I just moved to the area and stumbled upon this place. Fantastic products, amazing prices, and awesome staff! The staff are the nicest and very informative on what they’re selling. 10/10 highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed!

Best Smoke Shop in town! Great prices, cool atmosphere & the best smoke shop staff around. David is definitely very helpful, easy to talk to & great at his job. Him working there im sure brings in a lot more customers. Also Kayleigh & Paula are super cool & chill. They always treat me good & are patient with me, easy & fun to talk to & are superb at their job. One of the big reasons I keep coming back to 9M Smoke Shop is because of that staff. Make sure you guys keep these employees. They all deserve a raise! As long as theyre there youll get more business & 9m will always be my go to Smoke Shop 👍.

Was rushing looking for any smoke shop to be open after my shift and was stoked to find 9M Smoke Shop open after 1030pm on a weeknight. Was able to not only get fuel for my dabs on the ride home, but they had such a great selection of $#!% that I ended up buying a new rig and then some. Thank you Kayleigh for being super fuggin cool and helpful. The down to earth humor and knowledge was a plus!

9M Smoke Shop is the only smoke shop I have ever been able to count on the last 3 years Ive been going here, because of not only always have the best prices on all products but the employees who work at this smoke shop are the most knowledgeable on info and recommendations of pretty much everything they sell! One of the girls who work here Kayleigh, is amazing! I was having trouble sleeping and dealing with back pain and stomach issues and she recommended some great CBD products specifically to help with those problems. Not to mention Kayleigh is awesome to chat with and I look forward to seeing her everytime I go into buy my vapes. John the owner of the shop is super cool too and its just one of those places you can tell that the people working here really do care about the customer. Employees to 9m smoke shop... Thank you! Came looking for something very specific and the gentleman (owner?) was very helpful. And very handsome.

Im not ones to make reviews but Im bothered... I spend a good amount of money here. 3 times a week I go in.the other week I was purchasing my first salt vape, paid 40 bucks for it and .. asked guy for some juice sale juice or something cheep... he points me to 20$ bottles, after looking myself found juices that were much less. I was told that they were expired. they didnt look expired and why would they have a pricetag to sell expired juice... guy sold me juice and they were good.. my new favorite flavor , went in the following week and the juices no longer has a price tag but the employee that was working (different employee) charged me the same price, happy--- went in again the following week and asked for 2 juices this time... he priced them 3x the price I paid both the past couple weeks... normaly I wouldnt say anything or leave a review but funny should have it this is the 3rd time this has happened with this employee. it seems kind of wierd and I am now upset at the situation because I feel if I go in there and ask a different employee the price will be back down...

Just following up on the predictable response I received from the owner. I wanted to say how much appreciate him/her taking the time to respond to my concerns about their operational practices. No genuine care or concern about the customer experience. Just a passive aggressive and predictable reply. It’s a little more clear why I had such a bad experience.

Just had the worst experience at what looked like could have been a great shop. I walked in the door and politely asked what time they closed and I hear this shrewd, negative, and clearly inconvenienced voice respond to me by saying “uh we close in ten minutes.” I apologized which seems odd seeing as I’m the customer but it felt necessary bc she was clearly irritated that I wanted to spend my money there. so I rushed and picked out a new piece as quick as I could. However during those 10 minutes I was reminded that “they close in seven minutes“and then again that “they close in four minutes”. Now at that point It was my third reminder of the time and I was just offended and decided not to spend my money at a business that lacks serious customer service focus. If the business owner gets a chance to read this I didn’t catch the young girls name him but she was a young Hispanic, probably in her early 20s, and my memorable experience was on Wednesday, November 9 at 11:50pm to 11:56pm. Hopefully you can remind her that if it weren’t for customers like myself she wouldn’t have a paycheck. Ps. I just spent 25 bucks on an Uber to fountain Valley so I could go to a different smoke shop that was still open and I spent $350 there.Lastly, the young man that was working there beside her was great. No complaints on him

Went in for a quick vape run with my girlfriend and we had such a great experience for the short amount of time we were there. We were received extremely well and although we only bought two vapes we qualified for a spin of their gift wheel. We spun it and ended up winning a free vape! Great customer service and store altogether, highly recommend!

