my time. Shannon made sure I was satisfied as I was leaving and gave me tips to help with my tension areas. The front desk staff once again was great during check out and I didnt feel any sells pressure for future services or products. I would highly recommend this spa and package. Was an amazing birthday surprise!

As a client of size, I am always concerned about how I will be treated by body work professionals. If I will be made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome, if I will leave feeling more stressed than when I went in. The experience I had at Nature’s Spa today was the exact opposite of everything I have ever feared and thanks to them I now know that there is space in the world of spa treatments for all bodies.From the moment I walked in, I felt enveloped in a sense of warmth and comfort . The lobby area is generous for a business of this size and sets the tone for the entire experience; it is homey and welcoming yet still professional. The women working the front desk - whose names I did not catch, my apologies - were both incredibly gracious and kind. They set my mind instantly at ease regarding my ability to set boundaries in regards to what areas of my body I did and did not want massaged. I was shown to a room, provided with the complimentary fruit plate that was included in my service, and advised that my therapist would be in soon.That therapist was Priscilla and she has hands of steel wrapped in velvet. She heard and honored my exclusion zones and still was able to provide a comprehensive and relaxing treatment. For 60 minutes, I was able to enjoy the body I was in and the experience I was having rather than being worried about the perception someone else has about that same body and its right to that experience. Priscilla melted knots and relieved trigger points I didn’t even know I had.My aesthetician, Susan, was equally as welcoming and professional. I had never had a facial treatment before and Susan was more than happy to walk me through the experience step by step, explaining the products she had chosen and their intended purposes. We chatted some during the treatment but she also seemed to know the perfect moments to allow for quiet in order to fully enjoy the experience.I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Natures Spa. They gave me a gift today that I will treasure always - respectful acceptance. If you are a person of size who desires a comprehensive and relaxing spa treatment, this is the place for you.

I recently had the 90-minute integrated massage with William, and it was absolutely wonderful-- I highly recomend.

**Changed my review. I actually meant to some time ago (Sorry Corie!) Your correspondence with my wife convinced us that this was a simple over correction by an employee and we will continue to do business with you. Yes, the response I made previously was out of immediate frustration, but you taking time out of your day to make it right goes such a long way!** Up until today, this was my go-to place to treat my wife. We have spent $904 in the last couple years for services here, but no more. We had a family emergency come up, and the appointment is tomorrow so my wife called to cancel (instead of no show), and the Spa attempted to charge a card on file (expired) the full amount of $135 because of the cancellation. Furthermore, their concession was to reduce it to $50 which is still unacceptable. I’m certain we aren’t the top clients that the Spa has money-wise, but we have referred many, and spoke highly of the place until now. Unfortunately, because of an unscrupulous “policy”, we will no longer return or refer, and will warn others. I manage an optometry office and we don’t engage in this. For that matter, nor does our family doctor or our dentist attempt to do this. Additionally, this has been the first and only time we have ever had to cancel like this (a full 24 hours before the appointment), and it will apparently be our last.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary in Charlotte. I booked a couples massage and let me say.. we were NOT disappointed! Everything from the atmosphere, the massage therapists, the fruit plate and the personalized signs. We like to get massages whenever we travel and this place is definitely in the top 3!

Visiting Nature’s Spa was my first experience having a facial, and they set the bar SO high. I picked them mainly because of the clean products they used, but it was also an amazing atmosphere. The staff was great. The woman who did my facial was super kind and made me feel very relaxed. I can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place! As a birthday treat, I booked a massage and facial at Natures Spa and what a treat it was. Frank was no doubt, one of the best therapists that I have met. With 20+ years experience, he has truly mastered various therapy forms. His communication was spot on and he regularly asked about the pressure being used. Highly recommended. To top off a great massage, I was gifted with an esthetician, Lisa, who was just as experienced and talented! This was my first time coming here (and will not be my last!). I came in for the 45 minute headache relief massage with Shannon. Ive never had a specialized massage like this. That being said, Ive never had a more therapeutic massage in my life! She is a genius and knows EXACTLY where to apply pressure and work out the tension. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and the environment is warm and inviting. The BEST way to relax!!!!

