I’m a new customer. Requested twisted hemp rolling papers. I bought a tray, a roller the guy suggested and natural hemp leaves. Open the bag and the roller is too large. Papers was already pre-rolled and.not what I asked for. Employee was not able to give me store credit. I explained to him non of the packages had been opened. He refused and called a female manager. I explained to her the employee sold me the wrong items and all I need was a store credit. She refused, didn’t care and told me to (expletive myself) highly unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They are short in products and sell you what they have EVEN IF ITS THE WRONG PRODUCTS. I DONT CARE HOWMAD YOU GET YOU NEVER CURSE A CUSTOMER!!

Cool place always coming in here for miscellaneous stuff and although selection is limited definitely all high quality and staff is always very helpful and genuine. Didn’t get her name but worker helped me choose out one of Tyson’s new vapes ended up being a really nice product.
