Umi was great! As a dude walking in, you kinda feel outta place but she very professional and makes you feel at ease. She’s also very informative in skincare routine and has helped me understand my skin a lot better. Highly recommend for anyone in the Katy/Cypress area!

Very unprofessional. There is not a straight price for services. You are asked to know what you want with all the acronyms related to the skin care and scolded if you didnt do your research The person that is portrayed in all the google search results for this place is a nurse, and the first thing she did during my consultation was clarify that shes not a doctor or the owner of the place. She offered me a package of treatment that really didnt offer any real benefits until you spent 500 dollars on top of that. When asked to provide documentation of the plans and what the treatment included, plus the expected results, I was told I needed to decide how many ML I wanted to put and what kind. For someone who is not familiar with the practice, its impossible to decide blindly. I was expecting professional dermatologic guidance and clear explanations, but that was not the case, only blah blah blah and no clarity of any procedure. I went today and paid a 35 dollar payment for the consultation. My review is for the service I received. All the information received was orally. The information given via text message was offered after I had already left the place and had decided not to proceed with any treatment. I only rate places I have actually visited.

Clean facility, friendly! She waited after hours for me which was awesome. I waited a week to post this review after receiving PDO threads of different types. I had no pain, no bruising, and no issues whatsoever. It was a wonderful experience and she gave me some products to see me off on my new beautiful way. Highly recommend!!

Best Facial Ever !! Incredible results with my facial!! My skin feels soo amazing and look younger, Brighter, firmer in just an hour.The way the staff treated me was great and the treatment was really nice.They would also help me how to take care of my skin and what products to use.This clinic has one of my best facial experience!Overall, I love the experience.

I bought a Groupon for this place...I received a text at 10pm the night before confirming my appointment (not asking me to confirm). I received one at 843am asking me to confirm. I finally sat down with my phone at 10am and confirmed. 9 minutes before my appointment (11am) I received a text stating since I didnt confirm they gave away my appointment time to someone else. I was in front of their location when i got that text, it was closed. No one there. Then the texts continued with someone telling me others spend way more money and I wasnt a big deal with my small payment. I requested a refund, got a partial refund. I dont know if they are good at spa like things but definitely not good in commination and customer service!^Update^ I did confirm and I never threatened anyone. You sent me a text after you saw my review apologizing for the misunderstanding and offered me a free session. Then you write that response? Lying about people shows what kind of person you are. I did nothing wrong.

I got a Korean spicule facial before my wedding in June 2021 and it was amazing. The result that I got was amazing. My skin was glowing and fair and my face was chiselled . I would recommend if you need a a facial or any kind of treatment to to Burhani laser medspa

I had a skin irregularity (aka a mole) removed and I had a great experience. Umi explained the procedure to me in detail, even sent a video prior to my appointment! She was very attentive throughout, asking how I was feeling the whole time. I’m very happy with the service and now waiting for the results in a few days. I highly recommend this clinic!

Umi was very informative and really took her time discussing my skin and the issues I had. She gave me lots of options to start with, since I really have not done anything with my skin. Really clean and Umi was very patient and explained the options and how to achieve optimal results- and she checked in on me later to make sure all was well. Felt like when I left my face was somewhat improved although was told to expect results in the coming weeks. So far, pretty happy about finding this place and they offer all kinds of injections and facials so it’s a one stop shop!

She was informative and friendly. I made an appointment for my mom to have keratosis removed and she guided us through the process quite thoroughly. The session was pretty quick, around 10 minutes. Im still observing the result but so far theres no irritation or redness. Overall, its an alright experience.

This review is long overdue! I went here about 3 weeks ago and had The Skin Classic procedure done (skin tag removal). The process was quick and very professional. I went based on reviews here and was hoping I get Umi as everyone was so happy with her! Guess what? Umi was my Esthecian/RN and she was awesome! Shes friendly and especially being my first time getting this procedure ...she explained everything in detail. Even followed up the next day to check on me! Definitely recommend them 👍👍👍

I had an excellent experience here. Ive been following their Instagram for about a year and saving for the treatments I wanted. I got a fox eye thread lift, mid-face thread lift, collagen threads in my full face, neck, and navel. I also got PCL injections, botox, and Juvederm filler in addition to dermaplaning. They do it all here. She even massaged my feet and I was given some high quality products to take home, complimentary. The service was above my high expectations, very happy with the hospitality, professionalism, and results. She kept in touch the days after my visit to check on me which made me feel cared for and valued as a customer. I went in and got a derma-facial and micro needling treatment. Umi was so helpful and understanding that this was my first time doing each treatment. The derma facial felt amazing and the micro needling was pain free. My face healed in 3 days, I would definitely recommend getting both done.