My husband first brought me here for her anniversary for a couples Deluxe Spa. It was amazing. This is the only place I will ever come to for massages ever again. Today I brought my mom. This was her first ever professional massage and I was hesitant at first. But we met with Frank and Frank told me that hed be working on specific locations that she desired. After the massage my mom told me how much better she felt. She recently had a stroke in January and is recovering. He brought more feelings back into her face and her arms and her back. I will bring her back often just to see prank again. He was very professional and I appreciate his attention to my moms personal needs. Thank you nature Spa and Wellness.

This place is a hidden gem!! My husband and I came here for couples massages back in October for the first time and have come back every month since. The spa is beautiful, quiet, clean and everyone is so nice. We love Josh and Shannon and feel like they both listen to our needs. I had told them my dad recently passed away and they gave me a little gift basket to take home and Josh (my masseuse) gave me a complimentary hot stone massage. I recently had a 3 hour spa treatment at Natures spa and wellness that my fiance gave me for my birthday. It was incredible! I have had a lot of massages, and several other spa treatments, but this definitely went above and beyond. Every detail was thought of and covered, down to the re-hydrating tea and fruit plate that came out of nowhere right before the best massage Ive ever had. Corie definitely knows what she is going. Everyone asked me why I was glowing for the rest of the day, and I told them it was because of her. I felt so relaxed, yet energized, when I left. Walking up to the building, you have no idea that this little gem is hidden inside. The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect. I HIGHLY recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

This is THE best holistic spa in the Queen City! I was visiting home (Charlotte) and decided to get a little self love treatment over the stressful holidays. Corie and her staff were incredibly kind, nurturing and knowledgeable about what treatment I should receive based upon my desires. The atmosphere was aesthetically gorgeous and calming as any good spa should be - dim lighting, soothing music, essential oil aroma, lit candles, impeccably clean. The front desk staff greeted me with a glass of water and tea and within minutes I was guided to one of the treatment rooms (which was equally as tranquil as the rest of the space). Tina was my esthetician and she was simply amazing. Her touch, her attention to detail and her product recommendation for me was perfection. I left with glowing skin and a full heart! I will definitely be back and recommend this spa to anyone in Charlotte or just passing through like I was!

I would like to start this review by saying this was hands down the best massage I have ever experienced.With that being said, after unexpectedly having to drive nine hours from NY to NC after purchasing a car, I began to experience an excruciating pain in my upper back. I returned to work immediately following my trip and was very stiff. After one nights rest didnt help, I began searching for a place to get a massage online. All places I have previously been to werent the greatest experiences and with the pain I was in, I needed to make sure my needs were met or exceeded.I chose Natures Spa and Wellness because it was the HIGHEST rated wellness center with only two reviews not meeting 5 stars (to which a prompt response was returned from the center).Not only was the massage phenomenal, but the overall encounter was amazing. Because I suffer from high anxiety and OCD, it is often difficult for me to relax (ironically mostly during relaxation time like a massage!). I was already nervous when my appointment was pushed out 45 minutes and then escalated after pulling up to the center in an unfamiliar building. However, the atmosphere felt once you walk in the door, the greeting from the woman at the front desk, the CLEANLINESS of the establishment coupled with Raphaels smooth touch calmed me to no end.All in all, I have found the place for me and there is no need to search further.Thank you. Your services were greatly appreciated.

Lisa is the best! I only went to spas for occasional pampering (which is how I met Lisa), but after 1 session with her, she completely changed me. Not only does she give me wonderful facials and treatments but she also pampers me allowing me to unwind while also dramatically improving my skin. I have been seeing Lisa for approximately 6months and my skin hasnt looked better IN YEARS; its clearer and more balanced and I couldnt be happier! No more dry patches, dark spots or sagging. Well, maybe not completely, but far better than going under a knife! I love the Eminence products that Lisa advises me to use and following her program has been worth every penny. If you truly want to improve your skins appearance, give Lisa a try. The entire staff is wonderful, the spa is wonderful, but Lisa is the reason I drive from Huntersville to South Charlotte. She truly cares about her clients and provides the highest quality of service.

