Can’t speak on the phone repair portion, but the vape selection is VERY limited. The employees look like they’re dressed like confused referees for some reason. Odd aesthetic. The tall long haired guy helping me should work on his hygiene. Can’t say I’d recommend.

This place is great. They have had a bumpy past with employees, but their new staff is great. Anna B at Pharaoh has always been super helpful and friendly to me. Helps me find whatever I want and recommends different things all the time. Definitely deserves a raise for all she does!

Came in not really expecting to buy anything, but B was so in depth with his knowledge about the store’s products that I couldn’t help but buy at least a few things from here. He’s very friendly, incredibly nice and will treat you more than just a customer. 10/10 experience! He deserves a raise!

Has been my go to for awhile! Never had a problem, always had what I wanted or a like substitute in various products, and the staff are very friendly! I personally believe they could benefit from moving into a bigger store. It would help open up there inventory some more both in stock quantity and variation of products. The prices arent mad but there not that low neither.P.S. Make sure you pet the cat!

WARNING!!! Don’t use Pharoh vape and phone repair. They don’t stand behind their work. They messed up my True Depth Camera while installing my new screen. They won’t give my money back or pay to get my phone fixed. Losers as far as I am concerned. They need better trained employees that will admit they messed up and take responsibility instead of saying oh Apple has blocked it because we as a third party changed the screen. That is a lie according to Apple Care. Apple said they damaged it or they are using cheap Chinese parts. You’ve been warned. I asked the employee Deborah to have the manager call me. I had to call the Cullman store to finally speak with her 3 days later. The first screen was put on and had something pushing on it creating a blue dot on the top of the screen in the center. Facial recognition was working at that point. Took it back to get that fixed and facial recognition wouldn’t work but said it wasn’t their fault.

When I initially left a review for this store, it was subpar at best as I had run into a problem with my purchase. After just an hour of my original review, the owner had responded to offer his help. I whole-heartedly recommend this store be your new stop for vaping and the accessories. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly at all times and it makes an intimidatingly large selection seem like the perfect place to shop. It will be the sole store that I attend from now on due to not only the incredible selection and very competitive and fair prices, but the stellar customer service as well. Its also worth mentioning that the find the pharaoh promotion that they run is incredibly fun and unique and I hope that you stop by and check it out!

They always give fast & friendly service. I have broken my phone screen multiple times and they’ve always had a screen available anytime I’ve needed one where as other places over charge and typically don’t have a screen available same day. I appreciate you guys. I definitely recommend

I’ve called for 4 months about the back of my iPhone being fixed they told me they could fix it. Kept telling me they would call me back when the back of my phone came in …never reached out. Then I called and they told me they couldn’t find it so instead of telling me that the first time they lied and I kept waiting on it to arrive. Wasted time!!!

Sold me brown juice! The wrong juice! Wont exchange it and its their fault! I asked for salt nic. Ruined my coil too. I wont be back! When a customer asked for salt nic and you sell them the wrong juice thats your fault! Train your employees! Stand by the customer. I took it back the next morning a full bottle! Youremployees lack of training should be on you not at my expense!

The girl that waited on me didnt know anything about most of the products which was very disappointing. On top of it the last time we were there we were told that they carried the product we bought all the time, come to find out it was discontinued and they were selling it cheap to get rid of it. Why not just tell the truth the first time?

I ended up coming here after Cellaris didnt have the battery for my phone after they said they did. Went to Pharaohs and they had plenty of batteries for my outdated iPhone 6.I would recommend pharaohs to anyone who asks. MJ and Mikey were especially helpful and didnt charge me for unnecessary fixes. 5 stars all around the board.

This place has horrible service and most of the inventory they have either don’t work or is fake. I was in there one day and seen them sell to some boys that were clearly not old enough to buy any tobacco or vape products. Never will come back and I see that they are saying their unsatisfied customers are fake because they know what they are saying is true.

Horrible experience I will never be back. Go to the smoke shop instead. FRIENDLY people GREAT SERVICE and negotiable and reasonable prices. Plus the smoke shop doesn’t sell to minors like pharaoh! Parents beware!
