John is the best! Today he recommended an e-juice for me that provides a full flavored vaping experience. His recommendation also addressed the concern of any heavy lingering scent. Over all Johns costumer service left me at ease. Thanks for the good experience and great suggestions.

Ordered a few bottles online, but it turns out they were out of stock. The owner went to another store to buy them for me, and they were of a larger size than I ordered, so I ended up with 2 large bottles instead of 3 small bottles! He also offered to email me when they are able to get more in stock. These guys go above and beyond -- their passion for vaping and their customers will keep me coming back!

Chris is a great guy with honest comparisons of all of their inventory. My girlfriend wanted the most expensive unit. Then he explained the virtue of a less expensive mod that worked for both of our personalities, thanks!!

These guys really are great. Ive been going to this place for a couple years now even after they changed locations. Their mods and hardware is a little on the pricey side in general but not compared to other vapor stores in the same or surrounding areas. And as there grown there prices have gotten lower and lower. Very accommodating and if you shop there they will stock custom could or replacement parts for ato.izers and are very confusing enie t and professional Al in general about it. The staff are all very knowledgeable, they are extremely polite, they always have a vast selection of eliquid which is again in general if you compare to ordering online is kind of expensive- but still better deals by a bit than other shops around. Plus they have bargain juices that can be quite nice and very cheap for the quality and convenience. One if the better vape shops Ive ever been too just because they are so willing to help and always so friendly about everything. You wont regret ttying this place out.

This is my go to vape shop. John is especially helpful i went in cuz my vape was broke with the intention of buying a new one. And instead of selling me a new vape John took the time to look at my vape and even helped me by fixing it. Awesome guy.