My son happens to be married to Natures Spas owner,so some may say this is not the most objective review. However, as a 66 year old woman, I have been to numerous spas over the years, and the reality is there is something truly unique and special about Nature’s Spa. When you walk in, you’re surrounded by a combination of rustic elegance and a peaceful, warm and professional atmosphere. You just know you will be well cared for. The quality of products used and attention to detail is phenomenal. If you want to give yourself or someone you care about a wonderful gift of nurturing, this is the place to go.

I have been to Natures Spa 3x. The first two massages, both excellent, and this past Sunday I had a facial with Sara. She did an outstanding job. I almost fell asleep several times and my skin looked and felt fantastic. In addition, I love that they use Eminence Organic Products. Look forward to going back again and again!

This was my first couples massage experience for my boyfriends birthday and Natures Spa went above and beyond with all of the little details. From the moment we were greeted to enjoying the cheese and fruit plate in the room, everything was exceptional. Josh and Kristin listened to everything we wanted done and exceeded our expectations. I have been getting massages for years now, and have experienced a lot of different styles and techniques from massage therapists. Out of all of these massages, the 2 best therapists that I have ever been fortunate enough to have received massages from, just happen to work for Natures Spa and Wellness.Corie (Owner) and Frank are amazing! You can really tell when someone loves what they do by the quality of their work. They are very knowledgeable in their practice/art, but its not just that; it really seems to come naturally to them.If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everyone there is friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing.I cant imagine getting a massage anywhere else now that I have experienced top notch massage therapists like Corie and Frank ... and both under the same roof!.

This was the first ever couples massage for my husband and I. He surprised me for our 6th year wedding anniversary. The atmosphere along with the staff was so welcoming and relaxing. Priscilla and Shannon done an amazing job and we are already looking forward to our next visit!!

I was promptly greeted at the front door by Kayla who was very helpful in signing me in and getting me ready for my facial.When I walked into the room Kayla had already prepared a delicious fruit tray for me with wonderful fresh tasting fruits to have before my facial from Holly.Holly was very knowledgeable about all the products and each one felt great. She explained what they would do and why she was using them. Overall this was the best experience Ive had at a spa hands down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This spa is my new favorite. The front desk staffs are friendly. I always loved my facial and spa treatment with Lisa . Every time I leave there I feel that I leave behind all of my toxins and stresses. I used to go to Greyson Spa in South Park which closed down and I have been drifting through different Spa around Charlotte never feeling attached to any place. Now I have found a place that takes good care of me. I have sent my daughter here for a facial and she loved it here as well. A very nice touch at the end of the Spa treatment is a mimosa with fruits and cheese. How could you not love being pampered? 💖

I cannot say enough good things about Natures Spa! I love the atmosphere of this little spa. The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing treatment, with the lights down low and the soft, relaxing music playing. I love that it is not a run of the mill massage operation where they crank out treatments without caring about preferences. This spa tailors everything to suit you, whether its the smell of the lotion they use to how much pressure they apply while massaging.Everyone I have encountered there is wonderful, they all seem to enjoy their jobs and they all want to make sure it is the best experience youve had. From Kayla the receptionist to Corie the owner, everyone there will make any attempt they can at making sure you are fully satisfied when you walk out the door. I received this as a gift for Christmas and was so looking forward to this day. I have to say it was a disappointment. I would have rated it lower, except the massage that I received was the BEST I have ever had. I feel this spa is not equipped to be offering the special Christmas packages that they offer. There is not a proper changing facility or restroom that you find in any other location. There is no place to shower or clean up after or any place to put on makeup etc... ( you carried your clothes with you office room to office room) I felt like I was in an office building. That is fine if you are going to get a needed massage, but it is in no way a day spa. To be offering Mud wraps without a shower facility for after is crazy! Access to the tub was difficult to say the least...I cant imagine if you were short....the day was not what I had expected, was uncomfortable, and I feel we could have had a luxurious experience for the money spent. The people were nice, but the facility is not up to standards. My bathroom at home has a nicer atmosphere. When selling gift certificates to unknowing husbands, they need to be more upfront about the facility.