Had to stop by for a new device and a battery as mine were pretty beat up. One of the guys helped me out and educated me on vape safety as one of my batteries was starting to spark. Overall this is a good spot if you need to get something late at night and the staff are also some cool jawns.

Kayleigh and Abraham are super chill. Let me tell you, when I carouse a smoke establishment, me and my girl dont make it easy f⁴or those who brave behind the counter, anyway their patience was magical, and they were friendly till the end which is rare for puff 00palaces as Im sure (reader) know. most cloud cavaerns start out nice enough but after 3 hours of drill instructor like questions from sgt. smokey

Pretty upset I spent $46 on a single disposable Top Shine vape. Originally bought two and one didnt function at all upon opening after leaving. Really wish they suggested I try the vapes before leaving as that wouldve turned my encounter around. I wont be going back here; the associate was not sympathetic at all nor even tried to elevate it.Edit: I dont appreciate the words you used. Its not about understanding - its about awareness. Do you realize how much stimuli is present in any vape store? Everything screams marketing so Im not going to be evaluating any neon signs. How hard is it to remind the client? Trust me - Ill remember in the future after this point but youve lost my business. Good day to you!

BOOOOOOO!Got a defective battery 12/23/19. I thought (at first) that it may be the cartridge that was old (I don’t smoke that much) so I got a new cartridge and confirmed that the battery was defective. Went back to exchange it but the place was closed New Years. Went back that weekend and was told that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Who knew? Where are the signs? I was told my best chance would be to come back on Tuesday and speak with the owner which I did today after work and was told he’s only there mornings. Awesome. I asked where the signs were that said “all sales are final” because surely this must be posted. He pointed to an approximately 1-ft. sign on the wall behind my back (I was facing the register). Shouldn’t there be signs at the front door and by the register so that all could readily see (not to the back of the paying customer)? Why would I ever give them another dime? I do NOT like to throw away money and will never go back to this store.

The guys there are seriously awesome people and they provide excellent customer service. They go out of there way to help you find the perfect set up to suit your needs. Very knowledgeable, honest, professional, patient, they dont make you feel stupid and they dont judge. Edgar, Nathan and Juan, you guys are awesome!

Been going into this place for years and have had nothing but excellent service! The guys really know what up with glass, but the guys working always say if you really want to see real nice and quality glass then I need to go check out there sister shop in HB. I havent made the trip yet as this shop is walking distance from my house for now. But thanks for all the good vibes and good deals.

I have been shopping here for years. I really didnt want 😕 to write this but I feel it is the right thing to do. I called a few days ago a female voice picked up the phone I asked a question the line went dead I wasnt sure what to think I waited a few minutes called back same thing bottom line what Im trying to say one particular employee was extremely rude to me for no reason it is very frustrating send I was as polite as could be didnt get angry or act rude back I could see the employee was oddly enough just being flat out rude I called back a few times with blocked number different situations and was told she was extremely busy and couldnt help me different things like that when I went in to the store a few days ago I explained the situation to the guys working they were kind of speechless Im not sure what to think quite frustrating though they have a huge inventory and theyre sure hours are great cuz theyre open till midnight but hit and miss on some of your employees I really dont know what to score that

Rude, inconsiderate, not even 5 minutes after 12, ppl still in store and walking into store and open sign on the guy with his mask not even covering his nose yells out to everyone already inside the store we’re CLOSED! I said I have been waiting you don’t want my money. He replied no I don’t want your money. FYI everyone, go somewhere that appreciates your business and where you choose to shop. 9m huge fail

Good selection, the staff is definitely not fit for such a dope shop. I was seriously looking for a new bong but the guy was very disrespectful and I walked out.

