Was able to get a last minute massage with my friend - we got Cindy and Bell and was very happy with our experience! The place smelled super clean when we walked in - like Clorox, and the room and bathroom was very clean as well! They had a thorough information sheet you fill in when you arrive asking what areas you wanted to focus on and what areas they should avoid and Cindy did a great job following those requests! We left very relaxed and with many of our knots worked out!

Ive been to every big name therapeutic massage business and never walk out feeling great, this place is my go to from now on! This was the best massage Ive ever had, thank you.

Clean and friendly. Made an appointment for reflexology and got there to find out they don’t do foot massage? So if you book that type of massage online, just caution. They made a different massage for me, the gentleman, Richard, was very nice and professional. If you like a lot of pressure on your massage, ask for him.

WOW! My first visit and Im a customer for life. Bradley was my masseur and he was spectacular! Ive always had deep tissue massages in the past. Ive had 100s of massages in my lifetime. Because I was in a fair amount of pain, I tried a combo of deep tissue and Thai. Wow, have I been missing out. My gluts, calves, thighs all hurt all the time. I can stick my finger against any of them and get a sharp pain. I didnt have Bradley walk on my back because it sounded too painful, but next time I will. Just using his thumbs, he took all the pain away. I can poke myself and it doesnt hurt. Im 66 so at this stage of life, pretty much everthing hurts. I have struggled to find some place that was good with reasonable pricing. I was actually shocked at how affordable the rates are. I like that because then I feel I can be more generous with my tip. Also, they are two blocks from my house and right next door to my Vet! I cant believe I have found an affordable, highly skilled Therapeutic Massage business so close to my house. They have been there a long time, it just never occured to me to try them. I did a google search for massage near me and the reviews were great, so I tried them, and Im so happy I did. Nara is where I go now.

This was a first for me and was a birthday gift from family. They were absolutely amazing!! I opted for a 90 min combination massage which is a mix of Swedish, deep tissue and Thai. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep and I have done that in 20+years when going to those other chain massage places. Nara Therapeutic will be the one that gets my money from now on!! Their staff was phenomenal and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, before, during and after. Definitely 5 ⭐️’s for me!! Although they deserve more!! If you haven’t gone yet… what are you waiting for?? Booking online is super simple and quick!!

Literally TERRIBLE!! There nothing worse than being tense and frustrated during and after a massage!! I asked for specific body parts including the shoulders, neck, feet, and middle lower back to be massaged and focused on. It’s almost as if she danced around every single one of those areas. Like “oh right there well let mw go here right by it” 😤I ask not to spend much or any time at all in other areas at the beginning of the massage when she started to venture off in other areas. I’m leaving more tense than when I came in! Will be complaining every day until I get some resolution because of the way the receptionist handled the situation. I refuse to act ugly and cause a scene BUT I do know how to file complaints and leave this establishment as frustrated as I am right now. I absolutely need another massage on tomorrow as most places are closed or closing now. Will NOT BE COMING BACK!

I have gone here for a few months to get prenatal massages and Cindy has been absolutely fantastic! Everyone is so nice and I have left feeling very relaxed! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful decor and facilities. Very calm and relaxing massage Lily was thorough. Giving this place a 4 star because they started the message 5 or so minutes late but ended right on time. I arrived 5 minutes early but it was my first time. I’m not against returning because of the beautiful amenities plus it’s in a nice area.

Went here today for some nerve pain Im having. Excellent service, great prices and great massage. I went with the 1 hour Swedish massage. The masseuse was Cindy. She was familiar with my symptoms and provided a relaxing and effective massage. Ill definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

The place looks sketchy from the outside because of the tinted windows but it was very professional and clean! They wore scrubs and asked us to fill out a form before the massage. This is our “go-to” location. We’ve had about 4 to 5 different therapists and they are all amazing. It’s nice since we like to book the day before and go during the week sometime. Love their availability!

Nara’s NEVER fails to deliver! We have seen a few of their therapists and they are all great. Some do DEEP massage no matter what but have always backed off on pressure when asked. I get so much relief from the deep pressure so I rarely ask for lighter unless I have some injury going on. If you can’t handle a lot of pressure, get the Swedish otherwise we ALWAYS get the combination massage and are VERY happy with the results. Belle is BY FAR our favorite but I recommend everyone there as they each do something a little different and somehow find tight muscles you never realized were tight. This place is full of magicians/miracle workers. We try come here once a month or so but with work being busy lately and chasing a toddler, I haven’t been able to make it for a couple months. I have been in so much pain for the last couple weeks and after 2 appointments a week apart, I’m a whole new person. They are so great about not pushing you to come a lot. In fact, after my appointments recently they suggested to focus on stretching at home instead of rushing me back in the door. Very realistic with their approach and SO friendly! Love everything about this business and so glad we found this place when we moved here! GAME CHANGER!