I got Derma-planning done by Umi. She can be straightforward but also the most patient and the sweetest. I can tell that she really cares about her patients.She was very thorough with the after-care. Even provided me some cleanser/ serum/ moisturizer sample for my next dayskin-care routine and texted me to check up on my skin. Fantastic experience! Came in thinking I wanted one thing and luckily for me, with honest feedback, I changed my plan. Wanting the biggest improvements I’m thrilled with the honesty! It’s day two and multiple follow up’s went with Aqualyx on my double chin. Then Skin Classic on multiple issues (skin tags, broken capillaries, sebaceous hyperplasia etc.) So excited to see final results. Love the location and the best staff!!! 100% recommend!!!

All I can say is wow. Umi is so kind, knowledgable and eager to help her clients have the best skin possible. This morning, I went in for what was going to be a special peel to target melasma but after closer examination of my skin, Umi felt it was more appropriate to do the Skin Classic treatment given the nature of my skin irregularities. I really appreciated her attention to my skin needs instead of performing a treatment that would not have been very effective on my current skin issues. Umi was very patient and explained the post-treatment process in great detail. I am so excited to go back in a month for my next treatment. Ive been using her recommended Storyderm and Hubis Labs products for the last (almost) two months and I could not be more satisfied with them. Finally, skin care products that do what they say they will do! I went to this appt unsure of what to expect as I’ve never been there before. I have had PDO threads done before at other places, and they were slightly painful going in so I was anticipating discomfort during my procedure. After my consultation, which was very thorough and informative, we decided on the best plan of care for me. My skin was prepped, numbed, and then we began. Wow…just wow. I absolutely felt no pain!!! I couldn’t believe it. The technician, was such a pro, and so gentle. I had over 50 threads done.. some were in the neck, and some were lifting in the face. NO PAIN!!! Then after I had PCL injected into my face to give natural volume. Again, so easy and painless. I simply can’t say enough. Wow. Slight swelling after. Which is normal. Went from looking my age (43) to looking 27!! Seriously!

I received Botox Injections for the first time, being a man I was a bit nervous. However, the service was excellent. The consultation was very informative. I was able to ask questions. I had the Bb glow stem cell facial and facial laser done.. Umi did amazing!! She has such passion for her work..very knowledgeable and informative. Its been over a week and I can STILL feel the tightness.. my skin has never looked so healthy. Im a mom of 3 little ones and I hardly have time to take care of myself but, I definitely see my face still glows with each passing day. Her products are awesome as well..! Beware! My jewelry came up missing after the esthetician handled it! The technician asked me to take off my necklace. I put my necklace in my pocket and she says for me to put it into a cup on a chair instead. After the visit said she put all my stuff into a small plastic bag, and when I checked inside the bag my necklace was gone!

Had a horrible experience, My face got burnt. When I initially came in for a consultation, UMI who is the ONLY ONE WHO WORKS THERE, suggested microneedling, I asked her multiple times the best treatment for Hyperpigmentation, and she assured me it was microneedling, I eventually booked my groupon, and set an appointment.From my conversation following that, it was obvious she wasnt happy that I got a groupon, She kept urging me to return it so I could pay her in cash! Im not sure why you would put a deal on groupon of you dont want costumers buying them. She asked me to pay for numbing cream which i did and my extras while there totaled $70, APART FROM MY GROUPON.Umi kept trying to sell extra products/upcharge instead of concentrating on what she was supposed to do. A few days after the procedure my husband noticed my face looked burned, and I kept calling Umi to let her know what was going on. When I complained about the outcome of my skin, Umi looked for every reason, but taking responsibility for her failed attempt at microneedling, and adding kojic acid, (which Ive read isnt a very smart thing to put on skin after microneedling).Its obvious Umi has not worked with Black skin. And It doesnt seem like she very well versed in working with it either. I recommend she improves her method because whatever she applied on my skin that day doesnt work on darker skin. And I think I know my skin better.Sidenote: Umi should pay more attention to clients skin needs versus trying to sell products from the image line, which they dont need. And I am not sure why she keeps lying that I am allergic to kojic acid. I AM NOT ALLERGIC TO KOJIC ACID AND I NEVER TOLD HER I WAS.I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO HER, AS IT IS OBVIOUS SHE IS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ON DARK SKIN, AND INSTEAD OF EDUCATING HERSELF CHOOSES TO LIE ABOUT HER CLIENTS WHO COMPLAIN!!

This facial blew my mind!! My boyfriend sent me an email for the special on Groupon and I called them right away. Umi got me in for a Saturday. Clean cute facility. Enjoyed my facial with a complimentary foot massage. It has been a week and I am loving the results of the stem cell holistic facial. Cant wait for my next.

WHAT A SCAM! I bought a 60 min facial on Groupon, when I got there the lady spent most of the time trying to convince me to upgrade the treatment. After all this time she told me I was not getting my facial and got a 15 min treatment instead!!! She barely knew how the treatments work. What a waste of time and money! Do not recommend!