I stopped by to get some strawberry cream juice for my vape. The staff was very helpful and they have a nice selection. He helped me find what I was looking for at a good price. I paid less than I thought I was going to pay and walked out satisfied with my purchase.

Clean and organized shop with very friendly employees. They have something for everyones budget. I dislike going to a smoke shop to buy cigarettes and the prices are astronomical..Not at this shop. Smokes are reasonable.Good place for all your needs. Recommend it.

Nice guys.....watch your charge amount. They charged $55 for a $12 pipe, $2 lighter, and 3 replacement screens, .25 cents each. I didn’t get an itemized receipt so I have no proof....Karma.

The selection is amazing like in no other place! Prices are fair. Would give a 5 star. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. The Asian guy that help me was rude rushing me and with an annoyed face since I walked in. 😕

Dont trust this shop, they are so desperate to sale . they sold me a product that i buy for 4.95 for 12.00 $ and the amazing part is that when i said no i dont want it they said the deal is final and they cant take it back!!!! i was still in the store i did not even have the item in my hand yet and they said no we cant!!! that shows the level of desperation to make a sell, they cant see the fact that i used to buy $ 100 each month from them and now lost a customer. also i heard they mix the vape juice that they sell with some low grade vape juice, i am not surprise if they do that. very unprofessional

1st off, I was scolded for not wearing my mask properly. Btw, he was not wearing a mask himself, as he stuffed his face with his takeout. 2nd, I was scolded for stepping behind his weird barrier, in order to see what was in the cases. Why cant I see whats in the case? I found the guy very rude, but he did tell me to have a nice day (obvious sarcasm) as I walked out with my money. Did he really think I would give him my business after all the grief he gave me, in less than 30 seconds from walking into the store? No way in hell I would ever go back there.

Sort of angry, annoyed employee helped me. If you hate your job so much, dude, you should quit. It would have certainly helped me out. The other guy seemed much happier, wish he was the one helping me, instead. Ginger Dude, I suggest you quit because you had a chance to obtain a regular customer but I will never be going back there, just because of you.

One of my favorite smoke shops bc the priced are so good. I dont vape but their glassware for bongs snd nails are def. sold @ decent prices. I live on other side of the county but will drive here whenever I need to purchase a new bing! The staff are pretty cool too exept for this one guy who has shoulder length hair and resembles a rat... He was rude to me but I think he was just intimidated by me.. Idk overall good smoke shop I highly recommend checking it out!

.. I go here because its conveniently close but this is the second time I have gone there paid for a box of atomizers and there only being four in a five pack box. Not to mention I showed them my filter tank and they kept it the prices are way too high and then to get ripped off on top of it all is this not cool

GO TO A DIFFERENT SMOKE SHOP!The employee they had working there for 4 weeks charged me 5X the amount of what I was supposed to pay and wont even let me take care of the issue with the manager & his excuse was its just store policy and the only way I can talk to the manager is when he comes in on Monday after 5pm. This store is pure rip off Im never going back again until they hire employees that have enough brain cells to rub against each other to charge customers the right amount of purchase!

C good people lines have to be regulated due to the pandemic requirements great selection they got a honey badger chips and smokes like cigarettes as well and best of all the accessories and new swim items for smoking flower etc. check it out there and it’s right next-door to a place where you can play some games

This place is a joke I showed up at 10 which is the opening time posted on the front of their store and they were closed and theres two guys standing there and I asked them when they open they said maybe 11. I dont think you understand how stores work. Dont waste your time here

The guy at the counter was on his phone the whole time and was very rude when we asked to see a couple items. He didnt greet us when we came in and was very dull.

Gross. The employee cut his finger with his pocket knife and put the vape packaging back behind the glass with blood on it.

Says they open at 10 AM but does not actually open at 10 AM. Arrived at 10:10 and the store was still locked up with nobody there. There were people waiting outside as well.
