My husband and I went here for a couple of massage, and we had the best massage. Jenny and Jack were excellent! Great place to go

We had bad experience at this place. I don’t know how you say all your stuff are therapists?! Definitely they do not have the technical skills!!!

Had a very nice 60min couples massage. We ended up getting lavender oil too (they asked my girl like 5min into the massage if she wanted some and she said yes lol) which worked out to $5 extra per person. Not exactly thrilled they didnt tell us upfront itd be extra money for the essential oils, but even so, $70/person + tip is very reasonable for an hour full body massage. Ive had a muscle knot from a sports injury bothering my back for weeks that they really focused on, and it feels so much better now. Heck, she found knots I didnt even know I had and worked them out too. Very good experience and plan to come back

I called and they offer me a 1 hour massage for $65 I got a couples massage. The massage was average when I left they were asking for a tip I give the 2 lady’s $20 and her response was only $20 for both and I said yes they didn’t like that honestly I spent $150 for a massage for one hour and they expected a bigger tip not good at all

The person who worked at the front desk, decided to provide the massage. She did not know the techniques of deep tissue massage. When I told her that I had a better deep tissue massage at the same location before, she told me that perhaps I was in another place, which was not true. Overall, poor customer service with an unexperienced masseuse.

Total Relax and the staff are the best at providing us a service we can all enjoy. I haven’t had a massage in years and always go back to Total Relax and always happy with my massage and experience!

I had a bad experience, they charge me $67 dollars for a full body massage when initially is 65 but since I paid with Card it is understandable.At the end of the session , the lady at the desk got super mad, rude & upset because I did not pay $20 dollars tip saying that I have to pay for the service. Tip is voluntary and it is not demanding to pay.Bad experience, I’m not going to come back again.

I went to see Julie for a massage- Julie was excellent. My neck and lower shoulder were hurting, I had a huge knot in my shoulder that was persisting for about 2 months. Julie was able to work it out and recommended doing hot stones during the massage, which were amazing and free of additional charge. All my neck and shoulder pain were gone the day or two after the massage, which is exactly what Julie said would happen. For a tiny person, she uses A LOT of pressure. I was very impressed and will definitely return. Its not a fancy place, but it was totally worth it and I was happy with the results.

I just got out of the most satisfying 90 min full body massage with KoKo. She really is experienced and knows her stuff. My body was broken when I walked in. Now I feel like like every ache, stiffness, and tense muscle is relieved and soothed. She did some shiatsu, hot stones and really worked out the knots without too much pain. Im definitely returning. Thank you Koko!

That was the most amazing massage that I’ve ever received. Like I felt so relaxed after, so stretched, so good like wow it felt like I was on clouds. 10/10 that was so good I will definitely go again. It was very relaxing ☺️ I’m very happy with this place

Hands down best massage Ive had, ever! Feeling like a new person after 60 minutes. Im a big guy 63 245lbs and its hard to find someone that can do the right amount of pressure I was completely blown away about how well the acupressure massage worked! The therapist was extremely talented and a master at his craft. Looking forward to returning next week!

Would give 12/10 if I could. Honestly one of the best massages Ive ever had. They fit me in last minute, they are very nice and professional. The pressure was exactly what I needed. Mia is phenomenal and I will 100% be back

Came in for 1hr massage. Before walking in the back, they requested for us to pay first. Never had to pay first, but no problem.I go to use my Mastercard, and I get told there is a $5 charge to pay with Mastercard/Amex.I asked politely to waive the fee, which they wouldn’t, so we walked out. I’m not covering a businesses cost for providing payment option. That’s part of running a business.Oh they also had Zelle and PayPal option. Easier to avoid taxes maybe?

I had a great massage with 60 minutes, my therapist knew exactly what I want ,she really fixed my knots, if you have knots or stiff muscles, this is the place to go. the place is clean and the staff was so friendly, I do feel relaxed being there. highly recommend!!!!

Piece of advise!! Request for someone who speaks and understands English. I had Cici and throughout my entire 1 hour massage. She kept digging her elbow into my back and it hurted. Told her to do it softer but she when the opposite 🙄..

Went for a couples massage before our flight back to Tx. The place was clean and the environment was relaxing. I forgot my earrings there and this place went above and beyond by mailing my earrings back from Ca to Tx. No questions asked they mailed it right away. I truly appreciated their kind gesture.

They got me right in for a 90 minute combination body/foot massage. I live out of town and belong to a massage club but none can ever seem to fit me in. Michelle was my therapist and she was very thorough, strong & made me feel completely comfortable. I’ll definitely be back

I went in to get a massage on 1/24/20. The lady working the counter questioned me like I did not know where I was (although I visited there before she worked there). Then she told me, it was policy that I had to pay first, so I did. After getting my massage, I went to the counter when an Asian came man came in, went to get his massage without paying first. I guess the lady made me pay first because she thought blacks are there to either rob the place or get a massage, then walk out without paying; either way total relax spa lost my business. What was really offensive was the lady at the counter handed my receipt back and asked if I wanted to change the amount on my receipt to include a tip (she even tried to tell me how much to tip).I said no and left. My recent experience with total relax spa is that they stero type blacks and they dont want our business, I am going to take them up on that and take my business someplace else.

This place is legit! Ask for Vivian she is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I like deep tissue and she really works out all the knots and she does a phenomenal job.

Great hands!!! These ladies know what they are doing, I got there with a sciatica pain and after I left I was super relief from my pain, I will definitely be back on a regular basis and to control my back pains!

Stumbling upon this place was a miracle. The staff gives you their all and there is evident passion in what they do.I was a competitive swimmer up through college and have been getting massages for 16yrs...primarily for chronic scoliosis pain (which is becoming increasingly impairs quality of life and deepens depression)...FINALLY found a place that can apply the extreme pressure I’ve always needed to get any sort of relief.THANK YOU Total Relax Spa for giving me the feeling of hope for the future 🙏🏾

Got me in for a same day appointment. Air temp was set a little chilly for my taste, but an excellent massage.

The owner was very rude. I always tipped $120 for two hours and $60. I received it three times, but that day, when I made the reservation, I arrived without saying a word and when I laid down on the bed, he asked for $100 for one hour and $200 for two hours. Why did the price suddenly change when I made a reservation? I asked him if he didnt tell me, and the boss said I dont have to do this, but I make a living and Ive been getting it cheaply.I received 90 minutes that day and paid $150 and gave a $30 tip, but they told me to take it and go somewhere else next time, saying no tip was needed.
