Best massage I had thus far! Great prices and the masseuse was very firm, accurate, worked every single muscle and I appreciate her so much! The environment was clean 🧼 and she was very nice 👍🏾 What I really liked the most was the hours!!!! No appointment needed and no long drawn out waiver forms! Just strictly service. I enjoyed it and hope to visit again soon ❤️

I had a very nice massage here. They were polite and the price was good. She got to all the parts that ached and I appreciated she didnt want to talk the whole time and just let me relax. I will go back next time I am in Columbia

The massages here never get old. Deep tissue is exactly that. They knock out all of your kinks. They make sure you are doing alright the entire time you are there. At the end, you are given bottle water. Great people and an awesome experience ever time. Well with the money.

My 1st time getting a massage 💆‍♀️ and I must say the service was great Ill be back every 2weeks my body hasnt had any pain since I left there Monday 🙃

Very disappointed overall. To start, the massage consisted of lightly rubbing the skin, and not affecting any of the muscles. Halfway through I felt like nothing had been done and I instructed the lady to the part that was hurting and asked for harder force but she remained lightly rubbing the skin above the area. Throughout the massage the lady stepped out constantly, several minutes at a time. She also talked more than she actually massaged, giving a plethora of unsolicited life advice in a condescending manner you are too young to get a massage. You need to get a job instead and come back here when you are rich (I do more than well for myself). It felt very unprofessional and seems less like a true massage place and more like a shady dealings place. She demanded payment up front, but this never bothered me as its fairly common, but never gave me my card back and rushed me to the table. After finishing the massage she demanded I gave her a good tip and withheld my card. To get my card back without conflict I offered a 50% tip, however she looked at me very displeased and demanded more. I refused and after 3 minutes she caved and accepted my 50% tip. The total time was about 50 minutes, but with all the brakes its definitely much less actual time. The payment was for 60 minutes. Dont waist your time here.

I just went last week. I got a 60 min massage and of course had to pay upfront alone with the 3$ card fee, thats fine! I added hot stones... The lady that did my massage was THEE worse... she just rubbed and pulled and slapped and lathered oil ALL over me! when I rolled over she skipped massaging my legs! I TOLD HER 8$ for the tip she got so AGGRESSIVE and snatched my card and demanded more, she lied and said $15 is the minimum, I said no massage was only ok she took my card went to the machine called me in the office area and showed me $10 that she had put on the screen and wanted me to pay, I politely back spaced the screen and typed $8 she was so mad, and put my card on the table and didnt even hand it back but thats ok, you werent going to BULLY me into paying more and it wasnt worth it. Maybe NEXT time she will take her time and do a better massage thats worth a &10 tip.

I brought my mom here for her birthday as a gift to enjoy a massage. From the time I tried to pay at the BEGINNING of the session they hassled me for a tip before I knew if they were to do a good job or not. My tip was going to depend on how happy my mom was with the service she received. 90mins later after the massage, as my mom was putting on her clothes they was hassling her for a tip (which should not have been done). I asked my mom if the service she received was good and she replied with a yes, one of the workers had her head out of the door asking for a tip. Moral of my post: yes to the service, no to the hassling customers for tips.

They have no shame in asking for a tip and as a massage therapist I get it but, as a professional you gotta think things through. How its going to make customer feel. The sign stating we appreciate tips were enough got us looking like we beg for tips out here... not cool!

Massage itself was decent. But the service... They took us straight to the back because appointment was scheduled. Got to back and they asked for tip along with the $120 for couples Massage and requested it be in cash. Advised them that I tip according to service. After massages they show me a tip chart on the wall $10, $20 & $20+. I hand her $20 and she says its $20 each because she did real good massage patting on my pocket. Felt good, but CUSTOMER SERVICE was a ZERO🤦‍♂️

After a rough week, a visit here will take away all your stress. Very, very relaxing.💆‍♂️

I have been going here for about a year. I have lived in a couple of different states, and gotten massages from several different therapists. I have back problems, and the ladies at Rose Spa have given me the most thorough massages. I usually get a 90 min. massage for $90 plus a tip.

Definitely worth every cent. I just left from a hour session which was $60. The masseuses were very professional & gentle and appropriate! That was my very first spa experience and definitely not my last! Make sure to definitely leave a tip. Thank you for this incredible experience ❤️😊.

Was VERY disappointed with my visit. I have NEVER received a full body massage & was in pain & nearly in tears the entire hour. Told the young lady several times it was hurting & she was massaging to hard. The worst experience of my life & to top it off they hounded us for a tip! If I choose to give you a tip thats my right but dont dare ask for one while Im walking to the exit.No tip was deserved after the painful experience I had honestly!! I did leave a $18 tip to split amongst them & they werent satisfied. NEVER would I recommend this place to anyone!I had to sleep on a heating pad all night thats how bad my neck & back was still hurting after that massage.