I received a full body massage by Ebony. This was my first time ever receiving a message. Ebony was amazing and very professional. She took her time and explained everything to me. As she messaged my body she made sure to enlighten me on areas that were tight. She gave me pointers on ways to help with those areas. I really enjoyed my first visit and it most definitely wont be the last.

Went in for a couple’s massage a few weeks ago & my masseuse did an amazing job on me. The staff was very friendly & helpful. However, I wasn’t impressed by the wine & cheese board that comes with the package. It would help if the staff made sure both white & red wine are always stocked. The fruit and cheese board could have been presented better to give a more luxurious feel. For what I spent on a package, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t fully experience what I paid for. Other than that, I would come back for a massage but not purchase any packages.

I went in last Saturday for a massage, Ebony was fantastic. I’ve also been to Megan for a facial she is great too. They really take their time and make the experience great and they have the biggest selection on Eminence products in Charlotte! Very professional.

My husband had given me a gift certificate for the Deluxe Couples Spa Package for Mother’s Day and we were finally able to use it today. It was absolutely amazing and I let him know this is what I want every year going forward lol. Josh and Keirsten made sure we were comfortable and relaxed the whole time. This was my husbands first spa experience ever (so he felt a little nervous and awkward lol), but he said he would definitely go again with me. As someone who does not like to be touched by stranger, you can understand my trepidation when my boyfriend booked a massage for me at a spa I had never been to with a therapist I had never met. He sat with me and we enjoyed my complimentary glass of wine and fruit and cheese plate as I waited for my therapist.Marielle walked in, introduced herself and asked me a few questions. Her presence was so calming all my fears went away. My boyfriend and Marielle stepped out and I prepared for my massage. She was amazing. I hold my stress in my traps and neck, which are always tight and in pain. I. however, have gotten so used to the pain that I had no idea how bad it was until my hour was up and I felt like jello. Not only did she relieve the tension in my neck and traps but all the way down to my toes. She was able to give a deep tissue massage that didnt hurt (theres a name for this technique but i forgot what she told me it was).I told her I was curious about reflexology and she did a little at the end of my massage. This woman is a magician!!!Seriously, go see her! Her presence is calming, her technique is nothing less than mastery, and her kindness is immeasurable.The spa itself was clean and inviting. They had a really neat body wrap service with some cool tub that i did not get into this time but look forward to trying soon. The owner of the spa seeks to make all of her clients feel at home and at peace. I had an amazing facial (Ayurvedic facial) with Kara a few days ago. She’s extremely knowledgeable, addressed all of my concerns, gave me great advice and recommended a product I’ve been loving ever since my visit. My skin is looks more even and hydrated since my facial. The whole staff was super kind and the atmosphere was relaxing from the second I walked in. This was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had (and I’m an esthetician) and I can’t wait to go back.

Tho was my first time at Nature Spa and my experience was phenomenal!! I had the Black and Blue Body Wrap package. From the moment I walked in all the way to checkout, the staff and especially my Spa Specialist Megan was awesome. They answered all my questions sometimes twice and they were very professional, accommodating and very sweet. I already have my next appointment scheduled.

Joy is really one of the best therapist I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. Even my husband agrees. You will not be disappointed. I did the Natures Wellness Package. Sarah was great. The tub soak was perfect. My massage was not the best. Was not pleased at all. Ill give the place another shot but request a different massage therapist. I get massages monthly so Im able to judge a good massage. The one I got today was just rubs. Zero technique, even after I requested firmer strokes..again. I will give it another try b/c I like their packages and if I can get a decent massage Ill continue to go there. But the bar is so low right now, so well see.

This day spa is really nice - relaxing environment, really friendly, knowledge staff, soothing music. The massage beds are the most comfortable Ive ever experienced. I would definitely return if I lived in the area!

This was my third visit to Nature’s Spa and Wellness, and my first for a massage. I took advantage of the great fall special for a 2 hour Restorative Massage with Frank Sanady. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Frank spent time talking with me about my areas of discomfort, and then provided an amazingly detailed and individualized massage. Frank impressed me with his significant knowledge, experience, and the variety of massage styles he used to help relieve soreness and stiffness in my back. I walked away from the table feeling energized, relaxed, and rejuvenated for the first time in months.