Customer BEWARE!!! According to their “new policy in 2019,” they charged $35 for numbing gel for microneedling! If you don’t have money to pay for numbing gel, that’s all you get. I purchased the deal through groupon for 2 sessions of microneedling. The first session went fine, with no charge of numbing gel in November. The Lady Umi said then i can schedule another session 1.5 month apart which i should have enough healing time for my face. Then when i showed up for 2nd session which is 1.5months later, she said oh your face looks much better from last time, without any pictures to compare to, or she must have incredible memory! But after finding out that is my 2nd session from groupon, she said my face needs more healing time, instead recommend nano-needling or microdermabrasion which i did not agree too. She said fine then recommended a bunch of nutrient mask/lift, among of which i only choose to go with the perfection serum) for $25. Then right before I lie on the bed, she said, “oh i forgot to mention there’s $35 charge for numbing gel. This is 2019 policy.” (And shows innocent face). I said fine, i’ll pay for the numbing gel. After the numbing gel was applied, she started the procedure after 5mins, i told her the forehead has not numbed yet, and she was like, “oh it takes 2 hours for the forehead to numb,” and keep working. It’s like she was dealing with a kid. The topical anesthesia would have gone out of effect maximum 40mins. She had no idea i’m a doctor and i know how it works. I was nice enough not to confront for all the unethical unprofessional services they offered, but I want everyone else to be aware of what they will be dealing with before the appointment! Going over all the bad reviews so far, it was from all groupon purchases, and definitely there was a difference how they treat customers based on the money they get! Wish I have read all the reviews before I came.

I love how easy it is to communicate with them! They always text to check on how I’m doing following treatment. It’s easy to schedule. No wait times. I’m in and out. I am grateful to have found them!

Cute, small spa that I have been going to forever. They are fantastic and knowledge. I have been to many different spas, from the high end to in neighborhood, and nothing compares to Burhanis. I notice a huge improvement in my skin after receiving multiple treatments. I have recently moved to Baytown and will continue to drive in for my facial treatments.

As a local guide, i have the responsibility to share my experience honestly and accurately with the community.After i shared it on yelp , here I’m sharing with google community.This place Is a joke, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HEREunprofessionalism is on high level , she is 100% dishonest, not truthful with clients , she would say anything to get you on the treatment , once you done , you wont see results after weeks , you give her update then she would give you her real face ...aggression and rudeness on top level ..greedy people for money only , they dont care for customer satisfaction.When i shared my feedback and how Im disappointed about my experience after a failure facialShe said oh im sure there is dead skin gathered !!!! and offered me free derma pen When it was time fir me to go get it she said sorry you have to pay She only offered free basic facialWell , if your 175$ facial was a total disaster....how you think your basic one would be ...????When i asked her you said free now you say I should pay ??? WhyI already went through miserable facial zero results, thenShe turned to aggressive attitude and rude messagesAnd refused to deal with me at all lol and she bloked me on Instagram so that I dont share my experience..Shame.The owner is just following up with accounting records coz she only cares for money , customers and their satisfaction...non of her interest...shame on youMy 175$ gone for nothing, thats fine Ill consider I trashed it at least i know now what kind of people working here ...I wished if you do services as professional as you do in creating lies ....First I have never got treatment for my face except this one which was the first and last one thankfullySecond, you should be ashamed of yourself creating false statement saying any lies to excuse your unprofessionalism and failureThird:I never contacted you guys through any social mediaThe only way I communicated with you nicely while you didnt deserve it is texting on your phoneI followed you before on Instagram but never leave anything there especially concerning this matter coz you blocked me right away before even i say anything there.Fourth:My regular med spa is Amys skin care med spa on westheimer which is a high End place with 136 reviews for a rating of 4.7 starsI have a monthly facial with them , but i made a very wrong decision to think of trying something different in different place as i have the passion for skin maintainingYou dont know what you talking about, and whom you talking with..you are simply lying coz its free ..I dont look for free things i look for the bestAnd I definitely know now you are the cheapest not only price wise but professionally wise alsoIm shocked to see your talent in faking a whole scenario about meThe whole time i was on your dirty sheet bed that you dont change after each customer , but still didnt say anything and was trying to relax but you were speaking non stop , and I didnt want to be rude and tell you to stop talking because you were very loud and annoying, i was too polite to say it, closing my eyes and only replying with the mmmmm or okI didnt open my mouth till you ask me another question of your no ending ones ..Any successful professional reputable business would reply to customer complaints with respect and try to make it up or at least apologize,Im a local guide on google and I review businesses, i never seen such an awful attitude in any reply from those business owners.Thats what makes them successful actually.And look at you ...poor knowledge about business management,or customers obsessionAnyway im very glad that you revealed how cheap business you are.