First visit to Nara Therapeutic Tai Massage & I had a great experience.I was in terrible pain. My neck, shoulders & hip pain😩 werent improving. I was slathering Biofreeze & Bengay with no relief.I scheduled online with the next available masseuse quickly!I requested a Swedish Massage because I wasnt in the mood for a Tai massage just wanted to relax my achy body.I felt comfortable immediately and was greeted by Add She asked if I wanted a combo of Tai & Swedish, but I declined only Swedish. Let me tell you, this lady went to town on my whole body. It was relaxing and Therapeutic how she stretched my body after soothing my tense muscles. I felt a lengthening stretching of my low back as she kept using kneading movements. I couldnt even turn my neck or bend without pain. She was firm & knew where to apply gentle pressure. I walked out of there feeling wonderful!! Ill be back again.

I went today to waste $79 on a one hour massage that was not good at all. I kept telling her what I wanted on my ankle and she kept working my back.

I tweaked my back pretty badly and found Nara on google. Richard is literally the best massage therapists I have ever had. He is also a massage teacher, which definitely showed.

I’ve been there 4 times the last 3 were really good experiences but, I went yesterday and they have a new male therapist, supposedly good a what he does. Well no my experience yesterday was really bad, the guy doesn’t have any flow, his technique was weird, I booked the massage for 90 min and I stopped at one hour. I have professional massages before and this one was not one of them

This is hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! It’s a no fuss location and I called this morning and they were able to fit me in this afternoon. I woke up with the worst neck and shoulder pain and after leaving my massage, I feel SO MUCH better. As someone who has received at least 30+ massages, this was by far the most relaxing and effective. I’ll never go anywhere else! I had Add as my therapist and highly recommend her. Will definitely be back

This place is truly amazing every time we come. They are professional and give amazing massages. The atmosphere is calming and peaceful. The tools they use are pleasant. For example the hot towels, stones, heated massage tables and scented beanie pillow packs are so relaxing. Simply amazing!

This place knocks it out of the park. Ive paid over 300 dollars for massages that couldnt even begin to measure up to the quality of client specific care youll receive here. The interior is beautifully spotless and the staff is warm and caring and really takes their time to help you with your specific problems. Ask for Bradley for tension and relaxation and youll leave this place a whole new person.

I’ve been here several times before, always making reservations for DEEP TISSUE- THAI MASSAGE. I reconfirmed again when we showed up for our massages that our therapists knew how to do DEEP TISSUE- THAI MASSAGE. My therapist did great…my husband however, got a SWEDISH massage. 😡WILL NEVER RETURN.

I was visiting Houston and gave this place a try. The masseuse was very limited in her motions and did not adjust pressure when asked to. She left multiple scratches on me so she must have been using nails. It was not a great experience. According to my receipt the name of the masseuse was Best. This was a very disappointing experience and would never return.

It was very relaxing. They were very attentive. Time goes by fast, when youre on a relaxation mode.

My husband and I got a combination couple’s massage and loved it. The therapists focused on the areas that we indicated and were really friendly. We were a little sore from the Thai techniques but that is to be expected and our backs now feel amazing! The clean and relaxing environment makes it even better. We’ll definitely go back!

I had went in on 2/15 and got a facial. I have tried lots of different ones and never have been more satisfied. Sadly I’m very bad with names but it was the manager who did mine and she also does massages. It was hands down the best facial I’ve ever had. She really took the time to analyze my skin and instead of trying to get me to spend on all the extra things she truly cared about what’s best for my skin. Very kind and professional and lots of wonderful tips. You can’t beat the price and it wasn’t were i felt rushed out not to mention she did some pressure points and massage face, neck and head and it felt amazing. I definitely will be going back for facials and massages. I couldn’t of been happier with the service I received. I’m very picky when it comes to the skin.

This place is AMAZING!! My hubby & I came in today for couples massages for our anniversary. We are used to massages and they tend to be okay. I was very tense and was actually having neck problems, we got the combination and OMG the best massage I’ve ever had. The deep tissue is no joke, it was chiropractic and therapeutic! My body feels so light and the tension is almost non-existent. My neck has its mobility back as well. This will be our go to massage place, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been there a couple times and both times have been a very good experience. All personnel is super nice. I got a relaxation massage that was very through and relaxing and a Sports massage on a later day that addressed by injury, I came limping really bad and got out walking at 99%.

