SMOKE SHACK & vape shop - BEST SMOKE SHOP IN CYPRESS TX

I went in the smoke shop just to ask some questions about disposable vape pens, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.I was looking to replace one of my vape brands due to issues getting the pods for it, and I ended up getting rid of the two vape products I was using when I went to the store.They are very thorough with answering questions, and they have great prices for disposable vape pens. Im now a loyal customer. They showed me how to use them, being that I had no experience with using these types of vape products before. I accidentally bought a vape product with a flavor I cant use (allergic reactions), I brought it back unopened and they let me exchange it. Even though its usually not their policy to do so. Im trying so many different flavors and types of disposable vape pens so I dont have to be stuck if they dont have any of the flavors I use. A+ customer service and product quality as well!

This store is always clean, stocked, and ready to serve! All of the staff are very nice and knowledgeable about their products, but I always love coming when Shan is there to chat about new products, discuss how I liked or disliked my previous purchases, etc. The store itself is good and has a nice variety, but the customer service is really a step above!