I was in for a couple of treatments Tuesday September 14, 2016. The receptionist was so soothing and pleasant. Explaining the different massages and even a package when she realized the two I chose where already in a price break packageAshley was the wrap tech and Raphael was the massage tech.Ashley introduced herself and explained she would be leading me step by step through my wrap. Always checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. Keeping me informed when the mask had to dry, how long the jets on the tub would go and how much time I had between my sessions to use the restroom, eat the beautiful fruit tray and drink the water before my session with Raphael.Raphael introduced himself and informed me on his procedure. They both read the answers to the check in questions so where aware of my problem areas. Again, Raphael checked on me through out the whole process, letting me know which part he was going to next and checking that the pressure wasnt uncomfortable. My complaint was my mid to lower back was spasming. He verified that with me and formed a plan. IT WAS AWESOME. My shoulder, which I did not even complain about hurting was another spot he worked on, since I had noted torn rotator cuff surgery on my paperwork. I did not even realize how much I wasnt using my left arm because of the pain until after my treatments! My ROM is twice what is was Tuesday morning.My husband was on a business trip to Charlotte, but now that I know about Natures Spa and Wellness Center I will be making appointments every time we go to or through Charlotte.Thank You guys. My friend and I came 2 days before her wedding to just relax, and boy did we! Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed, and a lovely lady brought us a mimosa and some chocoalate to help us celebrate. I received a massage from Manny, and it was great. He really listened to my areas of concern and made me feel very comfortable with proper draping and being respectful. I left feeling like butter and my back, legs and feet felt so loose. Prices are great for the quality and warm sincerity! Thank you guys so much for being a part of my friends special day in some way!

We had a ladies get-a-way for myself, my mother, and my auntie. We were trying to make last minute arrangements as we had to travel from various places and werent sure of details. I called this location and Jamie Wageman answered the call. I explained the situation and Jaime made one quick call and we were scheduled in. It was a Saturday and very last moment. Jaime was professional, courteous, and very kind. She went to any lengths to ensure amazing service. That is what all of us received! We had 75 minute facials. Renee, Valerie, and Angela were attentive and actively listened to all needs/requests. They were exemplary!!! We will be sure to return to this establishment. From start to finish these women were 5 star!! Thank you ladies!!

My boyfriend bought me a Natures Ultimate Spa package for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The massage found knots that I did not know existed. My organic facial was amazing and much needed. My skin has not felt this young and fresh in a long time. The customer service took me by suprise. I did not get that new age funky feeling, but more of a warm inviting experience. I enjoyed it so much I bought my sister one for Christmas, she needs it!

It was a wonderful experience, I had Nicole who gave me my treatment with clay, detox and wrap which really made a difference and Rafael was my massage therapist, I have fibromyalgia and went there in pain and after my treatment and massage, I feel better than I have in a long time. Slept better last night than in years actually and woke rested. Honestly it is a wonderful experience with very professional , kind and capable therapists that work there.

What I wouldnt give to be able to visit Naturess Spa!!! Since moving to Australia a year ago I just havent been able to find a massage therapist or an experience like I found at Natures. Ive been following the owner, Corie, in Charlotte for years. When I found out that she had taken over ownership at Natures I was very excited. She is an extremely talented therapist and has been my go to since the birth of my first child. Four children later I can say in all honesty that there is no other therapist in the world I would go see for a post natal massage. In the ever hectic world of motherhood an hour spend with Corie is worth more than your pregnant weight in gold!! Even when I havent been able to book with Corie I have always been well taken care of. It is very evident that her level of professionalism and concern for client satisfaction is upheld by all of her therapists! Ill be making a trip home in May and a visit to Natures is on the very top of my list!!!