I have been 5 times now. Great experience every time. Belle is awesome. She is really helping straighten out long term problems I have had with my legs, shoulders and neck. I only wish I could go everyday.

I have gone to this location many times and I had Kat as my massage therapist. My wife and I both were completely satisfied and recommended her to many friends. This time when I made a reservation I was told that Kat no longer worked there. I was assigned Sue this time. The massage was 90 minutes and I was hoping for some relief of soreness from working out. I can honestly say that there was not one pleasant moment in that 90 minutes. It was the most painful massage ever. I mentioned the pressure and cried out in pain several times but I was only met with a chuckle and told my muscles were tight. The digging and digging into the muscles left me severely bruised. It’s been 3 days now and the bruising is evident. The therapist worked hard but didn’t listen at all but I still gave her a tip. I was very polite and respectful but disappointed and in pain. When I went to the front desk there was someone filling out paperwork to get a massage so I didn’t want to complain in front of a new client. My wife insisted that I call and let the manager know. I called and spoke with the manager who works the front desk (possibly the owner.) I explained that if this would have been my first visit I would not return. All I was told was “sorry about that. Next time you come in you can use someone else.” That’s it! Horrible customer service. At least do something. Even some sort of discount on the next visit, something as a token. I’m not asking for a free massage but at least something more than sorry about that. Use someone else next time. I had asked for a recommendation since Kat had left and this is who she had recommended. I’m in search of another company now for me and my wife.

Best massages hands down. The foot reflexology is worth every penny. My husband raves about how refreshed he feels after each Thai massage. We love this place and def. don’t utilize the proximity from our home enough - I would def suggest these guys vs the big chain stores

I scheduled a 90 min couples massage for our anniversary over 2 weeks in advance. We were so excited. When we showed up the front desk lady kept on looking at me weird and was very confused. Apparently she had no appointment for me that day. She asked for my phone number and name, and still nothing. What??? How? I had spoken to them twice before my appointment. She simply said well who made your appointment, because I was out of the office for two weeks. Whoever covered for you during that time?! We left very disappointed since it was our anniversary. I just called massage envy, they were wonderful and accommodated us that same evening. Wont be returning here.

I have herniated disc and every time I come here, l leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have never had a bad thai massage. Get the 90 minutes. It is well worth the money.

All I can say is that Kim is a beast. I have gotten a ton of massages, some good and some bad. This hands down is the best massage I have ever gotten. This is not for the faint of heart so if you want a prissy massage then go to a place that offers that. This place is the real deal. Kim was attentive and listened to what was wrong with me and literally focused on that area. I went in with lower back pain at level 10 and left with with the levels around 3. I could not lat flat when I arrived and once she started hitting my pressure points I could literally feel the tension leaving my back. I will definitely be going back because I know it will take multiple sessions to totally heal me. This was TRULY a therapeutic massage. Thank you so much Kim!

This was the greatest massage I have had in the United States. Felt like the Thai massages I have had in the Philippines, mixed with a chiropractic massage to break up knots. Absolutely fantastic. Kat ask multiple times ensuring she was not putting to much pressure.

Have usually had a good experience in Nara, but this last time felt awful. The therapist, Salena, was brutal despite being asked to ease up several times. Left me with a neck shoulder and headache that is still there the next day. I did not want to complain in front of other clients in the waiting area,, even left a tip,, but when I woke up in pain the next day and called to say this therapist could injure someone, Lea at the front desk offered no apologies, only excuses. Be careful of which therapist you get, and know they have no regard for clients after the fact.

My massage therapist was Julie. She was very good. The combination massage was spot on. We found this place online, thanks to the great reviews we were not disappointed. Give this place a try and you will thank me later.

The staff is very informative, nice, and focus on your pain/ tensions on your body. The price is great and you don’t even need to join a club like the other places. Definitely will be going back!

Good massage but I informed the masseuse that I could take medium pressure on my back, shoulders and neck, but not on my lower legs. I had to tell her at least 4 times to use less pressure.

Naras does a great massage. Thai massage is much different style from your typical swedish or deep tissue. The movement and stretching helps to actually relieve the stress for the whole body. Wife said it was the best massage that she had ever had. And you cant beat the price. We will be back.