I dont hate this place. I stopped by to get some info on the time of operation & price of different massages. Once I get a massage I will be able to give more information on what I like and didnt like, and if I will or will not go back again. I was forced to give ONE STAR in order to leave this message. But at this time as far as Im concerned the business is okay, but well know more after I have my massage OKAAARRRRRY😎☺😋😅😊👌🏽

Money well spent! Great location and my body feels 95% better. The only downfall I would say is the room was a little chilly, and they ask you to pay BEFORE service is rendered. They should change that practice. I NEVER pay before service is rendered... the only reason I didn’t leave was that I truly needed a massage and didn’t want to deal with all the traffic of Forest Drive.I do wonder if they require all clients to pay first. There is nothing posted in the lobby, stating that this is the policy🤔

I had a great massage at Rose Spa. The masseuse was quite experienced and hit all of my problem areas. I enjoyed the atmosphere and feeling the place gave as well. I have bad knees and asked if she would work on them. It made me feel good.

If they weren’t short staffed my experience may have been better. The constant stopping during my massage, irritated me to my core. My therapist stepped out the room more than two times to handle affairs outside of my session. The room was a bit cold and I’m going to venture to say that’s because they only use a towel to drape you 😩 There is definitely room for improvement on many levels, I’m trusting they will adjust their posture soon enough to keep their clientele steady. Praying for a better experience next time, we all have our bad days and everyone deserves a second chance. I will venture to say the Therapist was rather courteous outside of the aforementioned hiccups and I like the fact that they were open on a Sunday after 6pm and ready to accommodate my achy muscles because I couldn’t wait to Monday as my body was in so much pain from my demanding job.

I had an hour massage and the massage itself was definitely worth 5 stars. This is my second time being here and I must say the interruptions are not cool and they only use towels to cover you but def a good atmosphere and polite staff. If you are looking for a spa like atmosphere, this is not the place for you; but if you’re looking for a great massage and relaxing atmosphere, I suggest you give them a try

Me and my husband Went in for a massage, bc the sign promotes “walk ins welcome” a worker comes from back and advises us that only one of us would be able to get a massage today . I’ll never try this place or recommend again . Atmosphere is creepy too I’m glad we were denied bc i felt uneasy as soon as i walked through the door

Boyfriend and I were pacing thru Columbia on way home and really needed a massage from traveling. Found this place on the web and stopped by to see if they could get us in. They were super nice and accommodating. The massage was wonderful! Highly recommend the Rose Spa.

I’ve been back multiple times and I love it there they are really nice people and very accommodating as well and they seem always happy to see me as I’m happy to see them. I’m planning on going back nxt Friday. I was wondering if I could find out all the prices I can’t remember and if they have 4 hand.

First time visit. Was great they can work on the interruptions but other then that I had a well needed great massage. If you looking for spa like atmosphere not the place but if u want ya good massage for great prices this is the place for you

Walked in for amuch needed massage after a long day of work. Lady was on her phone, but met me at the door and told me to follow her. Took me to a room and asked me what I wanted. I told her a 1 hr massage, she demanded my payment, as I was pulling out my card she pointed to a wall with 3 tip amounts($10,15,20) and said this is what you will pay afterwards and wanted to know which tip amount I preferred, she also said there would be a $3 fee for my form of payment. I asked are you requiring me to pay a tip for amassage that I have not received and she said yes, this is America when people receive a massage they know to pay tip. At that point it was a wrap for me, I was out. First and last time.

Those 7-Five Star reviews MUST BE BOGUS ! The sign says its a spa but when you walk in, it feels more like a shady dealings kinda place. Me and my friend went Saturday and it wasnt crowded nor was it spa like. The room we were in had a pair of mens sandals, mens robe, and a doggie door???!! They charge your card prior to starting massage. Not sure what they did to me but my back feels like Ive been in a car accident! And I may be wrong, but it doesnt feel like they use any time of oil but just lotion. Somethings not right about this place

Definitely a great massage but the table was quite uncomfortable like I was at a doctors office and the rooms atmosphere didnt allow me to fully relax. Massage was 5stars while everything else was 3stars

The most relaxing massage that I have ever had. The therapist really knows how to do a ashiatsu massage! No muscle was left untouched.

Horrible experience, was not told until the end of the massage that there was a minimum tip of 20 dollars and I was being asked about tip before services were even performed.