I had the pleasure of receiving a body scrub by Lisa. Where do I start? I was scrubbed from head to toe and now my skin is baby soft. Soaking in the copper tub was peaceful and therapeutic. WOW - first rate service and spa experience!Every time I visit here I am NEVER disappointed! All staff is so amazing with customer service AND skill level. It seems odd at first because its a shared-building with an eye-doc/glasses facility or similar, so it feels (the first time) like you might be int he wrong place. But they provide a relaxing and WONDERFUL experience, many techs with different proficiencies to fit your need - I sometimes feel like (when I want it) I get massage AND physical therapy at the same time! AND, the Mothers Day packages here are really phenomenal! You get multiple treatments, fruit & cheese plate that is so fresh & delish, and you feel like its 10 hours, not just 3! I went to the Natures Spa today for a facial that was given to me as a gift. The experience I had with this spa was amazing. The customer service was great. The facial was the best one I have ever had. I tend to use spa services while on vacation but after visiting the Natures Spa I will be using them on a regular basis. The spa is great and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

I will start by saying I love this place. Ive visited twice now and always take advantage of the many ways they have to save money...coupons, promotions ect...I was given a gift certificate and had never heard of the place, then when I pulled up I was pretty skeptical (doesnt seem like a spa would be in the building), but I went in and was pleasantly surprised. Its cute and it is by far some of the best customer service and detailed treatments I have ever had. I did the body wrap the first time and just had their blueberry facial (they took like $40 off of it with thank you cards and a refer bonus). The surroundings were clean and had a warn and relaxing environment.My massage was with Marielle who took time to ask me exactly what areas I needed worked on. She explained at different times during the massage the purpose of her movements and afterwards offered me written instructions to help maximize my experience.This is an oasis in Charlotte that everyone needs to find. I highly recommend this spa.

I have been a pretty faithful client for years and this integrative back massage is truly a deep pore cleansing facial for that part of my body that often gets neglected. It is only one of the many specialized treatments offered by the exceptional staff, truly one of my favorites that I am blessed to indulge in my personal self-care. Frank and his team are great! They were able to fit me in on a very short notice to work out a pain in my shoulder/neck I had been having for days. I went with the NMT massage to help release trigger points and increase the range of motion in my neck. Using this techniques along with structural integration he was able to release the tension in my core and now Im back to 150% (even better than before!). Office was very clean, team was very professional and a very convenient location! Ill definitely be back in the future.

I have had 2 Sports Massages with Frank. He is AMAZING! I had a hip injury and he went above and beyond to help me rehab by hip. He offered not just massage but stretches to do daily on my own. He has years of experience and incredible knowledge of the human anatomy. Just an all around great man! I will continue to see him regularly.

I recently discovered this wonderful spa and just left after my second visit. Both times I saw Frank Sanady and cannot overstate how much he has helped me. I have had dozens of massages over the years at expensive resorts, small spas, and even one of the many chains that have popped up recently. But none come close to the massages I have had from Frank. I have had problems with my IT band (connects your hip and knee) and massage has always helped, but within a day or two the problem returns. Not so after the first visit with Frank. The techniques he used gave me (literally) months of relief.Todays visit was at the prompting of my doctor and Frank worked through the problems I was having and more. I actually can even breath better since my massage! And he is great about offering tips to help eliminate further problems. For instance, I am going to purchase a new desk chair and know exactly how it should fit me. He is also great about showing you exercises you can do at home to help with issues.If you are looking for an advanced therapist who can help you with complex problems, I highly recommend Frank and Natures Spa and Wellness.

When I walked into Natures Spa, I felt transported. The lighting and atmosphere were calming and well thought out. It is a small, intimate space. I was so pleased to find out that a therapist who I have known for several years would be joining the staff soon. In the past, Katy Hartness has been a miracle worker in my life. Her style and professional approach to finding and correcting problems deep in my tissues have created a restored feeling of balance time and time again. I learned of her recent training in postural assessment and treatment that she received in Arizona. I plan to schedule with Katy at Natures Spa very soon!! So glad shes back.

I have been there for a wonderful package including a body wrap, bath and massage. Now I go every 2 months for a facial and it’s fantastic. The staff are warm and welcoming and the treatments are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Nature’s Spa.

As a former therapist, I can say Frank is a seasoned professional who knows what hes doing. Hes fantastic, but keep in mind he functions in a more clinical, almost chiropractic way. He understands the relationship between specific muscles and ailments. If you desire a more flowy, relaxing massage, I highly recommend Ebony. She understands how to correctly perform deep tissue. She knows how to accurately gauge pressure and has a very compassionate, healing touch. I was a therapist for 8 years. She gave me the best deep tissue Ive ever had. She wasnt sloppy, skipping areas that left you feeling untouched or unworked. Imagine carrying on a conversation with someone who never made eye contact and then walked away without saying goodbye. She will work your arms and not forget your wrists fingers and elbows. Of course massage is highly subjective but if you are looking for a thorough integrative massage, she understands what that means. Shes also calm and doesnt exploit the clients vulnerability by chewing your ears off. I dont mind a brief chat, but I dont appreciate feeling torn between catering to my therapist and trying to relax. Go to Frank to get realigned and be a functioning human being among the living, and go to Ebony for deep relaxation.

Grant was amazing, I stand on concrete all day long so my body takes a beating. He managed to work out all of the kinks while also making the massage extremely relaxing. Everyone at the spa was very courteous and accommodating. I will definitely return!

Im a runner and love to work out at the gym about five days a week. Frank Sanady has been one of many therapists Ive had over the last five years and he has done a great job at keeping me on track with my fitness routine. I have seen many other therapists, as well as chiropractors, and his knowledge and attention to detail has enabled me to keep up with my demanding regimen. He is the only one who has consistently found all the spots in my neck, shoulders and low back so that I am usually pain free. I appreciate how he takes the time to listen and recommend tips I can use to take care of myself. I highly recommend him for neuromuscular & deep tissue work.

I’ve been here a couple of times and each time has been amazing. Today, I had Frank taking care of me. His touch was firm and sure. I came away from experience feeling like a limp noodle (in a good way). All of the knots and tension I had upon entering were gone and I felt as relaxed as I have in years.

My boyfriend and I did the couples package and it was absolutely aaaaammmaaaazing. Anna was our masseuse and she did such a phenomenal job on each of us. We felt like brand new humans afterwards and were made to feel right at home. Tina was our aesthetician and my face has never felt so rejuvenated. They each asked us about our concerns/problem areas and made sure our needs were met. We live in Winston Salem but we will absolutely be back for another spa day. Amazing.

Corie and her staff at Natures Spa make for a very welcoming and comforting visit. It is by far my favorite spa for body wraps, massage as well as custom nutrition and weight management. Once you go you will see what I mean, you will come back over and over, beautiful and warm space with friendly staff that have everything you need for a total body makeover.

I had my first facial today with Lydia.Pros-The spa was very nice and relaxing. Lydia was friendly, and only talked to explain to me what she was doing, which was nice because I wanted to relax.Cons-I was unaware that I’d leave the spa with my hair a greasy mess. Lydia gave a scalp message along with the facial so I ended up with greasy goo all in my hair. The facial was relaxing, and my skin feels hydrated afterwards, however my clogged pores are still clogged. I would have liked Lydia to look at my skin prior to the facial and then recommend which facial (or service) would be best for my problem areas.

So, Ive been there a few times over the passed 5-6 years. Last time was for injuries and Thank the God of heaven because I got paired with Mr. Frank! He was a certified sports med therapist who was in his 70s. He was soooo personable and showed me pics of his day trip hike with his wife the day before. Needless to say, he found some of my problem areas and practically massaged the life back into my back & shoulder! I had a very serious injury from wear n tear, car accidents, moving & lifting heavy things, etc. But he gave me recommendations on how to self-heal via self-care with rock tape and other methods. I am very active but this body still needs tlc, which Mr. Frank did wonders that i am still benefiting from today postpartum as a new mom! ❤ NS and hope to do a couples spa day real soon, esp since we spent our anniversary & my birthday at home with the little one! To anyone who is skeptical about the effectiveness of a skin treatment at Natures Spa and Wellness: its the best Ive ever felt about my skin IN MY LIFE. I was so intrigued by the immediate results of my facial and back treatment, and I was extraordinarily impressed with how knowledgable Corie (the therapist who did my treatment) was on the subject of Eminences products and the various forms of treating skin! I not only received a marvelous facial and back treatment, but I also learned a whole lot more about my skin and how to take care of it. :)

I would have to say, when I first met Corie, the owner of Natures Spa, it was over the phone in a very distressed situation. I had been recommended glycolic products that had completely RUINED (burned) my skin. I had a wedding coming up in a few months and was overwhelmed. Corie was so informative over the phone, I decided to book an appointment with her to see if she could fix my skin problems. During our face to face consultation, she did make it clear to me that she could not resolve any of my skin issues. She was honest. I LOVED that about her. Every other esthetician that Id ever met gave rave reviews about specific products that do this or that, or what they could do. She didnt. Her honesty won me over. She explained to me how my skin may not be sensitive, but may be highly reactive, which means that I didnt necessarily need aggressive skin treatments to achieve results. Boy was she ever so right! I stopped seeing and consulting with everyone from that day forward and I now only see her for my skincare needs. The products from the Eminence line that she uses on my face have been a god send! They are natural and highly concentrated! I purchase them exclusively, though she didnt necessarily recommend that I spend every dime on products. The NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy) is better than anything I could have expected. Frank is wonderful. This is truly a healing experience that helped my injury heal faster and better than it ever could have without this therapy.My husband has also been to Frank just for the educational and relaxing experience that this therapy provides. Frank really takes the time to work with each person to determine what their personal needs are. I just cant say enough good things about this NMT. The Spa is also so intimate and relaxing. The staff really makes you feel at ease and is very accommodating.They have been very patient with our hectic schedule and willing to provide various appointment opportunities. Book early because they do fill up fast. This place is wonderful!

I had the opportunity to receive a relaxing massage from Rafaelle. He was very atuned to the muscles and tension I had and took care and time to work me to a complete relaxed state.The office staff was beyond hospitable - warm and friendly.A very relaxing retreat into peace and serinity. Natures Spa and Wellness is certainly a must in the Charlotte area.

Staffs amazing especially Tina V. Services are priced to compete and again the staff are what make the experience and price tag worth it. Tina makes the experience like heaven and the services are bar none the best. I highly recommend treatments by her, and massages by Megan!

Ive been suffering from some pretty bad neck/shoulder pain for about a week and a half. I woke up Saturday and after a couple hours of wanting to cry I called Natures Spa to see if they had any openings and Im so glad I did! The Neuromuscular Therapy was just what I needed. Frank explained that the tension in other parts of my body were causing strain on my neck. No heavy rubbing, so just like the website says, not necessarily relaxing, but afterword I was definitely able to move easier and the pain was significantly less today, which is when the pain was the worst the whole week previously.

My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a little R and R. Natures Spa was amazing. They addressed our individual needs and created a wonderful experience. We will being going back shortly for sure.

I just left there spa it was an amazing experience since iam picky about a lot of things ! I had a massage with Ebony I highly recommend her and facial with Lydia she is great too .I came out sooo happy looking forward for another visit soon.

Couples Massage with Mariam & Raphel! One of the best ever!! Highly recommended!! Raphael had me in a zone!! So relaxed I fell asleep n he didnt even wake me!! Miriam advised me of home tricks to do on my boyfriend to help with his kinks!! Needless to say we will return!

Got a couple massage, that first felt good, but afterwards I went home with sores on my back and bruised, I did ask for less pressure. Will not be returning. Had a better massage for less in myrtle beach.

My experience at Natures Spa and Wellness was very relaxing and wonderful. I had a hot stone massage; I walked in tense and tight from the daily grind and walked out totally relaxed.

This spa is great! I received the Tai Ball Treatment Massage and the foot spa. I was in heaven. The ambiance and treatments were relaxing and therapeutic. I have already booked my return visit.

I visit the spa whenever I visit Charlotte, which is at least once a year. This is my go to destination to release the tensions of business and travel. A very warm and relaxing aesthetic, as well as very professional staff. 10/10

I give 4 stars because everyone was so nice and we didnt have my little girl mike loved his so much he was constantly sleeping I loved the facial and head rub and it was really strong on my back I jusmped off the table and I think pulled something in my lower back and later that night my ribs were starting to bruise but I loved the hot stone. Might try again another time

First experience ever getting a massage and they did not disappoint. Better than I expected and felt completely comfortable during and after my session.

We had a couples massage. It was ok. There were too many interruptions during our massage.

I have seen both Cori and Frank. Both are very good. Cori is thorough with a good strong touch. Frank has training to use some different techniques such as Rolfing which brings different elements to the massage.
